pizza amigo"s in Saarbrücken

I regularly order 60/40 party pizzas and other really great dishes.

The staff was very friendly and accommodating, and the food was absolutely excellent. We'll be happy to come back on our next visit to Saarbrücken.

Once was enough! I went there for the first time with some colleagues. The place has really gone downhill over the years; it's not the welcoming atmosphere it claims to offer as an Italian restaurant. They have a large aquarium in a side room that hadn't been cleaned in ages, and the fish didn't look healthy. As a first-time customer, seeing that borders on animal cruelty... you just don't have to put up with it, especially when you're sitting in front of it eating. The food might have tasted good, and the dessert was delicious, but none of us—men or women—left feeling full. There were no seconds; the portions were far too small for the price. The side of fries was shared on one plate with the other colleague sitting opposite us who had ordered the same thing—completely unacceptable, like they were skimping on the dishes! The waiters might seem very nice and polite in the first picture; they did ask us several times what else we wanted to drink, but their tone and body language tell a different story. You could see the disappointed faces of those who decided they didn't want anything right away. Anyone wanting a big celebration could use a back room designated for such events; but it didn't exactly strike me as inviting. Personally, I don't need to put myself through that again.

I went there Saturday night with two other people. I ordered a salad on their app. After 30 minutes, my two friends received their pasta dishes. They had time to finish their meals. I waited another 30 minutes after they finished eating, and I still hadn't received anything. I went downstairs to see if it was a problem with the app, but they coldly responded, interrupting me, "It's Saturday night, you have to wait, it's normal. You'll receive your text message," even though I had already waited over an hour. Everyone else arrived after us and was served. I waited another 15 minutes and still nothing. Today, it's two days later, and I still haven't received my message... No action from them... I wasted an hour and a half of my time, and I won't be going back.

The location is beautiful and spacious, the pizza is great, and the service is super friendly.
