Restaurant to avoid, the wait is very long but not only that, once the dish arrived the plate was empty, almost nothing on it, there were more holes than food, all this for really excessive prices, really to avoid!!!!!!!!

Unpleasant restaurant, food in poor condition, and strange smells coming from the kitchen. We waited 30 minutes for two teas, and even though I waited for the tea, it arrived completely cold. Their dishes are tiny and cold, and I also found hairs in my dessert. NOT RECOMMENDED. THESE RESTAURANTS ARE NOT WORTH GOING TO THE BURSA KEBAB EVI RESTAURANT.

A disastrous experience from start to finish. The service is incredibly slow: you have to wait far too long, even for a simple cup of tea, which arrives cold. The dishes served are very expensive for tiny portions; you really feel like you're being ripped off. And the worst part: a hair was found in my dessert, totally unacceptable! Another shocking point: there weren't even basic seasonings on the tables (salt, spices, etc.). I had to ask several times, but no waitress bothered to bring them. For a restaurant that's supposed to welcome customers, this is a huge lack of professionalism. Between the questionable hygiene, the non-existent service, and the outrageous value for money, this restaurant is to be avoided absolutely.

There were four of us, and we didn't like it at all. SERVICE: No tissues on the table, no salt shaker, and no black pepper. The food arrived because we asked for bread. FOOD: Inegöl köfte: I ordered rice pilaf, but I got bulgur. The fries arrived burnt and overly oily. The köfte was a bit good, but there was too much oil, and they arrived a bit runny. Adana kebab: The potatoes were burnt and oily, the Adana was undercooked, and it had a very bad taste and smell. We didn't eat it at all. Minced meat pita: There was more tomato paste than ground meat, the ground meat tasted nothing, and the bread was uncooked and white. Döner portion: The döner was good, but they came with rice pilaf instead of bulgur pilaf. Lentil soups weren't bad.

We stumbled upon this restaurant by chance, and thanks to Sedef Hanım's friendly welcome, it became our go-to spot every evening during our three-day holiday in the Saarland region. The menu is diverse enough to appeal to everyone's palate and is perfectly suited for families. We highly recommend it to anyone looking for friendly service and delicious food.

Unfortunately, you've deteriorated so much that you no longer feel comfortable there. A meatball plate with four flattened meatballs for around €16, probably not even 100 grams of meat in total, is a disgrace. The grill plates now cost around €25, but there's very little meat, not even the vegetables are served in their entirety anymore, you get half a bell pepper, and even the meat has shrunk by 50% on the plate. The chicken salad came without salt or sauce. The children's menu took a long time to arrive and then came twice, and then without the sauces we ordered. We had to ask everyone five times before everything arrived, and we couldn't eat together with seven people because everything was so disorganized, even though the place was almost empty. You don't even get tea at the end, and we didn't even get a response to our complaint, let alone an apology. We've been there several times, and unfortunately, you've lost customers today.

We were usually satisfied, but our last visit was simply disappointing. Orders were served late. Things were constantly forgotten. We had to remind the wait staff 4-5 times about our order. Chicken salad was served without sauce. Some of the dishes we ordered were apparently missing, but we were only informed after an hour of waiting. Two mixed grill plates were actually just one. A skewer and a pointed pepper were shared. The kofte plate was also a ridiculous portion. Kofte wasn't even half a centimeter thick. Unfortunately, that was the last time for us.

I very rarely give a bad review, but unfortunately, this one is more than justified. Starting with the service, we were asked three times what kind of meat we wanted. Despite making a note, they asked again 10 minutes later. I ordered a pide kebab, and after my mom had already finished eating, a pizza was placed in front of me. When I said I hadn't ordered that, I was given a horrified look. I then canceled the meal because I didn't want to wait another 30 minutes! On top of that, the two drinks arrived ages after we ordered them! At the checkout, they wanted to charge us for the pide. A drama! The waitress didn't even apologize! Absolutely abysmal service and unacceptable for the money.

Unfortunately, it wasn't a good experience. Very long wait times, and the dishes came out at different times, which was unpleasant. My pizza was greasy, burnt in places, and tasted disappointing – it gave me a stomach ache. The Fanta was also pretty tasteless. The service was friendly, but very slow. I only tried one dish, so I can't rate everything – but for me, it was unsatisfactory. I wouldn't recommend it.

The service was very slow. We arrived at 1:00 and ate at 2:30. But the iskender was delicious. I got tired of asking when it would arrive, and they always said it would be arriving shortly.

Reception, order taking, service and kitchen need to be completely overhauled! We used to come and eat there every time we were in town, we won't be back! Forgotten dishes, mistakes on the order, kitchen needs to be overhauled... the waitress (blonde) not only has trouble smiling but she forgets 3 dishes out of the 9 ordered and realizes it 20 minutes after having served all the other dishes and acts as if it was not serious. As a result, 3 people watched the others eat while they made their dish and they arrived 45 minutes after the first ones. No apologies from them, nothing to do with the restaurant we knew, I imagine a change of owner... now run away, nothing is going well in this restaurant!

First of all, I'm not a big fan of the food at this restaurant, but my brother and parents and I decided to stop by anyway for a quick kebab. We thought it would be quick and easy, but we waited almost an hour. We ordered drinks, and they brought ours... except for my dad's. It was super hot that day, and he was really thirsty. We had to go back and ask for our drinks several times, as well as the kebabs, because we were completely forgotten. The service is frankly terrible: the servers are rude, slow, completely unorganized, and they don't even bother to take care of the customers. We call them, they ignore us, and they barely even bother to answer. Honestly, even for a kebab, we won't be going back. I highly recommend this restaurant. I've never been satisfied after going there!

I don't recommend it at all. The waitress, if you can call her that, isn't very friendly. The drink was served in a glass, making you wonder if it was mixed with tap water. In short, I don't recommend it.

I ordered an Iskender that was extremely bad and extremely slow and it's been 45 minutes and I'm still waiting.

The kebab was good and filling, with a slightly sour aftertaste, but all in all it's okay. It reaches sufficiency because it is easily edible and has an acceptable size - neither small nor particularly large. The price is average. The menu (€11.90) includes chips, but they left a lot to be desired (they seemed old and hard).

The waiting time was too long, the food arrived, the portion was too small and there were only four meatballs on the plate, the waiter forgot to put the fork and spoon service, we asked for it, after the food arrived, I will definitely not go back.

The kebab is good, but not memorable. Turkish tea is delicious. Plenty of space inside. Service is friendly and responsive. Prices are reasonable. The location near the train station is convenient.

Unfortunately disappointed. It took ages for the waiter to arrive, until the street vendor went to find someone. I ordered a doner kebab without onions, but the waitress mishandled it. My hope that it would at least be written on the order vanished when the dish arrived at the table—with onions, of course. The atmosphere was a bit stark without background music. The service could definitely be more attentive and friendly. The icing on the cake: To pay the bill, I had to go all the way to the back to the cash register. I've never experienced anything like that in any other restaurant. I'll save myself another visit.

When we saw the name Bursa, we thought that at least they made iskender well, but unfortunately, you should definitely not go there for either iskender or kunefe. We paid 16 euros for pile-like meat with tomato sauce and 7 euros for something called kunefe, which wasn't even kadayif with bitter walnuts. If it doesn't work, there is no need to do it, but you know anyway.

Portion was below average for the price. Quality was meh to okay, little meat (veal) and didn't taste particularly good, hunger drove it in. Most of the vegetables were fresh, but they had just been restocked. I find service to be bad. Not paying attention, ignoring customers' questions. A little boy who ordered something was constantly ignored by him. There's no love put into it, just get rid of the stuff, it doesn't matter anyway. Is my first and last impression. Better than the yellow competition, at least I don't have diarrhea (very positive!)

I ordered a plate of iskender, lahmacun and pide with cheese here with my whole family. Every single one was very tasty and ideal for eating. The price is also cheap. I would be happy to recommend it.

We came here for dinner during Ramadan. I wanted to break my fast here and arrived a little late, about 5 minutes before iftar at Burse Kebab Evi. I order and explicitly state that I'm fasting. I know everyone gets busy sometimes, especially on weekends, but making me and my fasting colleagues wait over 15 minutes, and after iftar, without bringing us water or dates, just to take our order first, is outrageous. Then we waited another 27 minutes to get our food. Iftar was at 7 p.m., but the food didn't arrive until 7:42 p.m. 🤨?! That has nothing to do with being too busy. As a fasting person, I don't have to wait more than 20 minutes just for my order to be taken. I understand that I might be waiting a long time for my food, but isn't it taking our order? Additionally, the Adana skewers were very, very black for some reason and didn't taste good. The bread was hard. The fries were okay. I've completely renounced this place; I'll never eat there again. Alhamdulillah, I'm only in Saarbrücken once every six months, and I know for sure that I'll never eat there again the next time. And this is supposed to be a real restaurant, you have to remember. Even the kebab shop near me has better service, and it still tastes good. Work on your service and your food... Over 25 euros in the trash because of you...🥰

1 hour wait, I had to go ask them because customers who had just arrived were served and we had nothing except the drinks. Bulgur kebab plate in the end I had fries, and not even vinaigrette on the green salad nor a slice of tomato or bread. They wanted to make us pay extra for wheat which we didn't get. Unfortunately, our visit to Bursa Kebab was a big disappointment. Even though the restaurant was only moderately full, we had to wait a full 20 minutes before anyone even noticed us. The waiter was extremely unfriendly and seemed to have no interest in us as guests. Instead of taking care of us, he was busy with other things and didn't have time to exchange a single friendly word. While the food was okay, the service completely ruined the experience. Waiting 20 minutes for a treatment like this? This is simply unacceptable. We definitely won't be coming back.

Bad waiters. We waited 25 minutes until we even got a menu. In these 25 minutes the waiter said at least 3 times that he would be there soon. Not recommended.

We ordered a small kebab box, normally you would expect a real box with meat, fries, salad, etc. Instead we got a small plate with little meat and ONLY fries, for €6!!!! This has nothing to do with inflation and everything to do with rip-offs! Not recommended at all if you want to eat a small meal, at other kebab shops you get a lot more for the price!!

Only a few tables were occupied but only the third empty table was clean🫣 The first order came from draft drinks 😩 the cola was inedible, kebab box..... shouldn't be that difficult, but the meat was not fresh and cold, about the other order 😭😭even worse, a tortilla with kebab, but the tortilla was full of fries and hardly any meat😡 We left it, the hunger was gone “HORRIBLE” and never again. It was our first time eating there. Very nice welcome 👍Our lunch was delicious. It doesn't always have to be schnitzel. A small point of criticism would be the walls, which were a bit dirty. But I also wonder how some people eat lunch to dirty a wall like that.

It was a culinary experience we wanted to have, but we weren't satisfied. The iskender sauce was very thick, the lahmacun minced meat had an unpleasant smell and the chicken skewers had a taste problem. The waiter was very friendly and polite. Türkiye flavors must be thoughtful and delicious.

Just stay away, eat loveless, dreary food, dry fries, dry minced meat, warmed up kebab meat I wouldn't eat that food even for free. Tea was good I don't like to give negative reviews.

Getting the wrong food. Ordered pizza kebab, got pizza tuna. You had to tell the waitress and cook several times what you wanted, and neither of them got anything done, as if they were high. They certainly were. Prices are higher than on the menu. And far too high for the size and quality. Just under €30 for 2 28cm pizzas. Not recommended. The chef didn't even understand when asked repeatedly whether the pizzas (to take away) were cut. Completely drifted away.

Bad review of Bursa Kebab Trier Since the last changes, the quality at Bursa Kebab Trier has dropped drastically. The employee who looks after the small kebab-to-go area is rude to the customers. I was a victim of his terrible service myself. We were served two ayran with lumps indicating they were obviously spoiled. When we reported this to the employee in charge, he responded with "I don't care" and charged us for the drinks anyway. After I said I refused to pay them, he replied, "You can run away too." Honestly, you should avoid this store. There are far better kebab restaurants in the area. Don't waste your time and money at Bursa Kebab Trier.

Order a rigatoni gratinated. After several questions and another waitress, we managed to get the waitress to understand what I wanted to order. Rigatoni Red/White! It took a while for the rigatoni to be ready. Then paid 6.90 euros, which is overpriced compared to the usual prices for a Rigatoni. The portion was up to standard. Packaging wasn't closed properly so sauce leaked out. Luckily I hadn't packed them in my backpack. Arrived home, made ourselves comfortable and looked forward to the meal. Unfortunately I discovered that it wasn't red/white sauce, but Bolognese sauce. Quite annoyed, I tried to call but no one answered the phone. I brought the rigatoni back and told them how the order went and asked for my money back. I mentioned that it's pretty annoying and I haven't eaten meat for 7 years. No apology...money back...unfriendly goodbye.

A special snack bar with mediocre food

I was in the city and was a bit hungry. I was in the city at 3:4/5 and walked to the Berlin promenade and actually wanted to go to the saargrill when I remembered that it was even worse there than here and thought I'd go to the bursa because I've always had a good experience here I arrive around 3:11 +- 3/4 minutes and wait for 15 minutes, the waitress saw me but didn't bring a menu then I had to get up and walk to bursa to go and ask for the menu after 3/ 4 minutes later the waitress comes and asks what I want. I say number 80. She asks me what it is. She had to describe the food to her. She didn't ask me if I just made rice or bulgur. I didn't say anything about it. There was clearly not enough food and 1 - 3 From the pointed peppers and mini lamb skewers, there are wasps everywhere that fly into your drink so that you are disgusted to put your mouth to the glass to drink. The prices are ok but too expensive for what you get. If you get what you expect, they are great Prices and everything about it, as I said, expectations were high but unfortunately too high. I can't recommend it and can only advise against it What I can recommend as an alternative is the Casablanca on the Berlin Promenade, about a 5 minute walk but it's worth it Bursa never again for lunch maximum breakfast 👎👎👎

A glass of tap water? 2.5€ which I didn't even manage to finish with the heat frankly abused not serious.. it could be your personal right I would be ashamed to do that.. order which takes a long time to arrive.. why hired when they thought that money? The lachmajum I'm not a cook I'm sure I would have done better.. the Turkish side of the restaurant the tables ok maybe come from there and the mentality of the restaurateurs to catch the tourists that we'll only see once too.. Had an order from the street stall: kebab and lamacun. Unfortunately not particularly well prepared. Kebab very little seasoned and little toppings. Very nice service. One time the owner made chocolate cake for herself and while I was waiting for my takeaway order, she offered me cake and tea. The cake was very tasty. Today we ordered 2 kebabs and my husband didn't get much meat. We mentioned it and extra meat was brought straight away. The kebab meat is delicious here. I can recommend it

I ask for a coke, she brings me a glass of cola out of nowhere, in short, not greasy, I go and taste her cola and I see that it's the sub brand, it has to be professional for me, the service is not great and the food is extremely overpriced. the Greek in my neighborhood with the 7€ menu

Quality of meat and vegetables is fine; However, there wasn't enough of it for the price, it was thrown together carelessly and there was very little sauce. You can do this if you have to get to the train quickly and really want to eat something, otherwise I recommend walking the 7 minutes to Dudweilerstrasse - you can get much better and larger kebabs there (for €2 less).

It's not Bursa as we know it, the service was late, they treat the staff harshly even though there are not many people around, and nobody speaks proper Turkish or French, the family atmosphere is completely lost... As for the prices, the prices are high compared to other Turkish restaurants.

A group of students went to Saarbrücken from Uzbekistan for a few days for school. Our brother, the owner of the restaurant, spoke to us personally, we chatted, they treated us very nicely and hosted us very nicely. The food is amazing, the service is at the highest level, the atmosphere is really nice!!! This is not an ordinary restaurant, it has remained in our hearts as a place where hospitality and customer service are reflected in the most beautiful way. May God bless you, brother! The restaurant serves mostly Turkish specialties and the food is in good quality. The Service is not bad but can be better. On the weekends, because of high demand, they rush the service and the quality can get little worse. But I like the atmosphere and the food quality in general.

The restaurant looks very high quality, tidy and clean. However, you have to walk all the way through the store to order takeout and then wait until the staff is available for you. Food wasn't good, the meat (veal) was very tough and didn't really taste good. My two buddies reported similar things about chicken meat. There was only garlic sauce and apparently they skimped on the meat but not on the vegetables. You can get better food quicker somewhere else

When it was really bursa kebab evi went there all the time with my husband. On the other hand, it was bought, I'm sorry, but it's not cooked, it's not good, even the iskender is no longer the original. It's disappointing. Moreover, prices have not increased but multiplied…

First our drinks, then they came after 20 minutes, then our food, plates, cutlery, straw, everything had to be ordered ourselves after several attempts. Food was also a disappointment. You used to be able to eat well here. Not today. Not recommendable. The waitress smokes, puts on makeup, prefers to talk on the phone instead of working. We were still thirsty, but we couldn't reorder anything because she preferred to talk on the phone. You can see that in the picture. Never again

Food was forgotten because the waitress preferred to be on her cell phone and smoke. I waited 35 minutes for my food with my child. All I got was the statement that it had been forgotten to send. Ending a beautiful afternoon in Saarbrücken with a great meal is the ultimate feeling. Food was super delicious. Sometimes I got to know dishes that I never knew before, but I liked them straight away! Fine!
