Ein Erlebnis der besonderen Art - leider nicht empfehlenswert. Wer gerne total gestresst und fassungslos nach Hause gehen möchte, der ist hier sicher richtig. Terasse war gut besucht und innen war viel Platz. Wir hatten Lust auf italienisches Essen und entschieden uns daher zum ersten Mal für "La Galleria". Ab dem ersten Moment wirkte der eine Mann im Service (sollte sich dann später heraustellen, dass das der Chef ist) unglaublich gestresst. Er war unfassbar pampig zu einem jungen Mitarbeiter, der anscheinend ganz neu bei ihm angefangen hatte. Hoffentlich hat der inzwischen was anderes gefunden. Auch die Kommunikation des Chefs mit uns war immer schnippisch oder passiv aggressiv. Wir waren mehr als irritiert und der zweite Servicemitarbeiter entschuldigte sich während unseres Aufenthaltes sogar mehrfach bei uns für das Verhalten des Chefs. Alles recht seltsam und wohlfühlen kann man sich in so einer Athmosphäre leider auch nicht. Die bestellte Vorspeise sollte dann mit dem Hauptgang kommen. Geht leider gar nicht... Essen an sich war gut und der Service - abgesehen von dem anstrengenden und extrem unfreundlichen Chef - auch. Fazit bleibt aber leider trotzdem: Einmal und nie wieder!

Noch nie war ich so schlecht bei einem Restaurant essen. Das Essen hatte fast gar kein Geschmack und war sehr fettig und der Chef behandelt seine Mitarbeiter katastrophal da war ein junger Mann der seinen ersten Arbeitstag hatte und er hatte seinen Job ganz gut gemacht jedoch hat der Chef ihn die ganze Zeit angeschrien und hat seine Kunden die ganze Zeit angeschrien und mit ihnen diskutiert.!!

Eine absolute Katastrophe. Dieser Laden sieht uns definitiv nicht wieder. Eigentlich wollten wir wir kurz etwas essen, bevor wir gegenüber zu Kai ins Füh am Markt gingen. Das Essen war einigermaßen genießbar, wobei mir die Pizza viel zu fettig war. Der Chef ist unfassbar unfreundlich, und das nicht nur zu seinem "Personal". Uns hat teilweise ein junger Mann bedient, der heute seinen ersten Tag hatte. Der wurde vom Chef dermaßen angepflaumt, und das direkt bei der Kundschaft. Der junge Mann tat uns echt leid. Auch die Gäste am Nachbartisch waren entsetzt über das Verhalten des Chefs und rieten dem jungen Mann, sich lieber einen anderen Job zu suchen. Diesem Rat konnten wir uns nur anschließen. Als der Chef mit bekam, dass der junge Mann mit den Gästen redete, hat er ihn sehr unfreundlich weg geschickt. Ich kann nachvollziehen, warum hier wohl Personalmangel herrscht. Bei einem solchen Chef möchte sicher niemand arbeiten. Hier würde ich am Liebsten möchte ich Null Sterne vergeben. Einzig der zweite Kellner hat mit seiner Freundlichkeit und seinem bedauerte Gesicht ein klein wenig was wett gemacht.

Wir wollten was Gutes essen bevor wir gegenüber der Galleria zum Früh am Markt wechselten. Unser erster Eindruck war schon lala. Der Chef war unfreundlich, Stresstest alle Gäste und schimpfte dauernd ungerechtfertigt seinen Angestellten an, der heute zum ersten Mal seinen Dienst da leistete. Dabei arbeitete er ordentlich. Der Chef vergiftete regelrecht die Atmosphäre durch seine Hektik und schlechte Laune. Das Essen war unterirdisch. Ich bestellte Ravioli spinacci. Ich hatte richtig Lust auf das vegetarische Gericht. Aber ich war schon beim ersten Bissen enttäuscht. Die Käsesauce war pampig, wenig gewürzt und außerdem war es wenig schmackhaft angerichtet. Das Gericht war definitiv mit 17 Euro zu teuer. Also ich werde definitiv niemals wieder einen Fuß in den Laden setzen. Ich bin entsetzt. So kennen wir kein einziges italienisches Restaurant. In der Regel wird da Gastfreundschaft groß geschrieben und das Essen ist lecker.

Nachmittags dort gewesen, draußen gesessen und sehr schnell sehr leckere Cannelloni bekommen. Vorab wurden eingelegte Oliven und Brot gereicht, der Service, scheinbar der Chef, war sehr aufmerksam und freundlich. Ich würde dort jederzeit wieder essen.

Freundliches und Aufmerksames Personal, Essen war vorzüglich. Es gab sogar Getränke (Cola) aufs Haus und eine leckere Vorspeise.

Die negativen Bewertungen können wir absolut nicht nachvollziehen. Unser Besuch in der La Galleria in Saarbrücken war durchweg positiv. Obwohl wir kurz vor der Mittagspause angekommen sind, wurden wir sehr freundlich hereingebeten und herzlich empfangen. Das Essen war wirklich lecker, frisch zubereitet und geschmacklich top – und wir mussten überhaupt nicht lange darauf warten. Auch der Service war sehr freundlich, aufmerksam und zuvorkommend. Man merkt, dass hier viel Wert auf Qualität und Gastfreundschaft gelegt wird. Wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt und kommen gerne wieder!

Ich bin hier seit Jahren immer wieder gern. Die Pizza ist die beste der Stadt, die Küche weiß, was sie tut. Der Chef schwirrt immer aufmerksam herum, bemüht, jedem Gast alles bestens zu machen. Wer dreimal hier war, wird als alter Freund begrüßt und vorzüglich bewirtet. Ich weiß nicht, was die anderen Kommentare hier sollen - ich versuche auch weiterhin hier immer einen Besuch einzubauen, wenn ich in der Stadt bin. Bin hier auch mal spontan mit einer 10-Personen-Truppe vorbeigekommen - geht auch, alle waren happy!

I'm only familiar with the waiter waiting briefly until everyone has ordered their drinks. When the drinks finally arrived, the glasses were simply placed carelessly on the table, and the empty wine glasses were pushed across it. Shortly after, we were asked if we already knew what we wanted to eat. When we answered yes, we were asked again if we were absolutely sure and if everyone really knew what they wanted. It was quite rude. As a complimentary amuse-bouche, a small bowl of olives was more or less carelessly tossed onto the table. No bread or anything else was offered. When the food finally arrived (by which time the guests who arrived after us had almost finished their plates), the plates were simply placed on the tables, some even on top of the napkins and cutlery. Ich finde das Ambiente in dem Laden leider überhaupt nicht angenehm, es ist sehr ungemütlich und laut, die Tischanordnung ist irgendwie suboptimal. Zum Essen: Die Anti-Pasti-Vorspeise war für den Preis wirklich ein Witz. Lieblos angerichtet und sehr wenig. Das Brot war zäh und alt. Hauptspeise Spaghetti meiner Begleitung war ebenfalls sehr lieblos angerichtet, war noch nicht einmal Parmesan dabei. Die Pizza war soweit gut, jedoch nicht überragend. Die Preise sind insgesamt sehr teuer - Hier zahlt man definitiv zu viel für die Qualität. Da gibt es wesentlich bessere Italiener in Saarbrücken!

Wir waren eben dort zum ersten und letzten Mal! Der Chef ist übermäßig temperamentvoll und überschätzt seine Freundlichkeit! Das Essen (Margherita) war ein Reinfall, kein Mozzarella und überhäuft mit Oregano (ein Gewürz das auf einer italienischen Pizza nichts verloren hat)! Die Pizza war geschmacklos und schmeckte wie aufgetaut! Für 14€ eine Farce! Wenn ihr italienische Pizza essen möchtet, meidet dieses Lokal!

Wir haben in diesem italienischen Restaurant zu Abend gegessen und zwei Pizzen bestellt. Sie waren zwar gut, aber extrem salzig, was das Essen etwas getrübt hat. Wir bestellten stilles Wasser und waren sehr überrascht, als wir sahen, dass eine 500-ml-Flasche 7 € kostete. Das ist wirklich übertrieben. Insgesamt war es ein akzeptables Erlebnis, aber einige Aspekte könnten verbessert werden, insbesondere die Würzung und die Getränkepreise.

Wir hätten gern was gegessen, aber nach 2 Stunden Wartezeit für Pizza sind wir dann gegangen. Wir wurden mehrmals vertröstet und hingehalten mit Falschinfos und der Chef zeigte sich insgesamt null einsichtig. Man hat den Eindruck, dass ihn das alles nicht interessiert. Gewinnmaximierung steht hier im Vordergrund. Den Laden sollte man meiden!

Gestern waren wir dort zum Essen, besser gesagt wir haben es versucht. Es fing schon damit an dass ich einen Tisch für 4 reserviert hatte mit der bitte dass dieser im Erdgeschoss liegt. Das wurde mir auch telefonisch zugesagt. Ergebnis als wir ankamen: wir hatten einen Tisch im ersten Stock. Ok. Dann war das halt so. ABER aufgrund von wohl mehreren Weihnachtsfeiergruppen haben sie unseren Tisch wohl irgendwie `reingebastelt`, (2 unterschiedlich hohe Tische , 3 unterschiedliche Sorten Stühle) so dass wir press am Durchgang saßen der eh schon recht eng war und die Kellner sich immer am Tisch vorbeizwängen mussten. Soweit so gut, es sollte ja aufs Essen ankommen. Wir waren äußerst willig und trotz allem gut gestimmt und haben bestellt. Nichts aufwändiges, 4 Pizzen. Ja uns war klar mit den Weihnachtsfeiergruppen würde es etwas dauern, aber wir hatten es ja nicht ganz so eilig. Also alles gut. Nach ca. 1 Stunde wurden wir aber dann doch etwas hungrig und fragten mal sehr höflich nach wann wir vielleicht mit dem Essen rechnen dürfen. Die Antwort: `die Pizzen kommen gleich` lies uns geduldig weiter warten. Und genau das taten wir: WARTEN!!! Andere Gäste kamen, bestellten, bekamen ihre Pizza und gingen, neue Gäste kamen.... nur bei uns kam nichts an. Wieder eine höfliche Nachfrage, `jaja die Pizzen kommen` , sind schon im Ofen, mit einem Bildbeweis der Kellnerin auf ihrem Handy. Eine weitere halbe Stunde verging und nun war die Nachfrage wo das Essen bleibt nicht mehr ganz so zurückhaltend aber immer noch höflich. Der Chef kam, äußerst schnippisch und gereizt , um nicht gar frech zu sagen, und meinte nur wo unser Problem wäre. Es hätten halt alle Pizza bestellt und deshalb würde es so lange warten. Nachdem, wir ihm erklärt haben dass wir seit 2 Stunden warten und schon etliche Pizzen an andere Gäste herausgebracht wurden, die deutlich nach uns kamen und sie uns die ganze Zeit angelogen haben von wegen dass die Pizzen schon im Ofen wären, wurde er noch etwas angespannter. Was wir jetzt von ihm wollen würden! Mega Krönung! Wir hatten nämlich zwischenzeitlich vom Personal erfahren dass ER höchst selbst die Bestellung vergessen hatte. Quintessenz des ganzen, wir sind nach 2 Stunden aufgestanden und sind gegangen, an der Pizza vorbei die uns nun doch endlich und sehr verärgert aufgetischt werden sollte. Keine Entschuldigung, kein Bedauern, kein Service. Zum Glück hat Saarbrücken eine vielfältige Gastronomie so dass man sich diesen Italiener nicht nochmal antun muss.

We're from Homburg. The restaurant is really great. The owner is super friendly. The food is excellent. I can't understand the other reviews.

The food was okay, the service appalling. The waitress avoided all eye contact – no please, no thank you, no "enjoy your meal," no smile, nothing. The appetizer plate wasn't cleared away, and the food was placed wordlessly at the edge of the table. We've never experienced anything like it. The owner was on a video chat, which he didn't interrupt for a second while we paid at the counter – no looking up, no thank you, no goodbye, nothing. In our opinion, this is definitely a contender for the most unfriendly restaurant at St. Johanner Markt.

The schnitzel was sour, so we got a new one, but that wasn't great either – very small for the rather high price. The service, however, was very friendly. I used to go there quite often, and it was better back then – what a shame.

We ordered cannelloni. They were very salty, which didn't make us want dessert or even coffee. I don't recommend them.

The waitress was nice and the pizzas were good. However, the food arrived a little late, and the manager was very unfriendly. He handed us the wrong pizzas, and instead of responding to us and giving them to the other person at the table, he simply said, "Take it." So we swapped them ourselves. During the meal, he wished us "bon appetit" over our heads. When we thanked him, we were told that he wasn't saying it to us, but to the table next to us. When we pointed out that he probably would have said the same, he turned around and left. When we settled the bill, he wasn't able to split the bills—mind you, adding up €24 and €9 for the two. Instead, he handed me the bill and told me to just pay everything. Definitely not, so I did a quick calculation and we paid separately. The rum steak with chanterelles arrived late, and there wasn't a single chanterelle in it, not even a piece. The meat quality could also be significantly better. We will definitely never visit this restaurant again.

I'm incredibly disappointed—unfortunately, I've never experienced anything like this at an Italian restaurant before! From the very beginning, I felt unwelcome. Other guests were noticeably given priority. When clearing the appetizer plates, the waiter simply asked, "Ready?" and took the plates away. The female waitress at least asked if everything was OK after the main course. The main course was fine. However, what annoyed me immensely at the end was that when (apparently) the manager took the check, I was neither asked if everything was OK nor even thanked him! I'll be back in Saarbrücken very often, but never again in this restaurant!

First of all, we waited an hour for bruschetta, and probably over an hour and a half for the main course. On top of that, the fries weren't cooked properly, and the meat, which was supposed to be schnitzel, was just three small pieces. For that price, it's the worst. I haven't had such a bad meal in a long time.

Arrived at the restaurant at 8:30 p.m. Ordered food and drinks at 8:40 p.m. The food arrived at 9:15 p.m. The rump steak was way too salty and not quite medium-rare. The fries came from the freezer and weren't cooked through. Definitely not recommended. The wait times are insane, and the food doesn't justify the price.

Good products. Prices around €30/person. Understaffed staff, which meant we waited an hour before being served. The staff wasn't very pleasant. Several people left their tables without being served. I do not recommend this restaurant.

I recommended this pizzeria to my friends because I was so impressed the first time I visited. But today it was simply disastrous. The service seemed overwhelmed and unmotivated. My orders were forgotten, and they ignored me when I ordered drinks. I had to ask for attention every time. Some of the food was inedible, and the pizza was very dry depending on the variety. The bread was from the day before? Was it because the manager was on vacation? It's a real shame!

I ordered a steak and specifically requested that I wanted the meat cooked medium rare. The meat arrived well done. I found it almost impossible to eat because of the taste and had to leave it, so the waitress asked me while clearing the table if I didn't like it. I pointed out that the meat was well done, and she offered me a grappa. My dinner was completely ruined, and the price was too high. The chef should get some training or stop serving steak. I won't be going to the restaurant again.

Great Italian in Saabrücken! The atmosphere is very cozy, you immediately feel at home and can listen to the Italian music. The service is always very friendly and the food is delicious! The Vitello Tonato is highly recommended.

La Galeria is a great restaurant where you can always get a table quickly and easily in a great atmosphere without a reservation. The food and service are great, today I had the “Bistecca Galleria”. For me it was an absolute insider tip that tasted incredibly good. A must to try!!!

Very satisfied: Chef Niko was great, Chef Antonio was in a class of his own. Our visit is regular and we are never disappointed.

Our favorite Italian in Saarbrücken. Always delicious, freshly prepared food, a cozy atmosphere and an extremely friendly boss, whose son is the head chef. When the weather is nice, like today, the entire glass front is opened and you can enjoy your food both inside and outside under the awning and, if you are interested, take a look at the people passing by in the pedestrian zone at St. Johanner Markt. Always a pleasure to come here!

We have been to the Galleria many times and have always been very satisfied. The last visit was disappointing. It tasted good, but there were no more olives as a greeting from the kitchen, we waited 55 minutes for spaghetti and then quite small portions...we're looking for a new Italian restaurant...

Sehr viel Mittelmaß. Brot vor dem Essen war aufgetaut und deshalb teilweise nass. Salami auf der Pizza war von der Qualität her wirklich nicht gut. Nudeln und Lasagne waren ok. Bedienung sehr unfreundlich.

It was really good here, I had osso buco and we shared several pizzas as a starter, everything was really great. It's nice when you come in and you think "that's exactly what it must smell like in an Italian restaurant!". A bit like dough, like spices, just good. Toilets are a bit careless, but that's actually a bad thing, it was definitely clean. The room downstairs is quite small and narrow, so the atmosphere is rather loud and turbulent, which I personally liked. But I wouldn't necessarily go there with small children as they hardly have any space to run around.

Steak (gorgonzola sauce) and schnitzel (champion sauce) really good. Meat is always tender and fried as desired (steak medium). Each with fries. Unfortunately only a very small portion, so we ordered more fries. These were also calculated separately. Side salad fresh, with a lot... cucumber, tomatoes, carrots and very tasty salad dressing. Since it was a salad, very little was initially supplied. Fries crispy and hot. We also had tagliatelle with (fresh 😬) porcini mushrooms. When we asked, we were told that the mushrooms were processed frozen. Actually no problem... But then you don't write anything fresh on the daily menu. Additionally, a starter platter for 2 people for an incredible €23. We were disappointed with that. No olives, zucchini or other classic antipasti vegetables. Mini mozzarella, 2 slices of tomato. Leftover ham and salami. Not much and nothing special either. Smallest pieces of cheese, walnuts and a pot of plum jam. Bread would be served later. Drinks expensive. 6€ bottle of water. Dessert not freshly prepared. When asked, they said the pana cotta and tiramisu were homemade. Tartuffo Mozart ordered.... finished product with spray cream. 🤔 Tiramisu no revelation. Paid €147. Limoncello on the house...thank you. Service nice. There's long hair in the salad, you're sitting pretty tight and it's very loud. It was okay, the prices for the dessert (freshly increased) are outrageous as is the starter plate. You can go there... but you don't have to.

We ate the fish platter and the mussels. It was really good. Getting good fish in Germany is difficult. But it was great here. The service was very attentive and the boss invited us to grappa at the end. This is how we imagine a great evening.

Just under €70 for three standard pasta dishes including non-alcoholic drinks. - A packaging fee of €1 was charged without notice for taking leftover food with you. - After 70 minutes we were rudely thrown out, including the pregnant woman. Fresh guests bring more sales. It doesn't work at all. It was the first, but also the last time in this restaurant.

Very unfriendly waiter (the slightly younger staff was OK), the food didn't come at the same time and there were only two of us, the pasta dish was unfortunately bland, the ambience really disappointed us and the prices of some dishes/drinks are a disgrace.

First of all the prices on the website are cheaper than the restaurant's menu. That was the first unpleasant surprise. Then we ordered the pizza with extra garlic and we didn't get it. Still, we were charged 2 extra euros for it! The price for a bottle of water is 7 euros! The house wine was of a terrible quality. Can't quite understand the 3.5 stars. I've been going to La Galleria regularly for six years and have never been disappointed. Prices have risen - but that's the case everywhere. If you're looking for a decent Italian restaurant in a good location, you've come to the right place.

1st choice if you love Mediterranean, Italian cuisine! The locality “La-Galleria” cultivates “Bella Italia” in all its attributes. The service is chaotic but very friendly. The speech is partly in Italian, which embodies a certain charm. The atmosphere is rustic and typically Italian. You can sit very well both “inside” and “outside”. The food is "unadulterated", typically Italian, not adapted to German tastes, which certainly explains one or two recessions. Although many dishes impress, for me it is the authentic pasta dishes that keep me coming back. Besides the pasta, my warmest recommendation is the “Scaloppina Parmigiana”. Conclusion: If you're not looking for a cheap Italian restaurant where you can eat within 60 minutes and are looking for perfectly organized German service, this is the wrong place for you. But if you are looking for an Italian restaurant that is authentic, cultivates the Italian flair and wants to forget time with a nice dinner, you will have found your new favorite restaurant there.

I was just walking past, Saturday 11:15 a.m., and someone was singing the Tefrain of a song so fervently that it brought a smile to my lips.

My husband and I were in this restaurant for the first time today. The outside was great and the inside was terrible. We felt terribly uncomfortable when we entered the restaurant. We have never experienced such unfriendly staff. The prices are also really unbelievable and this is not meant in a positive way You feel like a nuisance We would sooner chop off our hands than recommend this restaurant and walk out the door without ordering anything People do yourself a favor and go somewhere else Friendliness is definitely not a priority there We are very disappointed

La Galleria is my favorite Italian restaurant in all of Saarland! I always enjoy coming back because the food is delicious and the service is also very friendly! I would recommend it to everyone!

The waiter did not speak German. Just "prego, prego" Seemed like constant discussion with the owner. The pasta and pizza were delicious. The tiramisu had mold on it. And the taste is sour. The waiter took it away and did nothing with it. "2 minutes" he kept saying. Finally we paid without the tiramisu. The owner has ordered the kitchen to check the tiramisu. I was done with it Shame

Shocked by the attitude of the boss, disrespectful and arrogant, unacceptable behavior, I would have done better to read the reviews before because in fact all of them are negative and have been for years! Never again !! I hope that the competent authorities will be contacted, flee!!!

The food is pretty good. I found the service very unfriendly, not smiling at all. There are too many tables in the room in my opinion, little privacy even for lunch. We didn't linger.

Nous y sommes allés un samedi soir à 6. Nous avons été accueillis par un serveur semblant passer déjà une mauvaise soirée, le sourire aux oubliettes, il était très antipathique. Nous avons bien senti que nous n'étions pas la bienvenue, pourtant nous ne sommes pas venu tard il devait être 19h30. Premièrement au bout de 5 min il s'est énervé avec nous car nous n'avons pas encore fait notre choix. Mes prix étant assez élevés le choix nous a paru difficile. Deuxièmement, aucun de nous n'a terminé son assiette, les plats manquaient cruellement d'assaisonnement et nous étions automatiquement dégoûtés de dépenser autant pour ça. Pour finir, le serveur, totalement agacé et zéro patience s'est montré nerveux au moment de l'addition car mon copain et moi payons notre part séparément, trop demandé. Le serveur incapable de calculer, mon copain a du le faire a sa place et lui dire combien on lui devait. Pour conclure, on y retournera pas.

The food is good, the service bad. The employees are totally overwhelmed, or maybe the kitchen too. We probably waited an hour for the food. In between, no one shows up anymore. Apparently there is no wine list. Two wines are available upon request. I wouldn't do it anymore. The prices were high for that.

Simply one of the worst services I have ever experienced. First of all, the waiter was pushing the whole time: You have to order quickly, I have something to do: Oh, that shocked me at first. Then my husband got something else (he wanted paste with cheese, so the first waiter said yes that would be with cheese). My husband then complained and got cheese from another gentleman that was even worse than the first. He said loudly: my colleague is an idiot of all idiots and waved his hand to my husband and said just eat!! We decided not to eat anything and left the table and never come to a place like that again.

Very bad service, the food we ordered didn't come but something else. When we asked the waiter about it, he called the boss, laughing at his statement that they didn't have it anymore, so we got something else. It's just a joke zero communication. Should have read the reviews beforehand, unfortunately this not only happened to us but to many people too. They don't make any effort for new guests, which is a shame. But everything else just tastes bad. I will never recommend it again

We were there for dinner. The bruschetta starter was burnt, then they turned the side down and brought the food to the table anyway. After the complaint, the starter was served again. The taste was still not good. The main course Scaloppina Crema was two mini veal schnitzels with a watery sauce. Rarely have I eaten something so bad. To make matters worse, you then have to pay the bill in full!

Rather unsuitable for larger groups, not only in terms of the furnishings but also the service staff seemed to reach their limits with a group of 14 people. The food was really good. The pizza base was rolled out on semolina and made from special pizza flour, as the boss told us. Unfortunately, the food was brought in 4 stages so that the first ones were already finished when the last ones got something. So there is still room for improvement. The restaurant is busy during the week and requires a reservation.

The greeting was ok, the gentleman who served us said he was relatively new and he was really friendly. However, there was someone else who served us the food, who was just unfriendly/no go in service. Even when we were 3 girls wanted to pay separately later, we had to do it downstairs at the counter with a gentleman who wasn't exactly friendly either. In my opinion, the menu is appealingly extensive, but when it comes to special requests, nothing worked. I wanted to change something about my salad, answer: no! It was just a matter of combining two almost identical salads together... there was one with steak strips and one with fish and I would have liked a little bit of both. I find it very inflexible to deal with it. Otherwise our dishes were good, here I'll say: you can do it again... maybe a little too expensive for the size... but because of the service I really have to think about whether I go there again... except for the relatively new service man... he was friendly... hopefully he stays that way among the other grouches. Otherwise, it should be mentioned that the prices on the menu on the homepage are no longer correct.

Das war mein zweiter Besuch in diesem eigentlich schönen kleinen Restaurant. Diesmal wars aber eine Enttäuschung. Wieder bestellte ich die gegrillte Dorade mit Pasta als Beilage. Der Fisch war leider über den Punkt gegart und die Spaghetti al olio waren kalt. Dann wurde auch noch ein anderer Preis kassiert als ausgezeichnet. Als Wiedergutmachung hab es zwar einen Grappa auf Haus, was die Enttäuschung aber nur teilweise wieder ausgleichen konnte. Der nette Service hat den zweiten Punkt "gerettet" sonst hätte ich heute nur einen Punkt vergeben können.

Hectic seating instructions, there can be no question of a greeting. We were immediately told that there was going to be a lot of activity and that everything had to happen quickly. So when the order was taken, the push and pull was extremely unfriendly. The food is mediocre considering the prices quoted. We had to wait quite a long time for the bill and the staff had bad manners and were unfriendly.

We always enjoy coming here. Nico the host is extremely personable and friendly. The food is fantastic and the menu offers a nice selection. Very beautiful here.
