Extremely poor service. Until you're served here and the food arrives, it's unbelievable. Not recommended.

Located right on the lake with a great view; in summer, you can also sit outside. I can't say much about the food; the cakes are delicious, but not homemade. The service is okay, but could be a bit friendlier.

I think it's a nice place to sit, but the staff are really bad! I was there with my mum and we were served coffee but the cups were full of coffee stains (the pictures don't really show it, even the saucer had coffee on it). We went in to the lady and she said "what's wrong" in a really nasty tone of voice. I asked her why that was and if it was dirty etc. (my first thought). She got really angry and said "I won't let anyone tell me that my cups are dirty..." then she explained about the coffee, but she was also very derogatory and took it much too personally. I asked her, because she had said the coffee machine was broken, whether she always just serves it like that without maybe cleaning it. She doesn't usually say that, but I forgot. I think that's perfectly fine. I mean, it can happen, but if she had simply said, "Oh, sorry, I didn't see it, I'll make you a new one," the whole thing would have been over. It wasn't busy at all. There were only two other tables occupied, and yet we still had to wait a long time for everything. I wouldn't recommend it to anyone.

Very average, dishes worthy of fast food and above all they do not correspond to what is announced on the menu...

I love the bistro. The friendly service and cleanliness of the bistro are excellent. It's the best restaurant and bistro the DFG has to offer.

Wir sind hier mit einem Unternehmerstammtisch jeden Dienstag zum Frühstück. Das Frühstücksbuffet ist immer frisch angerichtet und sieht auch dementsprechend gut aus. Es lässt auch keine Beanstandungen zu. Leider ist die Lichtinstallation im Wintergarten nicht gerade optimal für Vorträge. Auch zieht es etwas im Winter und die Heizung ist recht laut. Was auch eventuell mal in Betracht gezogen werden sollte, ist eine neue Kaffeemaschine. Leider werden die Tassen immer überflutet. Der Service vor Ort ist aber dennoch sehr gut.

Interessant, nicht in der Lage einen Bewirtungsbeleg in der Bel Etage zu erstellen...

formule buffet à volonté à 35€ le 31/12, avec plusieurs entrées froides et chaudes et plats également diverses, le tout de très bonne qualité. le personnel est aux petits soins et efficace. que demander de plus? rien...............
