Ich hatte eine vegetarische Partypizza und habe eine Lebensmittelvergiftung bekommen.

Eine kleine Gruppe französischer Mädchen auf Klassenfahrt – alles war perfekt! Das Personal war so herzlich und freundlich, und wir haben verschiedene Gerichte probiert: Sie waren köstlich! Gut zubereitet, frisch und in großzügigen Portionen. Ich kann dieses Restaurant wärmstens empfehlen. Vielen Dank für alles!

We ordered two doner kebab plates for home delivery. The meat and fries were okay, but the bulgur smelled very burnt and was inedible.

Gestern zu 4. bestellt, heute haben alle eine Lebensmittelvergiftung. Nie wieder.

Wenn unser Kebabmann seinen Ruhetag hat, ist Ilan unsere zweite Wahl. Normaler Kebab, nichts überragendes, Soße mit persönlich zu wenig gewürzt, Brot etwas knatschig. Pommes mega lecker. Ein guter Laden, aber kommt an "unseren" mit Abstand nicht ran :)

Never again. The employee was incredibly rude on the phone. The call lasted a total of 21 seconds!!! That's how he dismissed me. It was pretty clear then that the order would be wrong, and it was. On top of that, the food was so carelessly and unappetizingly thrown into the box that I completely lost my appetite. Unfortunately, I forgot to take a picture.

The value for money at Ilan is unbeatable for Saarbrücken! It always tastes good and isn't expensive! A genuine shop with very friendly staff! I come every week ❤️ My tip: Small kebab, cheeseburger – very filling, plus a Coke! All for 12 euros 😍

I swear one of the best Döner Kebap I've ever tried. You get a very generous amount of Döner for such a fair price. Apart from that, the Doner tastes delicious. I highly recommend this Döner shop.

I was there today with my girlfriend. We bought Yubka, and it was delicious. When we ran out of money for a drink, we asked for water. They gave us two free juices. Everything was delicious—the most delicious Yubka in the world.

Extremely long delivery time - very disappointing I ordered two kebabs at 12:05 p.m. When nothing had arrived at 1:15 p.m., I called and was told: “The driver is on the way.” Same thing again at 1:30 p.m. I finally canceled the order at 1:45 p.m. Shortly afterwards (1:50 p.m.) the driver showed up at the door - saying that I hadn't ordered until 1:05 p.m. At that point I had already been waiting for over an hour. Almost two hours delivery time for two kebabs, even though I only live 10 minutes away - that is absolutely incomprehensible. I would have expected at least honest communication or an apology. Unfortunately, the entire experience was disappointing.

The Lieferando driver was very, very nice. The food, well, what can I say? The two kebabs weren't delivered as requested. It specifically said ONLY MEAT SAUCE AND ONIONS and what came with everything. The Lamacun was delivered with very, very little meat. And everything was cold. We don't need to talk about the fries, some were hard and some were raw, and the fat in the fryer should be changed; you can taste it. The food tasted simply bad. It was much better before. It's really gotten bad.

Our first order from ilan. Used fries+nuggets+salad+kepab+pizza and home service on Sunday afternoon. It was quick, the employee was very friendly, there was 1 free cola and 2 free dips. We enjoyed everything very much. The fries were just right and delicious, the nuggets had a cornflake coating and tasted better than Golden M. The pizza had plenty of cheese on it and the dough tasted like a classic pizza oven and not a conveyor belt. It's not a typical Italian pizza dough. It's more reminiscent of pan, but we like it very much. The chicken breast salad was extremely fresh and very tasty. The side salad was a fairly large portion and also delicious. We all celebrated the free dips or sauces, we didn't know what it was but guessed it was a homemade yogurt dressing. Perfect for dipping the fries/pizza edges or simply over the salad. Kebab 1a. Conclusion: We will definitely order again.

I have often ordered for work and everything has always been okay. Then I thought I'd order a kebab plate privately and unfortunately it wasn't that great. It's okay that the fries become soggy upon delivery. The salad was okay too. But in my opinion the most important thing about the kebab plate is the meat. It was completely chopped up, somehow totally mushy, seasoned with musty and very bland, and had a certain disgust factor for me. With every bite I felt like I was eating something bad, that I would definitely have stomach problems afterwards. Ilan used to be really great, but something has changed. For the prices I would like it to be as good again. I would really be happy.

Ordered 2 party pizzas via Lieferando with the note that you could pay by card. The driver came without a reader and took the pizzas back with him 👍 After a phone call with an employee, I was informed that card payment via Lieferando was not possible. The question arises as to why you don't cancel the order in advance or point it out. 😉 Apart from that, we were already able to pay with a card after a note. I hope you enjoy the pizza. Salad dressing was totally tasteless. Little or no salt on it. The pide was soggy and didn't taste good at all. The fries were soggy. Only the chicken nuggets were edible. The delivery time was okay. I will never order anything there again.

Very clean and friendly and tidy

We've been getting kebab here often for years. In the past I have often noticed that the portions vary in size and quantity. Last night was a hit. My large kebab was a joke from the crowd. I hardly found the salads in the kebab and then the price was increased in the meantime. So if the price is increased, the portions should also remain the same. And no matter which employee prepares the dishes, the quantity should always be approximately the same. We won't buy kebab here again in the future. Sorry. We bought two kebabs again last night. And again not the quality as before. The kebab was filled with a few salads. The bread was dry and completely broken. So eating out of your hand was impossible. The employees were also very unfriendly last night. A “good evening” or a word when leaving was not possible. There was no other customer in the store either. In conclusion I can only say: poor quality food and unfriendly staff. No future for us.

Unfortunately it doesn't work anymore...! We used to go to Ilan several times, the food was OK and so were the prices. However, what we had to experience today is not possible. Nowadays the only cutlery you get is a plastic fork. Apart from the fact that this is no longer allowed these days, the fork is of such poor quality that it can't cope with even a French fry. This caused me to break a prong twice (see picture), it was pure luck that I didn't swallow any of the broken pieces. But that's not all: There's a nail/drawing board pen stuck in my wife's kebab bread!!! That really doesn't work at all. I therefore really have to strongly advise against a visit to Ilan.

I ordered via Lieferando. The food was warm and freshly prepared, very tasty! Ordering was very quick and the delivery person was also a very nice young man. I can only recommend. The best experience in Saarbrücken so far.

Super tasty food, decent portions and the price was okay too. In the picture is a lamacun with cheese. Delivery is quick and the suppliers are friendly. Once something was forgotten, a quick call was enough and it was delivered straight away.

The staff sets standards in unfriendliness. The employees work quickly without bothering to show a smile or a friendly gesture. Eyes are rolled at certain requests. You feel like an intruder. The ignorance and grumpy facial expressions make ordering an unforgettably bad experience every time. It seems as if kindness is a foreign word here. If you are looking for a place that is characterized by particularly unfriendly, disrespectful staff, this is the place for you. Overall, my visit was a complete disappointment, not only because of the staff, but also because of the bland kebab.

When the delivery person arrived at my home he had no change even though I clearly wrote on Lieferando that I would give 20 euros. The meal cost 14.50 euros. He said he would be back in 5 minutes to give me my change and never came back. Would never recommend ordering from them

Leckeres Essen, freundliches Personal, großzügige Räumlichkeiten, alles picobello sauber.

First the order came 30 minutes late, then instead of 2 30cm pizzas we got a 40cm pizza and pasta. I called once. After about 20 minutes the driver rang the bell and handed me 2 small 26cm pizzas, both of which were missing the pepperoni sausage and one of which simply had pepperoni put it on top and didn't remove the olives, it's a shame the pizzas were very soggy, the dough wasn't cooked through, but it was burnt. I don't know what was going on. I won't order there anymore

Really very disappointing. The pizza was very tasty. All the ingredients were thrown very carelessly onto the pizza. There was far too little sauce on the kebab plate, very very dry. The fries were limp.

Also ich habe mir 2 große Döner liefern lassen wahren mega lecker! nichts hat nach knorbel oder sonstiges geschmeckt deshalb verstehe ich viele negative Rezensionen nicht! Also ich kann sie nur weiter empfehlen!

Ambiente find ich recht schön, der Service ist einem Kebabrestaurant entsprechend sehr zufriedenstellend. Zu dem Essen muss ich sagen, dass ich schon mal bessere kebabs gegessen hab z.b. im Zentrum von Saarbrücken oder auch außerhalb aber Geschmack ist bekanntlich Geschmackssache

Byłam 2 razy na pysznym kebabie. Dogodne położenie, jednak hałas z ulicy znaczny.

Früher die Top Adresse in Saarbrücken wenn es um Döner etc. ging. Heute leider, was Geschmack und Qualität des Essens angeht, hart an der Grenze zur Drittklassigkeit. So begeistert ich früher von Ilan war, so wenig würde ich den Laden aktuell jemandem empfehlen. Sehr Schade!

Die Döner sind gut, das Personal auch freundlich. Jedoch haben wir stundenlang auf unsere Bestellung gewartet. Deshalb leider 2 Sterne Abzug.

Habe heute eine Pizza Phantasia und eine Pide bestellt. Erhalten habe ich die Pide und eine Calzone. Die Pizza wurde neu gemacht und ich habe zuhause gemerkt das sie mir die Calzone berechnet haben und noch nicht mal mitgegeben haben. Auch der Salat zur Pide war nicht dabei. Aber dafür mir 8 Euro zuviel berechnet. Ich war die längste Zeit Stammkunde gewesen. Das ist Betrug!!
