And then in street sales you have to wait 20 minutes, absolutely not recommended
I was at Burger King last night and had a beer bottle with me, unaware that it was a problem. An employee (presumably of Indian origin) approached me very rudely and silently slammed a cup on my table. He didn't respond at all to my request to be more polite.
Luckily, another employee (presumably of Arab origin) came along, remained calm, brought me a new cup with a straw, and calmed the situation down.
I also recognize the rude employee from the Christmas market there; he sold me a water bottle for €5, which, in retrospect, seems like a rip-off to me.
This kind of behavior is completely unacceptable. If nothing changes, I won't recommend the branch to anyone else and won't visit it again.
****I only mention the origin here so that the employees in question can be better identified on site, not for any negative reason. I myself have a different origin and mean this in an entirely neutral way.

Is everything okay? That used to be a really good BK branch with really good hot burgers and fresh burgers. But for about a year now, things have really left a lot to be desired.
But actually it started since BK only offered these boring specials, almost always the same thing.
Nevertheless, the branch has really deteriorated. At first the burgers arrived significantly slower for me as a customer. Well, you have to prepare them fresh for me because of an allergy, but it's always been that way. I only get incorrect orders, either the cheese is missing or something else is wrong. Since I unfortunately only notice this when I get home, because I actually hope that the burger is the way I want it and I don't bite into it on the way, but just check briefly to see if everything is included, it's really bad. Sometimes it contains exactly what I ordered, sometimes it's the wrong burger in the wrong packaging, sometimes everything is really cold (I live 5 minutes away), sometimes something is mixed up. It's also often the case that "newer" staff are really unfriendly, sometimes sit on your ears in the drive-thru and are really slow.
That's a real shame because the branch was really great. You got fresh, hot burgers, fries were great, drive-thru was also good and there were rarely any mistakes.
Maybe it will happen again, but for now I'm sticking with my pretty poor rating. There's a lot of room for improvement and it's also become expensive for quite poor quality.
The food was old, the bread had probably been left behind for days, the chicken was way too over-fried, there was even a hair in the food for the fact that I waited for half an hour, the food and the service were way too bad that I would come back
What's wrong with your sauce on the spaghetti pizza? We've only been ordering this pizza from you for years because it was the best, but now for the second time the sauce is different and today it's still full of cheese so it tasted more like cheese than pizza spaghetti Bolognese. We think it's a shame and if it stays like this, it will be the last time. Not edible
Ordered there several times, always several party pizzas for a celebration. Delivery super on time and very nice delivery service. The pizzas are great for parties and several guests asked me where I always order the pizzas.
I've only been ordering from Balkan Cevapcici for several months now and love the food. I am an absolute fan of the burgers and the Yufka. The pizzas are great too! When you place a Lieferando order, you will be notified immediately as soon as there is a problem. Super friendly and understanding staff. The delivery person is also super friendly! I have never had such a good experience as here! I can only recommend it to everyone!
