Very friendly welcome from the waitress but the boss was really very unpleasant. We won't come back

Very tasty food, especially the pizza crust was very successful. Nice staff and nice restaurant.

A few days ago I was at Pizza Hut Saarbrücken on Bahnhofstrasse and unfortunately I have to say that I am very disappointed with the service and the quality of the food. Here are the details of my experience: 1. I ordered a dish without meat, but it was still served with chicken. When we commented on this, the waiter was so busy with himself that he barely listened to us. In the end we had to cancel the court. 2. I ordered an L size pan pizza with 5 extra ingredients, which cost €3.50 per ingredient. Unfortunately the amount of extra ingredients was a disgrace. For example there were only 3 tiny pieces of broccoli spread across the entire pizza, barely worth €3.50. What was plentiful were the tomato slices. I found everything else to be a complete rip-off. 3. The bill was charged for cheddar, which I didn't order and which wasn't even on the pizza. When I asked the waiter about it, he became aggressive and claimed that I had ordered it, which was absolutely not true. 4. When we complained about the price, the waiter escalated further and started arguing with us instead of realizing the mistake. He turned red with anger and said we should have complained as soon as we were served. In the end the cheddar was taken off the bill but they still asked us to pay for the rest as if we were children who didn't understand anything. The experience overall was unacceptable. A friendly approach would have significantly defused the situation, especially since the first dish was already completely wrong and we were dissatisfied with the entire order. That was definitely the last time I ordered anything from Pizza Hut. I will definitely spread this story further. Thank you for this miserable day. With dissatisfied greetings

The most delicious pizza in Zarbrücken 🥰

We have been a long time customer of Pizza Hut. Today we were very disappointed. We understand price increases, but not what's on the plate. Less and less for the money. E.g. salads. So little on the plate for just under €14, which is a disgrace. When we ordered, the communication between us and the lady who took the order didn't work well. It can happen, no problem. You can ask. After we asked 3 different waitresses for clarification, and then a lady explained to us that by mistake there was only one portion on the order, we weren't even offered to bring a second portion later. And then the waitress was there gone ..thanks for nothing, even though there was a lot going on today. That's no excuse!!! We were guests. With these prices, portions and poor service I can happily do without.

Fast food is good to eat But price a little high for the quality + top service

After visiting Ikea in Saarlouis we drove to Saarbrücken. We were all hungry, at first we wanted to go somewhere else, but on the way the Pizza Hut stopped us. Up and down in👍☺the last time was years ago. The kids each ate a pizza and I ate taggiatelle with broccoli, really tasty👍👍👍

I was used to come to this place and it was always very crowded. I wondered why there were only two tables occupied when I came this week. Well… prices have rocketed, indeed. Can’t blame the restaurant for it, must be a chain thing considering the costs nowadays to run a business BUT I’m not okay to pay about 20 euros for greasy pizza. Even if that’s the sprite at Pizza Hut. It felt like it was missing a little bit of garnish also. Used to pay half the price for this… Service was good though, all waiters were nice and even made the effort to speak French for us, which was much appreciated. Thanks guys.

I ordered via Uber Eats, food arrived after over 90 minutes and a pepperoni pizza was delivered even though I had ordered a vegan pizza. Just disgusting

We were there shortly before 9 in the evening...we were told through heavy gesticulation that they would be closing soon (70 minutes) We then decided to have a piece of pizza on hand, which we could wait 20-25 minutes for in front of the door... I understand something different by good service quality

Was there with my grandchildren, here you can order a pizza to share. The service was rather modest, simple drinks took a while to be served. The pepperoni pizza was ok.

I was there years ago. I have to say, the food is fantastic as always, service is great.

People kept coming just to use the toilet. When two foreign ladies came in and asked if they could use the toilet, the boss asked if they would also eat there. When the ladies said no, he demanded €0.50 per person After these two ladies, more came and asked about the toilet and he said “yes, down the stairs” I don't understand why there is a difference here. As we sat there only the two ladies had to pay. Our pizza came with pepperoni salami (pork) instead of beef salami. The boss then offered not to pay for the pizza without discussing it. I thought it was good. At first our food came before drinks because we seemed to have been forgotten.

What really excited me was that there was a menu for vegans. Hats off, some restaurants should learn a thing or two. No animal products - it's possible if you want and it's not rocket science. Delicious, delicious...

Old store, very unhygienic and disgusting! I think there is often no cleaning. I also understand why so few write, there are only French people in the store anyway, they have no interest in proper service! Food wasn't baked well, unfriendly staff, just mass processing! A piece of pepper on my Meat Lovers Pizza (delivery service). I have allergies. When I called, the answer was: nothing like that ever happens...

Well, we used to go to Pizza Hut in Gießen a lot, and the taste and quality there were always very satisfactory. Here in Saarbrücken, people probably don't believe in cooking the products long enough for them to be at least a little crispy. Disgustingly sloppy, as if it had been briefly in the microwave. Never again. I ordered a pizza and mozzarella sticks and the pizza was the worst in my life. Mozzarella sticks were not crispy and I would have even made better at home. “2 stars” is only for fast delivery.

If you're tired of pizza from Arabic and Italian restaurants in Saarbrücken, give this place a try. Their pizzas surpass those from other Arabic and Italian restaurants in terms of both preparation and flavor. While slightly pricier, the superior taste makes it worth it. They accept cards, unlike many places that only take cash.

Super tasty pizza, great selection, friendly staff, unfortunately prices too steep... Cheeselovers...choose barbecue sauce instead of tomato sauce and shepherd's cheese... Basically swapping 2 ingredients for 1, but still paying extra for one... But still highly recommended, not daily but every 2 to 3 months is fine

The toilet was really the highlight of the evening. The food was terrible.

This branch urgently needs to work on its staff. There were 5 of us and after 10 minutes we still didn't have a card. The card was only given after we asked. You don't get noticed at all, the employees walk around but no one even thinks of coming to the table, even though they can see that you're sitting there and waiting. The food was served before the drinks, which is quite an achievement. You had to constantly run after the employees. No trained eye if you ask me.

When we wanted to go and pay, we were kept waiting for a long time and people were taken in ahead of us, which is why we only gave 3 stars for the service otherwise it would be 4. We live in France in Metz and we love shopping in Saarbrücken!! Today we decide to eat at pizza hut!! We are greeted by a young man who gives us the cards and lets us settle in!! Ten minutes pass, I point out that there weren't many people there, 15 minutes still no one the young man comes and goes and sees clearly that we are waiting.... Clears the tables, takes the bills but still not our order at the end After almost 1/2 hour we decide to leave, thanking him for his professionalism and especially his speed in taking care of his customers. He becomes aggressive and very rude and makes threats against my husband!! This is unacceptable, especially since this is not the first time that we have been poorly received. Really review your casting to employ appropriate people and, above all, capable of self-control!! Flee this place!!! Next time a complaint will be made!!

Absolutely underground. The staff is so unfriendly. Ordered online, at first you are assumed to have not given your name, which is already an impossibility when you place the order! After an hour the pizza arrived, completely inedible and burnt. Ordered there for the first and last time.

I am of the opinion that if you choose a career in service you should have at least some attitude. That was our last visit to Pizza Hut for the time being. After 10 minutes of waiting at reception we were just told it didn't matter where we sat down (okay) We sat down. Another 10 minutes later we received the menu. Then nothing happened for a long 25 minutes. Service staff just weren't there with us. We weren't noticed either. We then felt so uncomfortable that after 30 minutes of waiting we ended it on our part and left. I don't think anyone even noticed that we left.

I was eating there with my husband and my child so all I can say is that the boss urgently needs to look for new employees if he doesn't want to ruin his shop!! Food arrived wrong and not just for us! My noodle dish didn't taste good and was cold. When I said I wanted a new one, my plate was taken away and brought back after 2 minutes. People, it was the same noodles and just as cold. I felt really embarrassed when I said I didn't want it and what else would take instead, the branch manager didn't do it, she was very unfriendly (I think she has Indian roots) very unfriendly! Above all, my husband got his pizza wrong and so did his starter, no apology, nothing. I hope the owner reads this, I'm really sorry for him when his employees do such a job..

Hello, I have been a regular at this place for years, everything has always gone perfectly, nothing to complain about, however today (2:30 p.m.) a very unpleasant employee comes towards me asking me what I am waiting for, I explain to her that we would like to eat for 2 people but she decides to ignore me so I ask her what's there and she says "the door" while motioning for me to leave in front of everyone. I ask to see a manager, she pulls off her t-shirt and tells me I'm the manager here, you're leaving. I asked for her name to request a complaint, she did not want to give it to me and told her colleagues not to serve us as well. So we had to leave the restaurant without being seated or served for no reason.. shameful, I have never seen that in my life. Your teams have always been at the top, however we should review this person's case.

Ein Pizzahut wie man es kennt, der Service ist gut die Pizza reichlich, es reicht eine Pizza etwa 30cm für 2 Personen nur die Preise sind Enorm hoch, für eine Pizza mit käserand legt man da schon gute 23€ hin und hat noch kein Getränk dabei, deswegen ganz gut, das die Pizza so Sättigend ist und man diese mit 2 Leuten essen kann dann wird das ganze etwas Günstiger. Viele Plätze dort man findet eigentlich fast immer einen Tisch für 2 Personen.

Das Personal müsste dringend geschult werden!!! Wir waren am 13.05.22 ca.18 Uhr dort. Das Personal wirkte nicht nur sehr gestresst sondern war auch sehr unfreundlich. Der Schichtleiter (vermutlich) im Schwarz bekleidet, hektisch und unfreundlich. Nach fast eine Stunde Wartezeit für zwei Kindermenüs und eine Portion Chicken Wings, haben wir es aufgegeben.... Die Chicken Wings kamen nach 50 min ...die Kindermenüs wurden wahrscheinlich vergessen...als ich mich bei eine Bedienung beschwert habe, ging Sie zum Schichtleiter, er brüllte laut dass die Wings aber definitiv bezahlt werden müssen... Sodass die andere Gäste es mitbekommen haben und uns angeschaut haben. So macht man das nicht. Unprofessionell 👎

Falsche Öffnungszeiten an der Tür...dort steht 22 Uhr...Es wird aber schon Dienstags 21Uhr30 geschlossen...das sollte doch möglich sein dies für Kunden informativ zu ändern...bei google stehen die korrekten Zeiten

Das Essen könnte etwas würziger sein. Die Angestellten geben sich die größte Mühe und tun alles was sie unter den Umständen tun können, sind aber überarbeitet. Ein oder zwei weitere einzustellen wär vielleicht ne gute Idee.

Über die Qualität der Pizzen kann man nichts schlechtes sagen. Die sind einfach gut. Die Hauslimos sind auch lecker. Die Preise halt echt hoch. Große Pizza mit Käserand gerne Mal 24€. Wenn es Angebote gibt, die lohnen sich. Immer noch teuer, aber meist Getränk und Nachspeise im Preis enthalten.

Einfach top, sehr freundliche Bedienungen. Sauberes Restaurant.

L’accueil est à revoir, les serveuses manquent de politesse. Il y a un reel manque d’organisation. Les pizzas sont bonnes, c’est dommage.

Essen gut. Ambiente gibt es nicht... Das schlimmste aber ist wenn die Bedienung wahnsinnig nach Schweiß riecht! Muss man jedes mal die Luft anhalten wenn er vorbeigeht.... Die Kollegen müssten das doch auch riechen und dem guten Mann Bescheid geben.... Er weiß es sicherlich nicht selbst....

Leider drinnen gessen. Dort ist es eng und dunkel. Aber der Service super freundlich und zuvorkommend. Diese Mannschaft in einem schönen Lokal wäre 5 Punkte und ein Zusatzstern.

Pizza war lecker, aber Preis- Leistung passen aus meiner Sicht nicht. Das Personal wirkte auf mich irgendetwas zwischen überfordert und Lustlos.
