I ordered pizza with extra bacon, it came cold and without bacon but I had to pay €1.20 extra. The pizza wasn't sliced, spring rolls didn't have a dip and to top it off the baked feta cheese with onions, garlic, peppers, tomatoes and tomato sauce was a tomato bloat with a few cubes of feta cheese, not feta cheese, two rings of peppers and baked pizza cheese. After complaining on the phone, not even an apology. I can only advise against ordering anything there because some of the ingredients are no longer fresh.

I live only 500 meters away and had ordered a pizza. The stated delivery time was 55 minutes. The order came after 1 hour and 40 minutes. The restaurant could not be reached by phone. Pizza wasn't tasty either!

Totally outdated restaurant and severely understaffed

The "I don't care" attitude from the staff, who only half listen, is quite annoying. The food is okay, but damn expensive.

For the second time in a row we have been dealing with diarrhea and vomiting after ordering from you. The driver called because he couldn't find the address, but couldn't speak German or English, so communication was impossible. I had to go looking. The pizza bases have become so thin over the years that they could hardly be removed from cardboard. It's sad what has become of a business where I worked as a pizza baker years ago

Great location, that's all. Apparently there was no more vanilla ice cream and no strawberries either. Waffle was too dark and bitter in taste. But they didn't want to believe that and said it couldn't be because the waffle iron controls it automatically. We were there with 8 people and almost all of us had something wrong or something to complain about. Service was also just so-so.

There was NO food. Ice rink was open, the event was still going on for 2 hours, but there was no food here. Reply from the counter worker: Sorry, the kitchen has been closed for 5 minutes." Underground! Had to leave the ice rink because I was really hungry and MC got my fries

No food there, only toilets. They are only accessible via a relatively long path, which also climbs uphill. Marking male/female The doors are missing, peeled off or similar. Soap/paper towels = none. Bad service there.
