Made 2 of 3 burgers wrong. This was the third visit in 3 months. And every time the orders weren't correct, either something was missing or the orders were wrong, as in this case the bigmac was only half full. And the royal cheese was missing the extra beef which cost 1.20 extra. This is also how you can make sales.

Food itself is very tasty, I only give the bad rating because the customer is being brazen here. The water on the menu says San Pellegrino, which is quite expensive. Same here, bottle price just under five euros. But then you get a bottle of the cheapest no-name water from the supermarket. And that for five euros? That's very bold!

Bestellt hatte ich ein sehr anspruchsvolles Gericht, nämlich (zwangsläufig) Schnitzel mit Pommes und Salat. Der Salat war, wie ich finde sehr lieblos in einem "Fressnapf" angerichtet und außerdem zwar gewaschen aber nicht richtig geschleudert, sodass er kaum Geschmack hatte. Sauce schmeckte auch irgendwie seltsam. Alles doch sehr nach "Maggi macht's möglich". Hauptang - Schnitzel - Convinicience und Pommes total versalzen. Dazu ein unterirdischer Service mit Ton, wie auf einem Kasernenhof. Deswegen garantiert, nie wieder!

7.90 euros for organic waste! We ordered pizza from Amore Heimservice (pizza pepperoni). This took a very long time to be delivered. Unfortunately the pizza was cold upon delivery! The driver was completely disoriented and unfriendly. After he couldn't find the house, he called and let out his frustration. I swear, the house has always been there and I didn't hide it yesterday. At least he got a tip in advance. The food wasn't what you'd imagine either. Terrible.

Everything was a little grubby, my salad was very clear and the sheep's cheese was a slice about 5 mm thick and then cut into 6 pieces. I absolutely cannot understand the reviews. The soft serve was great, the burger was fresh and the fries were great. If I were here again I would visit this restaurant again. The employee on site was also competent and really, very friendly.

Actually, everything has already been said about this restaurant. We were there today and can summarize briefly...beer expensive and the food cold. They won't be seeing us again.

After the delivery driver finally arrived two hours after we ordered and tried to give us two cold boxes dripping with grease, we didn't accept them. He then threw the boxes into his car and drove off with a "You idiot!" of that.

Very bad and expensive. Schnitzel was mediocre and the €11 salad was not even worth €1. Coke €7. Feeling really screwed…. Stomach ache the next day. Stay away from here….

Don't expect too much. Location top, view over the Mosel. Service fine. Food simple. Price a bit too expensive for the "quality" of the food.

Always enjoyed eating there, but now we're out of the mall. Does anyone know where they moved to?
