Gaststätte Zum Eiszappe in Diez

It's comfortable to sit in, the service is friendly, the food is inexpensive and has always been delicious. We'll be happy to come back. If you do your research beforehand, you'll know that it's a menu restaurant. That's why I can't understand the criticism below. That's the concept of the restaurant.

We had a very good meal here with 4 people, the last time we were here was 6 years ago. Nothing has changed in terms of quality, still good Bohemian cuisine. Friendly staff and paying including the gourmet block were no problems at all and were gladly accepted. We'll definitely be back and it won't take 6 years ;-) This is a small location, which makes it cozy.

The hotel is probably family run. Clean and everyone was courteous and nice. The sauna costs 5 euros for hotel guests and is nice for relaxing. Breakfast a bit scarce but sufficient. The restaurant is supposed to be good, but didn't have time to try it. The BPOLAFZ is easy to reach on foot.

We had a comfort room in the annex building, which was quite dark and had no individual flair. The breakfast was unfortunately only functional and with a lot of plastic packaging. We left a day early. The price-performance ratio is not right here!

Cozy cafe/restaurant. Nice atmosphere, attentive staff. Delicious, recommended waffles with cherry ice cream and cream.
