Maja-Burger in Haßloch

I absolutely cannot understand the reviews. The soft serve was great, the burger was fresh and the fries were great. If I were here again I would visit this restaurant again. The employee on site was also competent and really, very friendly.

Chicken fillet is pressed meat and definitely not fillet and is very firm, burnt and absolutely not edible. Fries were soft and not crispy. Ketchup is shown everywhere on the menu but 90% of the time it costs extra...wrong picture then. Unfortunately the sauces also expired over a year ago. Dangerous to health!!!

No idea what was going on there, but it was closed when we arrived. Unfortunately I can't say much about it, the kids were disappointed and sad. We couldn't see any signs why it was closed and when it would reopen.

Just disgusting and unappetizing. Employees can neither math nor German. We were charged around €3. We asked for change and didn't get any and the boss didn't want to help us either. I'll never eat there again. Everything was dirty and sticky.

Different customers are served at the same checkout and by the same worker. Orders are therefore mixed up and the wrong food is served. The food was poor. The burger slices are very thin. The double cheeseburgers are made with cold cheese that sticks to the burger box. The “bacon” of the Bacon Burger is a normal slice of cooked ham. The fries aren't bad, but the quantity leaves a lot to be desired. The ambience is great. The setting of an earth cave fits into the theme of “Maya the Bee” and is extremely interesting, especially for children. All in all, it's still not a great experience. Considering that this restaurant was the only one open on the day of our visit, there are clearly too many deficiencies for these high prices. Dear HolidayPark team, please contact McDonalds and arrange a franchise. That would be much more economically efficient. “Maja Burger by McDonalds” doesn’t sound bad at all.

The staff is friendly and tries to accommodate the crowds. What's missing is cleanliness. No staff to clean the tables, it's better not to look at the floor. The hygiene concept is not implemented here. Therefore only 3 stars.

The fries were half rock hard and half way too soft Change requests (citizens without an onion) were not implemented at all And for 3 really not good meals, 37 euros is simply not a good price/performance ratio
