Pizzeria San Remo in Trier

After the delivery driver finally arrived two hours after we ordered and tried to give us two cold boxes dripping with grease, we didn't accept them. He then threw the boxes into his car and drove off with a "You idiot!" of that.

-Ultra long wait (>90min) -rude on the phone when asked -accused me on the second call that work isn't fun when customers call so often 😂 claimed the driver was standing at the door (it wasn't like that) and just hung up -Pizza was ok

Food arrived late and was inedible. Ingredients were missing but they were on a different pizza. Ham tasted sour. Dough without taste and very rubbery. 3 pizzas out of 3 inedible for 10-15 minutes after one bite, still a bitter taste in the mouth... Very questionable

Do not order from this company, very bad food, still not delivered after 2 hours. No service and no respect for customers

I ordered a chicken burger, it was catastrophic, and I threw it away straight away I've never seen anything like that

40 minutes delivery time announced, 2 hours needed... No information, no apology and the delivery of my cold food only took place after several calls from me.

Just crap. I ordered food earlier and it still didn't arrive.

Attention RIP-OFF. If you order there for delivery it says from 10€ without delivery costs. But then they call and say that there are still €3.50 delivery costs. After cancellation you don't even get your money back!!! Never again

Nicht zu empfehlen!!! Pizza nicht durchgebacken, die hälfte der Bestellung hat gefehlt (alle Getränke) und es wurden nicht alle Zutaten auf die Pizzen getan. Einfach nur enttäuschend war dann am telefon zu hören dass keiner mehr Bock hatte uns die Fehlenden Dinge zu Bringen oder uns etwas vom Geld zurück zu erstatten... ich habe lediglich eine sms bekommen in der stand sie haben eine Cola als Gutschrift... wow. eine Gutschrift bei einem Laden bei dem man nie wieder bestellen will!!! lieben wir! Lasst euch nicht verarschen! Bestellt nicht hier, ausser ihr steht auf halbgare pizzen welche nur sporadisch belegt sind, und den schlechtesten service der Region!

Gebe 3 einhalb Sterne da bei der Lieferung zum wiederholten Male das falsche geliefert wurde . Aber an sich sehr lecker und nette Bedienung

Ich mache sehr selten eine Bewertung aber hier muss ich eine machen. Wir haben gestern über Lieferando bestellt, ca 40 min nach Bestelleingang war die Pizza da. Ich wollte sie schon stornieren als ich im Nachhinein die ganzen Bewertungen hier gelesen habe. Als die Pizza ankam, war sie heiß und lecker. Der Boden war lecker, der Belag auch. Wir werden dort nochmal bestellen. Über Pasta usw. kann ich nichts sagen.
