Super nette Mitarbeiter im Dominos Worms. Die Pizza ist hervorragend. Ich komme definitiv gerne hier her....sehr zu empfehlen

Wir waren hier zu 2t essen. Ich wollte gerne eine Pizza Caprese mit Salami und der Currysauce einer anderen Pizza. War eine tolle kombi- der ältere Mann hat sie perfekt zubereitet- schnell und freundlich. Die anderen bestellten Sachen waren ebenfalls sehr lecker und schnell fertig. Laden an sich auch sehr sauber. Park möglichkeit muss man suchen, Toilette hat gefehlt, und durch die Schwarze Wand sehr dunkel- das ist zwar in den meisten Dominos Läden so- ebenso dass es dort immer sehr warm ist- einwenig helle Akzente wie Kunstpflanten etc würden nicht schaden. Aber nach einem langen Tag Freizeitpark- war die 🍕 einfach klasse.

Pizza New York Style bestellt, Pizza kam an und die Salami hat vom Geschmack total alt geschmeckt, säuerlich. Ich liebe Dominos aber das war das dritte Mal in Folge jetzt. Leider nie mehr jetzt! Hab dort angerufen und es wurde nur gesagt ja können wir nicht ändern und das alles gut sei. Nein war nicht gut. Leider nicht. Wie gesagt Dominos macht gute Pizzen aber das war leider nichts. Hoffe das es bald wieder besser wird.

hallo Ich habe 3 Pizzen bestellt und nichts war, was ich bestellt habe. Ich musste das Dreifache des normalen Preises bezahlen. Er beantwortete meine Frage nicht direkt, ich hatte nur 10 Minuten. Aber die Pizza war köstlich.

Essen war kalt und sehr sehr fettig und meine Extra Wünsche wurden nicht berücksichtigt. Der Fahrer war Mega unfreundlich und hat sogar Trinkgeld verlangt. Und am Ende noch diskutiert

Hi, Habe hier Pizza 🍕 bestellt, und zwar 3 Stück, aber nichts bekommen wie es im Angebot stand , müsste 3 mal den regulären Preis bezahlen, und auf Nachfrage wurde mir keine richtige Antwort genannt, nur 10 Minuten fertig. Pizza war aber lecker 😋

Ich habe gestern am 15. Februar eine Bestellung im Wert von ca. 36–40 € aufgegeben. Bei meiner Nudel Bolognese hatte ich eigentlich vor, Käse auszuwählen. Anscheinend habe ich das jedoch versehentlich nicht richtig angeklickt, sodass kein Käse dabei war. Allerdings habe ich zusätzlich in der Notiz extra geschrieben, dass bitte etwas geriebener Käse oben drüber gestreut werden soll statt Hartkäse. Leider wurde darauf überhaupt nicht eingegangen. Ich bestelle fast jede Woche hier und das auch nicht für wenig Geld. Dem Fahrer gebe ich grundsätzlich immer 2–3 € Trinkgeld, selbst bei kleineren Bestellungen runde ich großzügig auf. Deshalb finde ich es sehr schade, dass man in so einem Fall keinerlei Kulanz zeigt. Selbst wenn der Käse nicht korrekt angeklickt war – bei einer klaren Notiz hätte man zumindest etwas geriebenen Käse hinzufügen können. Mit wenig Aufwand hätte man hier Kundenzufriedenheit zeigen können. Sehr schade.

Sie haben die Preise seit Mai zweimal erhöht, und das Essen ist bei Lieferung auch teurer geworden. Vor Kurzem haben sie zusätzlich noch eine Liefergebühr eingeführt, und die App ist außerdem langsam. Ständig erhöhen sie die Preise, aber in die App-Entwicklung investieren sie kein Geld. Ich war Stammkunde, aber nachdem sie jetzt auch noch eine Liefergebühr draufgelegt haben, werde ich definitiv nicht mehr dort bestellen.

I ordered from Domino's in Worms – including a wrap, a salami pizza, a muffin, and four cookies. Taste-wise, everything was actually quite good; the pizza and wrap were fresh and delicious. However, the cookies were a complete disappointment. They had completely melted together, were barely cooked through, and had a very soft, doughy texture (see photo). They really shouldn't have been served like that. It's a shame, because otherwise the order was fine – but at that price, you expect the desserts to be properly prepared as well. Hopefully, they'll pay more attention to that in the future.

Honestly, Domino’s never let me down. The pizza was hot, fresh, and full of flavor, and the crust was just right!!! soft on the inside with a nice crisp edge. Delivery was fast, and everything arrived exactly as ordered. The staff was friendly and helpful on call which made the whole experience even better.! Guy was trying hard to communicate in german at start of the call! Haha, You can really tell they care about keeping the quality consistent and customers happy!!!

You can't complain about the delivery times at all, but unfortunately, you can about the Nacho Cheese Pizza. I was really looking forward to it, but when it arrived, it was only warm and didn't match the picture on the website at all. Of course, not everything looks 100% like the picture, but this was a real disappointment. I've ordered from Domino's many times, and 90% of the time it always looked like the picture. The pizza tasted like it had been warmed up and only had four burnt nachos on it. Also, while there was some cheese sauce, you could only see mozzarella on the pizza. It wasn't that great, and unfortunately, it didn't taste that good either.

Never in my life had such disgusting pasta as the ones from Domino's overpriced for the amount and it tastes really nasty every cheap pack of ready made pasta tastes better than what they made there

I was really happy with my last order from Domino's. The food was delicious, fresh, and arrived piping hot. I especially liked the delivery driver: a short, blond scooter rider, super friendly and relaxed. He delivered with a genuine smile and arrived really quickly – I'd barely ordered and the bell rang. That's the kind of person you'd want as a driver. I'd definitely hire him again!

Picked up food from the place for the third time today. Whether it's pizza, pizza rolls, or wraps, everything has been perfect and tastes absolutely amazing. The staff are all very friendly, and the coupons let you save a few euros. Keep up the good work 💪

Unfortunately, I still can't rate Domino's food at the moment, as the almost 3 km to Horchheim are no longer within the delivery area, which is pretty inconvenient for a delivery service.

Ordered a pizza and absolutely loved it! The quality was excellent. Fresh ingredients, perfectly cooked, and full of flavor. Even though I don’t speak German, communicating in English was no problem at all! the staff speaks and understands English very well. They were incredibly friendly, patient, and helpful. Unfortunately I have to give it one star. I ordered from Dominos via Lieferando at 9:11 p.m. The time window was 30 minutes. My food didn't arrive until 10:45 p.m. and it was completely wrong. When I wrote to the manager I didn't get a message about it. So I've paid money but only got half and when you call the branch you just get a rude response and have to put up with insults.

I ordered twice from Domino's today around 1 p.m. A very friendly young man delivered my pasta on time and told me about the 50% off deal after I asked what deals were currently available. Unfortunately, I ordered again at 5:30 p.m., and the pizza arrived two hours late, and they forgot a shake, and the pizza rolls were much too dry. The pizza still tasted good.

For the second time in a row we have been dealing with diarrhea and vomiting after ordering from you. The driver called because he couldn't find the address, but couldn't speak German or English, so communication was impossible. I had to go looking. The pizza bases have become so thin over the years that they could hardly be removed from cardboard. It's sad what has become of a business where I worked as a pizza baker years ago

The driver takes it for granted not to give change and gets louder and opens his fanny pack and tells me I only have it big I want my money!!!! I tried to call you several times, nobody picked up, please ask for a number!!!

I called Pfiffligheim from Worms today about pizza delivery and the answer I got was that it's not in the delivery area, which I find strange. But then, not good

I can't confirm the negative reports. We usually take advantage of the promotions, order through the app, and I pick it up myself. That way, I can check the box before I leave the store. This week, for example, there was a Classic Pizza for €3.99, and you can use the coupon multiple times. The Salami and Caprese Pizzas were flawless, and for €3.99. Where else can you get that?

Food was delicious, the staff during the night was absolutely amazing and the dining room was clean and organized. Also there are some great deals for food!!

Ordered at 5pm for delivery at 6pm. According to the app, the pizza was ready for delivery at around 5:50 p.m. I had the 3 boxes in my hand at 6:20 p.m. of course cold until then. NWhen I called the branch, I was offered a box as a replacement. Thanks no. Paypal will sort out the rest.

We often order from Dominos, unfortunately this was the second time that the pizza we ordered with "garlic oil" was inedible. Instead of the oil, there was a whole head of garlic, cut into cubes, spread over the pizza. We tried to take most of it down by the spoonful. 20€ for a pizza that is simply not edible. Unfortunately, there are much cheaper and better pizza suppliers in Worms, and for us it was definitely the last time ordering. The delivery was always quick, but we have also noticed this with other suppliers.

This is really unbelievable: First you make your customers wait for 90 minutes, then you cheekily claim that the order has been delivered, even though that's not true. On the phone you are first treated unfriendly and then ignored because no one answers the phone anymore. I expect my money to be refunded - something like this is nothing other than theft.

We ordered 2 pizzas and only one arrived and 2 pasties and we had to pay almost 50 euros for 1 pizza and 2 pasties and everything was cold

Wir haben über die APP Lieferando Pizzen im Wert von ca. 180€ eingegeben was uns circa 40 min gekostet hat. Es waren Pizzen für den Betrieb. Als ich bestellen wollte habe ich die Ansage erhalten, dass die Pizzen in die Hafenstraße nicht geliefert werden können. Eine detailliertere Beschreibung gab es nicht. Unser Betrieb ist von Ihrem Standort mit dem Auto circa 7 Minuten entfernt. Niewieder Dominos. Die 40 Minuten bekommen wir auch nicht wieder zurück.

I always order the pizzas via the app, depending on who makes the pizza it's either good or bad, even though I keep giving the same advice in the notes. Over time, I noticed that the pizza is always very crispy when a certain employee is on shift. I called today to see if he was working so he could make the pizza. The employee then asked if he was making me special offers...I was shocked, it's one thing to accuse me of something like that, but what I find much worse is to accuse his own employees of something like that...I had stomach problems twice because of the pizza Dominos didn't bake it long enough and that's why I pay attention to who makes the pizza. It was only afterwards that I realized how wrong and devious the intention of the employee I spoke to was. Maybe. Would it be better to turn on your brain before you open your mouth or maybe? Really a joke. I ordered late via Lieferando, the order was accepted, I picked up 3 pizzas at the normal price. Opened the boxes at home and fell away from the faith. It's just anti-social to deliver such a beautiful thing!! All pizzas were incorrectly topped. Apparently the hollandaise and tomato sauce were almost empty, so both were simply thrown together wildly... Crazy Dog with 6.3 fried onions, not a single sausage, instead 3 strips of turkey and a lot of tartar sauce on top. Garnished with 15ml of tomato sauce, no trace of the hollandaise we actually ordered. Sometimes no sauce at all. Cheers Supreme wasn't even a margarita, it also had a few drops of tomato sauce on it and a millimeter of cheese, hollandaise was also missing. The crowning glory was the Luca, which was obviously served first because there was unwanted tomato sauce and hollandaise on top. The pizzas were completely crunchy and lukewarm, even though I was there 5 minutes before the stated time?! Then give at least 20 minutes instead of 30, then maybe the temperature is okay. Apparently even the time it takes to prepare a pizza is too much to ask of the staff. Really the last thing demotivated people would do is deliver something like that. I put my foot down on the grill at Megges at 2 a.m. and they sell pizzas that wouldn't even make it onto the shelf in the Aldi baking world. All the food was in a bin, I had to drink 2 liters of water to avoid suffocating. I wanted to call but of course it was already closed. I've been ordering from Dominos for several years or Joeys before and I've never experienced manure like this. The impudence of slapping dry turkey on the crazy dog ​​and thinking you've got the cow off the ice. Lazy and bad for business!!! Crazy Dog went completely into the trash, would have liked to throw it at the store, but given the one percent moisture remaining, it probably wouldn't have had any effect. The very last!!! Hello, I have now ordered the Pizza Caprese and the Chicken Kickers (8 pieces!) twice in a row. Last time I thought there had been a mistake when counting while eating, but I already thought that there were only 7 chicken kickers. At the time I didn't complain about anything because I thought it was a "counting error" and I didn't want to be petty. Today I placed the same order and immediately after ordering I took a photo of the food (right after opening the boxes)... and lo and behold... there are only 7 chicken kickers again. And please note how small some of them are... (you could easily have made one out of three of these things) :-/ I'm really not a bean counter, but that's where the fun ends for me. Systematic fraud seems to be the order of the day here (because Dominos probably doesn't assume that customers count the chicken kickers in the heat of the moment (hunger))! I won't order here again. It's a shame about the tip (approx. 20% of the total price) that I gave. But the drivers can't do anything about the actual business operations. So I can live with it without any problem. But I will never order there again.

It's a shame, today was actually the worst pizza I've ever eaten in my life. The sauce on the pizza was more of a lake in which my ingredients were floating. The whole pizza was actually just hollondaise sauce, normally this is spread very lightly on the bottom of the pizza, but today it was just a huge liquid pile that made my pizza more of a mud fight than a pizza. In addition, the cheese edge was not inside the edge of the dough as always, but separate from the edge of the dough, further inside, loose like another edge. He doesn't belong there, it's not normal and, above all, it doesn't taste good. What's more, it wasn't even thawed properly. I'm sorry but that was really more than just catastrophic...

The delivery guy forget to bring one more food what I had order and also he give less money and just he run out and after I call in shop and I explain what happen and they say why we should believe you for money and I said yeah because of that I call you direct so for the money the don’t believe me but for the food yes And it’s not only that time I have order many times and the delivery guy never show up That was last time I order from this store

Die Lieferung dauerte i.d.R. 30 Minuten, dieses Mal haben wir 1 1/2 Stunden auf das Essen gewartet und es kam nahezu kalt an. Es lag laut Tracker fast 30 Minuten dort, bevor es geliefert wurde, also kein Wunder. Laut den anderen Bewertungen hier auf Google scheint das z.Z. gängig, also war das wohl die letzte Bestellung dort.

Also ich bin echt nicht pingelig und habe auch schon die ein oder andere falsche Bestellung so hingenommen, aber das der Belag auf der Pizza gefühlt nach Zufall bestückt wird ist echt traurig. Bestellung, eine Pizza Salami mit zusätzlicher Peperoni Salami bestellt und ein Box (7 Stück) von den Peperoni Cheese Ecken. Angekommen ist die Pizza nur zusätzlich mit Pilzen drauf. okay, blöd gelaufen, mache die Box auf, sind nur 6 Stück drin... Was soll ich dazu sagen? Wenn ich so die Bewertungen hier lese scheint das in den letzten Wochen häufiger der Fall gewesen zu sein. Was ist denn los bei euch? Ich weiß, ihr schlachtet euer Personal bis aufs letzte auf mit unbezahlten Überstunden und schlechter Bezahlung aus, aber der Service war sonst immer top. Und gerade bei Onlinebestellungen kann ich nicht verstehen wie so etwas schief laufen kann. Am Telefon versteht man nicht alles und es kann zu Missverständnissen kommen, aber die online Bestellung ist doch schwarz auf weiß in gut leserlichen Druckbuchstaben. Also woran liegt es, dass seit 2 Monaten durchgehend nur schlechte Bewertungen bei euch reinfließen? Früher seid ihr echt mal gut gewesen, aber mittlerweile bekomme ich immer mehr das Gefühl das ihr nur noch auf das Geld schaut und die Kunden komplett egal sind. Laut Mittarbeiter kommt gleich ein Ersatz für die Fehlbestellung, mal schauen was dann passiert. Vorerst aber meine letzte Pizza dort...

Die Pizza hier schmeckt eigentlich gar nicht so schlecht. Nur leider würde alles sehr gut schmecken, wenn man auch das bekommen würde was man bestellt. Möchte eine Pizza OHNE ZWIEBELN, was ich extra bei Lieferando geschrieben hatte, es kam eine Pizza voll fast nur mit Zwiebeln.

Hab am 25.10 bestellt musst ca 2 Stunden warten bis die Lieferung kam. Käse auf der Pizza hat nicht geschmeckt. Anrufe in der Filiale werden nicht angenommen und wenn man dann jemanden erreicht wird man dumm angemacht. Vielleicht mal fähiges Personal einstellen.

zum Xten mal warte ich jetzt länger als 1 1/2 Stunden auf mein Essen. Entweder es kommt kalt, verbrannt oder roh. Es ist einfach die schlechteste Pizza in Worms.

Habe eine Pizza bestellt, medium, mit Mozzarella, Parmesan (auf deren Seite auch Italienischer Hartkäse genannt), Pesto, Knoblauch in Öl und Succuk...was kam an? Eine medium große Pizza (ok, soweit so gut) mit succuk und knoblauch in Öl....Jungs/Mädels was zur Hölle ist bei dem Rest so schwer gewesen? Kann doch nicht so schwer sein eine Bestellung richtig zu belegen...(war ja auch nicht das erste mal wohlgemerkt) Das wirklich schlimme daran ist ja, dass man für die oben aufgezählten Sonderwünsche ja noch mal extra was drauf zahlt...entweder es war wirklich einfach nur ein grobfahrlässiger Fehler der laut Rezensionen doch schon SEEEHR häufig passiert oder man könnte annehmen, dass das was an Material eingespart wird aber bezahlt ist, dann einfach ind die eigenen Taschen wandert...(und ja das ist eine echt miese Unterstellung aber ich fühl mich grad auch einfach richtig verarscht von dem Laden) Das einzig nette was ich jetzt zum Abschluss da lassen kann, war dass das Eis was wir bestellt hatten, ausverkauft war, doch die Lieferantin hat uns dann drei andere Sorten mitgebracht aus denen wir aussuchen durften. Das fand ich wirklich nett und gut gelöst.

Absolute Katastrohe. Nach Rückgeld und Quittung muss man nachfragen. Speisekarten auf den Tischen dreckig. Private unterhaltungen von Personal werden dauerhaft geführt. Essen von sehr schlechter Qualität. Wrap war nich geniessbar. Schade das so eine Kette in den Sand gesetzt wird.

Ci mancava Domino's e visto che in Germania c'è ancora ne abbiamo approfittato. Oltre alla pizza, che puoi scegliere di tre dimensioni diverse, nel menù ci sono anche insalate e... pasta.

Hier in Worms ultra freundliches Personal. Qualität des Essens sehr gut. Schnell Bedienung. Ist halt kein Restaurant zum verweilen sondern zum abholen oder liefern lassen.

Der Wrap war sehr trocken und der Salat hat alt geschmeckt. Die Bombay schmeckte gummig wie meine Schuhsohle, lag wohl am Teig. Der Service hat einen erst garnicht bemerkt wenn man reinkam und das Ambiente war in Ordnung. Tische könnten öfters abgewischt werden.

Manchmal gab es leider Verwechslungen, dann waren andere Dinge auf der Pizza wie eigentlich bestellt aber alles im ganzen immer sehr leckere Pizzen!

Beste Pizza die ich seit Jahren gegessen habe und Lieferung war auch pünktlich! Weiter so und ihr werdet mein neuer Lieblingslieferdienst😇!

Seit 3 Jahren nicht in der Lage den dip auszuliefern, wenn man cinnamon bread bestellt, war meine letzte Bestellung bei euch. Dazu bekommt man dann vom Lieferant gesagt das er ein dip bringen kann er aber 20 Minuten dafür braucht, bis dahin ist das auch schon wieder kalt also danke für den tollen Service. Ansonsten war das Essen gut, aber ich sehe es nicht ein so teure Preise zu zahlen, wenn immer etwas fehlt.

Wiederholt dort bestellt. Und werden es weiter tun. Insgesamt 4/5 Sternen. Verdient. Könnte manchmal etwas knuspriger sein. Vororte müssen abholen. Empfehlung.
