Pizza Day & Night in Worms

Terrible experience, I’ve ordered many times and was happy but the last times they don’t care at all. They left my food in front of the building standing and not calling and insisting that the phone number I gave was incorrect, I called several times and spoke with the worker regarding my order and told him to call me when the driver is downstairs so I’ll come down. He didn’t do, I waited and waited until I thought of calling and requesting an update, he told me angry that the driver left my food outside, in front of the building in nighttime where it was quite cold outside, the food was cold. Now I try to order again on Uber Eats and I called him to confirm my order and tell him to call me when he’s down, he then said that he will refuse my order and close it.

Ordered Mexican pot, received the wrong food. Complaining is pointless because they argued on the phone. I opened the package and found it was wrong. They won't replace it because I opened it. I can't eat the food that was delivered, and we've ordered it many times, but this was definitely the last order that will be delivered to the Siegfriedbrunnen restaurant. My guests are never allowed to order from here again and I advise everyone to order from here. We run a pub, if we do something wrong, it's our problem, not the customer's. But okay, twice had the same experience and will never, ever, ever order from here again. Please spread the word about how miserably a guest is treated here. It's a disgrace, and consider taking further action. A fraudster and rip-off shop!!!!!!

So, it takes over 41 minutes to deliver a 32 cm pizza even though I live six blocks away. It's really awful. I'm coming off the night shift and have to wait almost an hour for my pizza to arrive (as I said, I live six blocks away). Did people not understand the concept or why they wait 41 minutes?

The spaghetti was far from the aglio e olio (salted and oiled) item I ordered. It was topped with cheese and really bad. Thanks for nothing!!!!

I ordered a Bolognese pizza and the pizza came with just onions. I was so disappointed that I called the restaurant and all I got was "that can't be right, I made it!" Well, I have it in front of me but that doesn't matter. I was a bit disappointed that there were no pasta. His only argument was that maybe there's less sauce on it, but not none at all. I could just as well have ordered a Margherita in terms of toppings. That's fine, I come from the catering industry myself but I found the way the man spoke on the phone unacceptable. Even if there is "less sauce" on it, I don't think it's nice to just say it's okay because you pay the full price. I've always enjoyed ordering there but this was the last time. Unfortunately you can't attach photos here otherwise you would have seen it clearly.

I order here very often and it has always tasted great, whether pizza, pasta or even gratinated things, everything always tastes great.

Ordered 1:30 a.m. ago, it's completely nonsense and cold

Pizza itself was okay, but it felt like it had no spices at all. Season the sauces a little more and then the pizza would taste better. Not so “empty”.

Well I said pizza should be good baked crispy bu pizza was raw meterial .now when I call them they said you want pizza delivery fast within 45 minutes so we can give like this. wow appreciate and said person on phone next time don't order from us .waste of money. Look at pictures is it good baked or just raw bread.

I haven't tried anything other than pizza, but the pizza always tastes great. Delivery is fast and live tracking is also possible with Lieferando. Delivery time of almost 3 a.m. on weekends is great.

You can order pizza there, but what they call burgers is much nicer with the same components (because there's nothing else). If I want a frozen patty and a cardboard roll, I go to the supermarket, I don't have to pay a supplier for that!

Have ordered there. Delivery person totally rude and inflammatory. The food wasn't even ready, the pizza rolls were still almost raw, the dough was still soggy. We also complained about stomach pain and nausea.

If you have five per mille in your mouth, the entire menu will definitely taste like a Michelin star restaurant

Chinese noodles smelled like urine, chicken tasted like it was from the day before. It was inedible and we all feel sick! The health department should urgently take a look. Absolutely disgusting, not even hunger was enough and we threw €30 in the trash.

Terrible and rude people!!! I paid and didn't get what I wanted! I have no words ! I ordered and I was hungry! And I wait a more than 1 hours…

Well I really have to say this is the worst pizzeria where you can find what you order, you never get it delivered here, always something else when you call them, they act as if they don't understand anything or say next time we'll do it right, you will just kidding here I wouldn't recommend anyone to order anything here if they don't even want to make an order correctly. I don't know what else goes wrong in the store

Zum Ambiente kann ich nichtrs sagen da Lieferung. Ansonsten alles gut. Die Pizza war sehr gut. Der Fahrer sehr freundlich. Und die Preise sind in Ordnung. Etwas günstiger wie viele andere. Da werde ich öfter bestellen.

Mein Name ist Berry strawberry Ich habe mir bis nach monsheim eine Pizza bestellt rund 20 min entfährnt und muss trotzdem für 30 Euro bestellen baba weil ihr bis 2 Uhr nachts aufhabt kann ich immer auf mein lean und ott Brett baba pizza nachen und danke für die 4 Nuggets waren kostenlos

Bestellen dort immer, kann mich bisher nicht beschweren schmeckt top

Immer pünktlich, selbst mitten in der Nacht und tolle Pizza

Ich habe dort heute über Lieferando bestellt. Es waren 2 Salate einmal den Hawai Salat und einmal den Rucolasalat. Der Salat war sehr knackig und frisch. Balsamico dressing sehr lecker und in einer kleinen Dose so das man dieses selber Portionieren kann. Die Salate sind sehr groß so das ich nur den Hawai Salat geschafft habe, der andere wird zur Nachtschicht mitgenommen.

Wir hatten eine zeitlang dort indisches Essen bestellt, das fanden wir auch ganz lecker. Allerdings hatten wir negative Erfahrungen mit dem Fahrer, der von uns forderte eine Soße der letzten Bestellung noch zu zahlen 3€...nur hatten wir keine extra Soße bestellt gehabt. Noch dazu bestand der Fahrer darauf, dass wir das Essen selbst am Auto abholen kommen, das habe ich so noch nicht bei anderen Lieferdiensten erlebt, kein guter Service leider.

Schmeckt sau gut, verstehe die Bewertungen ehrlich gesagt nicht. Bestimmt schon 10-15 mal über lieferando bestellt und nie Probleme gehabt.

Naja, Pizza schmeckt echt gut, bei diesem Laden probiere ich immer etwas neues da meine Bestellung bis jetzt noch nie richtig angekommen ist 😂 es ist immer was anderes auf der Pizza drauf trotz online Bestellung via Lieferando. Anrufe zwecks Reklamation sinnlos, da ich dann aufgefordert werde die Pizza zurück zu bringen (3 Uhr nachts). Schmeckt aber dennoch falsche Lieferungen.

Wie hatten 2 Pizzen bestellt. Diese wurden pünktlich nach 45 Minuten geliefert und waren heiß. Geschmacklich waren sie ok, sind aber verbesserungswürdig. Zusätzlich Zwiebeln bestellt, diese wurden aber vergessen.

Naja, Tiramisu noch gefroren, Tortellini Auflauf trocken... Geschmack solala

Hatte Überbackenes Gyros mit Paprika, Zwiebeln, frischen Tomaten, Sahnesauce und Käse und Pommes als Beilage, also soße und Gyros war ok wenn man es schwimmend mag! Geschmack war aber gut! Pommes leider zu wenig und labberig! redbull vergessen aber dann nach geliefert.
