The food is more like a chip shop. Personally, I wouldn't go back.

The food was okay. The cutlet was not freshly made. I liked the omelettes with bacon. Service is not nice. The atmosphere is therefore not nice either. They do not pay attention to whether you want something to drink. They do not ask about the taste of the food. I understand why

As mentioned in another review, the food doesn't come from the restaurant itself, but from the snack bar next door. We had Wiener Schnitzel and the Strünze plate. We'd have to be seriously mistaken if they weren't frozen schnitzels. The schnitzels were swimming in fat, just like the fried potatoes, which unfortunately weren't even seasoned. The side salad was dressed with ready-made salad dressing. All in all, not tasty, the portion was small, and not lovingly prepared.

In a restaurant like this you should at least expect that the schnitzel doesn't come from the freezer, which is a shame.

We were here twice, Leberkäse was super tasty and Strünzer Schnitzel was also very good!! Excellent tarte flambée and schnitzel with asparagus. I don't understand the reviews before.

The "Rhenish" Sauerbraten was so disgusting, I've never eaten worse in my life. I'm annoyed about the €20 I spent on pre-pressed beef with red cabbage from a jar and flavorless fried potatoes. We had to ask for salt to get it down. The napkins were paper towels, and the service was very unprofessional. We paid €100 for four people. We would have been better off spending that money at any gas station snack bar. Only the location and tourists keep this place alive!

The outward appearance is deceptive. The food came from the neighboring snack bar and was not good at all. The waitress was extremely unfriendly, inattentive, and listless. The price/performance ratio was completely out of whack. A reasonable bill was not issued.

Food bad and overpriced, service subpar, never again! Only finished products and the fries tasted like old oil!

Frozen ice cream from the wholesaler, 2 very small scoops, a mountain of cream to camouflage, a little sauce on top = €5.50, service well. That was cheeky and is rewarded with a star

Unfortunately we read the reviews too late and fell for the ambience outside. Ready schnitzel, ready knuckle and a terrible sauce. You shouldn't have to go to the toilet, there's mold on the wall, everything is broken. The crowning achievement is the boss who comes to collect. With a dirty shirt and very unkempt, you get the amount written on a piece of paper. Sorry, but you shouldn't be surprised if you only come once.

Food very carelessly prepared, small portions for expensive money. Mushroom sauce without mushrooms and fries tasted like old fat. Toilet dirty. Definitely not recommended!

I thought I was in a good restaurant. I would have been better off checking the reviews before I went to eat there. The food is so bland and it doesn't taste good at all. When I go to a restaurant to eat, I expect food from a chef who has learned his craft. I can go and eat something at a snack bar right away!!! It will definitely taste better there than there. And I still saved money... Never again

Nicht zu empfehlen, wir haben uns draußen hingesetzt wegen dem Wirtshaus, das Essen kam allerdings aus der Imbisbude nebenan. Wir hatten das Jägerschnitzel mit Pommes, das Schnitzel ist ein billiges TK schnitzel, die Sauce ist billigste Fertigsauce und die Pommes waren nichtmal knusprig.

Auf den ersten Blick eine schöne Gaststätte. Die Karte ist übersichtlich und lässt vermuten, dass die Gerichte anständig zubereitet werden. Leider schmeckt das Essen nicht. Fertigsoße, Tiefkühlschnitzel und sehr kleine Portionen für relativ viel Geld. Wir kommen nicht wieder.

Ich schließe mich den Vorrednern an, unfreundliches Personal, Essen falsch gebracht, keine Entschuldigung, frische Pfifferlinge ist leider fehl, alles Convinion-Produkte, nichts frisch zubereitet. Bei der zentralen Lage leider ein absoluter Reinfall!!!

Die Aufmachung erinnert an ein vernünftiges Restaurant in einem schönen Fachwerkhaus. Das ist allerdings nur Fassade. Das Essen wird im Imbiss nebenan gemacht. Das Mineralwasser schmeckt abgestanden. (Und es wird derselbe Preis wie für Cola, 2,90€ für 0,3Ltr. verlangt). Das Essen ist nicht zu empfehlen. Das Schnitzel ist billiges Formfleisch. "Rinderbraten" mit Rotkohl und Klösen: hier ist nichts selbstgemacht, sondern alles Fertiggerichte. Das Personal ist absolut unfreundlich, man wird nicht begrüßt oder verabschiedet. Die Toiletten sind sehr dreckig, und nur über eine wackelige Wendeltreppe erreichbar. Wir kommen definitiv nicht wieder.

Das Essen war leider ekelhaft. Das Omelett mit Pilzen; "frische Pfifferlinge" (damit wird auf Tafeln Werbung gemacht), war fettig und die Eier schmeckten schlecht und alt. Von frischen Pilzen keine Spur. Der lieblos zubereitete Salat war einfach nur sauer und schmeckte nach nichts anderem. Die sogenannten Bratkartoffeln waren pappig; alles schwamm in Fett. Mein Essen ließ ich liegen; das wurde anstandslos akzeptiert. Allein genießbar waren der Weißwein und die Pommes, die ich vom Teller meines Freundes geknabbert habe. Mein Freund musste sein Schnitzel herunterwürgen. Das Personal; zwei Damen; wirken erschöpft und überarbeitet. Die Toiletten stinken und sind schmutzig. Als mir eine Wespe in den Wein geflogen ist, wurde mir natürlich ein neues Glas Wein gebracht. Auch das wurde auf der Rechnung honoriert. Die Frage, ob das Essen geschmeckt hat, haben wir verneint. Unsere Antwort wurde ohne Fragen akzeptiert. Das Restaurant ist leider anspruchslos; das Essen bedenklich.

Einfach soooo schlecht! Unbedingt Rechnung und Bon verlangen. Sonst gibt es Rechnung aufm Bitburger Block.

Um ein Bier zu trinken ok. Essen geht nicht wirklich. Eisverkauf, Pizza und Friteuse in einem Raum geht nicht. Möchte nicht wissen wieviel Fett sich da in der Eistruhe absetzt.

Bisher hat es mir hier immer geschmeckt. Die Mitarbeiter sind sehr freundlich.

Kann man in Ruhe ein Bierchen trinken und sehr moderate Preise
