We ate here today and I can only say that we were glad we chose this restaurant. The food was very tasty and prepared vegetarian upon request. Thank you for that! We'll be back 😋

We were there on October 5th. Here at lunchtime to have a coffee. Unfortunately the service was very bad. It took a long time before we could order. We waited 40 minutes for our two apple strudels and a pot of coffee. Food was ok for the price. Nobody cleared it and after 20 minutes nobody came to us, we went in to pay. After we saw the condition of the counter including part of the kitchen, we very much regretted having ordered anything there. The area looked very disgusting and didn't seem particularly hygienic, which is what you would expect from an area where food is prepared. There were dirty dishes everywhere. There were several guests who complained about the long wait when leaving. A couple next to us who ordered waffles had their waffles arrive 15 minutes later. Despite everything, the staff was friendly. The atmosphere at the market is nice, but it's not worth it.

The food was undignifiedly bad. We had sauerbraten. On the menu with dumplings...there was also one and a potato and they were both inedible. The waitress was very young and it certainly wasn't her day. The guests left in droves because they didn't get anything...it's actually a nice location on the square...but it can't stay like that.

Sunday September 15th, 2024 to Linz, we wanted to eat in this cafe/restaurant. After half an hour we received our drinks and after more than three quarters of an hour our food. Schnitzel with chanterelles and salad, sauce consisted mostly of water, salad and fries partially softened by the sauce, over 15.00 euros per meal... brash...

Unfortunately only 1 star. Beer was warm. Sauerbraten was apparently from the freezer. This is what it looked like and this is what it tasted like. Meat was hard and dry. Sauce was spilled over the edge of the plate and didn't look good. The toilet was last. I am very disappointed and cannot recommend this location.

I have to say the sauerbraten didn't taste good at all. The beer was warm. I really can't recommend this place.

Local with a new operator since June 2024. fair prices and great service. We were well served as a group and would be happy to come back

We were here when the weather was good and we were able to sit in the shade under an umbrella. The chanterelle cream schnitzel was delicious, everything was freshly prepared. I would have preferred to toss the salad garnish in vinegar and oil instead of having to serve it on the plate. Still recommended, good price-performance ratio. Very nice and attentive service.

We came to Linz by ship and were looking for a place in the shade for a quick refreshment. The ambience is excellent, the toilets are, as many other reviews describe, dirty, not recommended. On the way there, plates with various schnitzels, chicken and fries stood around, occupied by flies. Goulash soup maybe. from the can, according to the insert. Drinks warm. Our plates weren't cleared for over an hour the only time we were there was because we had to wait half an hour for the bill. Unfortunately no recommendation.

Not recommended. The goulash soup was obviously from a can, the cheapest quality. The drinks and especially the beer were warm. Never again

Miserable food TK goods Water ran out of schnitzel. The fried potatoes and the schnitzel came out of the deep fryer. Dalat without oil or dressing. Beer was warm.

We were very satisfied. The food was very tasty and freshly prepared. The service is very friendly and sees the work. What I personally think is great is that the salad isn't drowned in dressing and the sauces are seasoned so much that you can adjust the seasoning if you want. The restaurant is recommended. The new owners are super nice

They made us a currywurst late and it was really tasty. Very friendly owners.

Rating of 3.1! You have to work hard for it first. ;-) There were 12 of us sitting outside. One of us brought a bottle of Coke and put it on the table. It was hot and we came from a hike. Then the waitress came and started to explain to us that that wasn't possible and that the boss had forbidden it or something. All in all pretty unfriendly. Well, okay, then 12 people got up again and went somewhere else in Linz. So that's how you come to such a rating. :-) No, not a fake. Why should I do such a job?

Our server was extremely nice and the food and drinks were okay. However, the way our server was treated is not okay. She was doing all the work inside and outside by herself whilst the owner was sitting outside. Instead of helpen het employee whilst she was inside she repeatedly knocked on the window to call her outside. Besides that the toilet cleanliness was really bad. We were there very early in the morning and the toilets were already extremely dirty …

Unfortunately, the food was a waste. There's nothing else you can say about Convenience TK Schnitzel. Even the fries remind me of the JA fries from the frozen section. Salad without dressing or anything else and tastes like the fast food giants. Unfortunately not a good restaurant overall The service was really friendly.

The schnitzel was molded meat, the penne cooked without salt and tasteless and the salad had a dressing that only consisted of oil. The toilets aren't really clean either. Sorry.

You could probably do more with it. If you sit outside it's really nice. But that was it. The food wasn't particularly good. Schnitzel from the chest, pizza and tarte flambée, the perfectly round shape alone suggests the same... Service? Friendly, but if the food is passed across the table and has to be passed through three different hands because the service doesn't go around the table to get the food to the right recipient, then something is terribly wrong. I haven't experienced that yet. We only did a day trip but wouldn't stop here again. Toilets were not clean and there were dark spots on the ceiling that resembled mold.

We ordered sauerbraten and it was litteraly green.

Bedienung freundlich aber das war es dann auch schon nachgefragt ob noch Bestellt werden möchte oder so Fehlanzeige das Schnitzel mit Spargel welches angepriesen wurde war leider nichts, das Fleisch pressfleisch die Kartoffeln angetrocknet die Sauce Hollandaise merkwürdige Konsistenz da wäre selbst Tomy aus der Verpackung definitiv besser gewesen die Champignons aus dem Glas . Das Besteck in einer schmutzigen Serviette. bin als Tourist da gewesen würde da nicht mehr essen gehen leider da der Ort sehr schön ist.

Wir haben ein Schweine- und ein Putenschnitzel bestellt. Die Schnitzel werden definitiv nicht selbst gemacht, sondern werden fertig gekauft und in der Fritteuse zubereitet. Die Bratkartoffeln waren nicht gebraten, sondern es waren einfache Kartoffelscheiben mit Zwiebeln und Speck. Der Salat wurde nur mit Öl zubereitet. Es hat leider nicht so gut geschmeckt. Die Toiletten sind sehr klein und unsauber. Die Angestellten waren sehr nett, aber teilweise etwas überfordert. Nochmal würden wir hier nicht essen.

Sauerbraten bestellt, noch nie so schlechtes Essen gehabt! Kalter Rotkohl, Tütensosse, matschige Klösse ohne Geschmack, wenig Fleisch, eklig... nie wieder!

Еда в заведении ужасная, томатный суп - это пакетик Knorr быстрого приготовления. Когда сказали официантке, что суп есть невозможно - она сказала, что передаст дальше и даже не извинилась. Цены придумываются на ходу, чека нет - просто бумажка с цифрами, взятыми неизвестно откуда. Худшее место, в котором когда-либо были.

Preise sind günstig aber ihr bekommt auch nur 3 Pommes zu eurer Currywurst…

Keine grm Auswahl aber sehr lecker. Herrlich frisches selbstgebackenes Brot.

Der Service war trotz weniger Gäste absolut überfordert. Wir haben deshalb nur einen Cappuccino getrunken, der war OK. Mit ordentlichen Personal ist Luft nach oben.

Klar besser, als erwartet. Sehr leckeres Essen (ich mit Zwiebelschnitzel, Pommes, Salat, meine Frau mit Roulade, Bratkartoffeln, Rotkohl), geschmacklich sehr lecker, mageres Fleisch, Schnitzel knusprig, Roulade zart und mit Hack und Zwiebeln gefüllt. Dazu leckeres Bier (Veltins vom Fass) und man sitzt hier so schön (autofrei). Dazu die Inhaber flott und freundlich. Kleine Verbesserungsvorschläge von Feinschmeckern: ein wenig mehr Dressing zum Salat beim Schnitzel und Apfelstücke oder Apfelmus im Rotkohl, dann wäre alles nahezu perfekt. Wir empfehlen es weiter und werden gern wieder hingehen.

Kann die schlechten Bewertungen nicht wirklich verstehen… Preis Leistung ist hier top! Es ist kein Gourmet Essen aber absolut lecker und angemessene Portionsgrössen, für die Preise kann man sich nicht beschweren. Der Service war auch sehr freundlich.

Guter Service aber mittelmäßiges Essen. Vorgefertigtes Essen Convenience einfach warm gemacht. Das spiegelt sich auch im Preis wieder - war günstig aber nicht gut. Ja und der Sauerbraten - besser nicht bestellen :-(

Kann die schlechten Bewertungen nicht nachvollziehen.Frag mich was die Leute bekommen haben dafür.Das Essen ist lecker und reichlich.Die Atmosphäre ist familiär.Personal freundlich und schnell.Die Inhaberin ist sehr ist sehr nett.Leute geht dort hin !!!!

Das Restaurant und Café hat eine super Atmosphäre und das Personal ist sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Ich find das sehr klasse hier ist auch sehr familiär und man kann es nur weiter empfehlen.

Super lecker!Essen kam schnell und wir waren 4 Personen.Auf jeden Fall weiter zu empfehlen!

Bitte nicht den Sauerbraten essen. Der war unterirdisch schlecht. Die Sosse bestand aus braunem Mehl mit Wasser. Der Koch war definitiv nicht verliebt, weil beiden Gerichten fehlte das komplette Salz. 2 Sterne weil die Preise für die Lage (nicht aber die Qualität des Essens) angemessen sind. Kuchen haben wir hier dann besser nicht mehr gegessen wobei der an den Nachbartischen schon lecker aussah. Definitiv ein Touristen Restaurant welchem es egal ist ob die Kunden wiederkommen. Klar keine Empfehlung.

Leider sehr langsam und die Speisen sind nicht die besten. Ansonsten lässt es sich hier gut sitzen.

Schönes ,uriges,in die Jahre gekommenes cafe.kuchen und kaffe gut. Andere Speisen sind Geschmacksache.waren nicht schlecht.lassen wir es so mal stehen. Freundlich und höflich.

An sonnigen Tagen eine nette Aussengastronomie....
