You order specifically via app and with table service so that my table number is called across half the store so that I should please pick it up instead of having it brought to me. I wonder why such a function exists if you still have to get up in the end! Very poorly implemented and very unfriendly the ladies behind the counter The toilets were dirty and disgusting with no toilet paper I hope that the employees are trained and do their work better

07/31/24 No table service available. Don't eat hot Toilet, tables and dining area covered. Drinks wrong and that for a sum of money for which you can certainly go out to eat at the Italian restaurant in the corner.

Staff friendly, otherwise the worst McDonald's I know.... and I know many.... always cold limp fries, lukewarm burgers and I've also experienced several times that there are no milkshakes, for example. You can be lucky but unfortunately it is the exception.

Cold burgers, salty fries! Remagen is no longer worth it when it comes to food, it is more like a tourist restaurant

We had cappuccino and a hot apple turnover. McDonald quality, tasty and no complaints. The service was super friendly and nice, like in an expensive cafe. I would like to particularly praise this. The location between the main road and the railway may not be ideal, but we felt comfortable.

Last snot club... Every evening the ice cream machine is switched off at a certain time so that the employees can get to the box on time...

The drive was full and we had to wait a good 5 minutes to order. But it was worth it because all 6 of the burgers were fresh and hot

Tables dirty. Ambience narrow and rather functional. There were full trays of rum everywhere. The unpaid numbers were announced loudly... So unfortunately it was more tiring than comfortable. No, there are better ones.

It was by far the cleanest McDonald's I have ever visited, all tables were clean and wiped down very frequently. The staff was friendly and obviously enjoyed their work. If you ever go to MC, please go here! 👌😊

Eternal waiting times for an order, over 25 minutes for a burger, have nothing to do with a fast food restaurant. Plus unfriendly service staff.

Unfortunately the food is a disaster. Wildly thrown together burgers that are not available to order. Components are swapped here. Drinks are extremely watered down. Cola tastes like water with a slight cola aroma... It's an impertinence to ask for money for it. Carbon dioxide is also absent. Eternal waiting time. On top of that, it's dirty and to top it off, the smell of vomit in front of the checkout has been going on for months. The best was yet... Sorry I don't speak German... The waitress turns around and leaves... So it's still OK?! Unfortunately there is enormous potential for improvement here...

My regular McDonald’s, which I have been visiting occasionally for many years. The branch has always been fairly clean and has been renovated frequently to stay up to date. I've never had any bad experiences with the staff, they seem to pay attention to who they hire. The quality of the food here is also very high and if something was forgotten, it was always delivered later. I also think it's nice that you can look into the very well-kept kitchen, so you have a good feeling. All in all, one of the nice McDonald’s branches that I will definitely pay another visit to!

Not the best branch by far. It's very dirty and untidy there, the food tastes worse than in other branches and you also have to wait a really long time here. In addition, special glasses were out of stock here today. Lousy shop...

Ordered large fries. Only got half full. Instead of a large Sprite I got half a Coke. Burger completely squished in the packaging. Why are they only doing half their job?

Your feet are stuck to the floor when ordering, tables and benches could also use soapy water. Forget the toys with the Happy Meals. Delivery person at the table was not the happiest.

In this branch you have to constantly check whether the order is complete. Unfortunately I forgot that yesterday and something was missing again. This happens all the time here. Also, the fries were ice cold. When I ordered a hamburger, a cheeseburger was wrapped in hamburger paper.

This branch is not recommended. The burgers and fries you get at the drive counter are always cold and, given the way they look, smell and taste, they must have been sitting there for a long time. Inside, it smells like old urine right up to the last table, which stinks from the toilet to the dining area. Reminds me of well-known TV reports from another fast food chain. After the first bite I threw everything in the bin and yet my stomach rebelled a little later. Personally, I will never buy anything there again. Friendliness is basically a foreign word there, you literally get the bag thrown into the cart. Underground, and never again for me.

Food was cold, fries way too salty, burgers limp as if they were from yesterday. The McDonalds is slowing down

I had a big black hair in my burger! At 9:30 in the morning, shortly after opening, the tables and floor were still dirty from the lecture... when I went to the checkout with the comment that my colleague should wear a hairnet, I was told very rudely that she would wear one and that it would be difficult to see... I saw my colleague walk past me three times, she didn't have a braid or a hairnet on... the lady at the checkout was more than unfriendly (short dark blonde hair)

Wait, McDonalds, it's actually too expensive and you won't be full for long. 😀 but hmm somehow good.

It makes you look forward to something new and gives you a sense of nothingness. Unfortunately it didn't taste like anything. It's not like they forget things or sauces that often. But that really disappointed me. First of all, we ordered ice cream. The ice cream was made first and the food came after 10 minutes.

The best McDonald's in Bonn is the one on platform 1 at the train station.

The coolest mc drive employee works here, mostly in the evenings :-)

Had chocolate cake. Already dry on the outside and fingerprint on chocolate icing. Worst McCafe yet.

Did really well. The burgers are now neat, assembled, and above all the staff is now really good for a McDonald's. The stars are of course not in comparison to a first class restaurant, but in comparison to usual fast food restaurants. Where you used to prefer to drive a little further there, you can now actually go into Bad Neuenahr.

Bedienung sehr unfreundlich, man wartet hier bis zu 50 min auf sein Essen.... Fragen darf man nicht, man wird sofort angeranzt. Dreckig noch dazu

online Bestellung ist absolute Witz, Bestellung wird bearbeitet, erst wenn du dich an der Kasse gemeldet hast, nicht, wenn du "schon vor ort" angeklickt hast. Obwohl schon online bezahlt ist. Menü wurde herausgegeben ohne Getränk, weil es nicht auf dem Bestellzettel stand, online gezielt ein Getränk angeklickt. Dazu bestellte Curlipommes bestand zur Hälfte aus Pommes. Fazit : bestellt direkt an der Kasse, überprüft sorgfältig eure Bestellung, am besten isst woanders! Guten Appetit

Was ist bei euch in den letzten drei Wochen passiert? Absoluter Absturz in der Bedienung. immer kalte Pommes bekommen. Wenn die mal warm waren, dann waren die nicht gesalzen. Die Burger immer kalt immer fehlerhafte Bestellungen. es fehlte immer was oder das ist falsch geliefert worden. Man muss Ewigkeiten auf sein Essen warten. mit der Bitte um eine Tischreinigung wurde dem nicht nachgekommen. war mal echt ne tolle Filiale aber das ist nicht mehr zumutbar

Restauracja właściwie taka sama jak wszystkie (na tym polega McDonald's), ale obsługa najlepsza ze wszystkich jakie dotąd spotkałam!

Wenn ihr schon 2 Kassen habt dann öffnet auch die 2te Kasse! Bei vielen Kunden ewiges warten! 😡

Ein MC Donald wo alles stimmt! Freundliches Personal und saubere Lokalität inklusive kleinen Spielplatz für Kinder. Kann ich sehr empfehlen!

Es passt... McD ist McD ...und Hunger hatte ich auch... Leider war es echt zu laut und ...okay,es war auch was los... es geht schneller.

Furchtbar, über das Essen muss man nicht reden, ist eh eine maximale Notlösung. Aber wenn ich in ein Schnellrestaurant gehe, erwarte ich schnell essen. In Remagen über 30 Minuten. Es gab sehr viele Reklamationen beim take away Geschäft. Bei mir fehlte auch die Hälfte - ärgerlich. Vor allem wenn man es erst zu Hause bemerkt. Deswegen kontrolliert in Remagen eure Lieferung, hebt die Rechnung auf und reklamiert!

Beim letzten Besuch war der Boden dreckig und klebrig. Bei diesem Besuch war der Boden rutschig. Auf diesem Boden will man nicht ausrutschen. Das Essen hat auch Potential nach oben. In anderen McDonalds-Restaurants ist das Essen deutlich besser. Der Mitarbeiter war freundlich.

Das preis-leistungsverhältnis ist okay und es ist einigermaßen lecker dort.

Schönes MC Donald....Nettes Personal, toll für Kinder wegen der Rutsche vor der Tür.Das Essen ist immer frisch . Die Filiale in Bad Godesberg könnte sich eine dicke Scheibe davon abschneiden. Sehr zu empfehlen!

Ja ein Mc Donalds wie jeder andere. War sauber und Personal freundlich. Update 06.08.2023 Immernoch recht sauber und das Personal war recht bemüht. Parkplätze ausreichend. Wc müsste mehr beachtung bekommen. Alles in allem recht ok.

Bin heute nochmal hier gewesen zum Essen. Also innen war es sehr schmutzig Abfälle auf den Tischen und nicht aufgeräumt Tische müssten mal gereingt werden das müsste aus Hygenischen Gründen doch möglich sein. Hier anscheinend nicht. Unmöglich

Eigentlich ganz in Ordnung, jedoch schade das dort nicht auf Hygiene geachtet wird und das Essen mit bloßen Händen (ohne Handschuhe) zubereitet wird…

McDonalds ist schon krass teuer geworden... Der BigMc war heute für 1 Eur im Angebot, da möchte ich mich nicht beschweren. 3,50 Eur für eine mittlere Portion Fritten (Kinderportion)? 😅 Wenigstens hat der Bestellvorgang per App und das Abholen reibungslos funktioniert.

Wie üblich....alles sehr dreckig ... Toilettentür war so verklebt das man sich überwinden musste sie irgendwo anzufassen. Tische schmierig, Burger mehr wie lieblos zusammen geknallt. Absolut nicht meine Welt sorry

Ich war das zweite mal dort essen und leider muss ich sagen bzw habe beobachtet , das das Personal sehr unorganisiert arbeitet. Sehr lange warte zeit. Ich empfand es sehr kaotisch und die Kundenschlange wurde immer länger. Sonst war alles 👍 Das Essen schmeckte wie man es kennt.

Die Mitarbeiter können weder zählen als auch zuhören. Es fehlen Pommes und Nuggets. Es werden die falschen Soßen geliefert. Das Essen ist eiskalt und schmeckt nicht. Die Qualität hat sich innerhalb kurzer Zeit dermaßen verschlechtert, das man lieber für das Geld schmeckendes und warmes Essen bekommt .

Alles kostet extra, kleine Majo muss an Theke bestellt werden - kann dauern ...

Ganz guter McDonald's. Die Dritten waren etwas zu ungesalzen. Ansonsten halt amerikanische Systemgastronomie halt.

Heute um 12.10 essen bestellt als ich angerufen habe wurde mir gesagt ist unterwegs dann wurde ich noch mal angerufen was den trinken will egal welcher Lieferdienst komme selber aus dem gastro Bereiche aber man kann seine Kunde nicht fast 2 Stunden auf essen warten lassen vor allen ist das mal 2 km von mir weg also bestellen nie wieder

Ein Stern ist noch zu viel!!! Nach insgesamt fast 20 Minuten Wartezeit im DriveIn sind wir auch wieder ohne Bestellung gefahren. Da hinter uns schon weitere Fahrzeuge standen gab es leider keine andere Möglichkeit, dieses Drama zu beenden. Unfähiges Personal oder zu wenig Personal... evtl. auch beides! Auch nach Jahren von schlechten Bewertungen macht die Filiale in Remagen so weiter wie immer! Bravo und Hut ab!
