Disappointing Experience – Cleanliness and Service Need Improvement Unfortunately, our visit to this McDonald's branch was anything but pleasant. The restaurant was very dirty, especially the tables and the tray cart, where used trays piled up without being promptly cleared away. The green numbers of orders that had already been delivered were also not removed, which caused confusion. Particularly annoying was that our order number suddenly disappeared from the system even though our order wasn't ready. The service also left a lot to be desired – a younger employee seemed overwhelmed and treated us with rudeness. Due to the lack of hygiene and organization, we ultimately decided to eat our food on the hood of our car rather than in the restaurant. The branch and department management should urgently intervene to improve cleanliness, service, and processes.

I was at the drive-thru today, March 21, 2025, at 8:15 PM, and ordered churros. I've never seen such nice employees (the younger, red-haired Heer and the older Heer). There simply needs to be more people like that, and they deserve praise for waking up every day in a good mood.

I ordered on site and had to wait an unusually long time for my food even though it wasn't full. (Which doesn't surprise me anymore) It wasn't until the employees noticed that everything was put together hectically. Unfortunately, something was initially missing from my order, which was then quickly thrown into the bag. The food itself was disappointing: the fries smelled and tasted strongly of old fat and were inedible. The burgers were dry and didn't taste convincing either. There was also the wrong burger in the bag and the one I ordered was missing. Conclusion: Both the quality of the food and the service have decreased significantly. It's a shame - definitely the last time for me.

I was in the branch with two small children after we had been to the ENT doctor. It was lunchtime, we were hungry and it was the next opportunity to get the fries we wanted. We were the only guests and were asked by the employee the second time we asked if we had already decided, even though I had just started to look at what was on offer. I didn't feel welcome and was served listlessly and unfriendly. A group of young people sitting at the next table fared no better. Apparently she had called the boys so many times, but that wasn't true at all. The food was mediocre, but I didn't expect anything less from a fast food restaurant. However, I expect friendliness and cleanliness, which was not the case here. I won't go there anymore.

Biggest kebab in Andernach. Fresh and delicious. Fair prices and friendly service.

Very good food, nikel service, it doesn't look like much, just a little fresh inside, but I would go back to eat there when I pass by without hesitation, shnitzel, super good pasta and not dwarf portions.
