Unfortunately my experience at this branch was very disappointing.
*Staff behavior was not at all professional and friendly even though I was there at a quiet time.
* The food was served completely cold.
*I don't think this quality and taste is really up to KFC's standard. If so, that would be very surprising — especially when the prices are so high. Especially when the prices are so expensive, you expect significantly better quality and better taste.
* Even though I ordered through the order machine, some things were forgotten. I had to go to the counter twice and remind them. Only after some discussion did I get the missing items. Do you really have to keep remembering to get your complete order?
* Who is actually responsible for cleaning the tables? The tables were dirty and full of leftover food. You didn't even know where to sit because everything was dirty.
I don't think I'd want to eat here again.
We were on the way from Werdohl to Münster when we got a little hungry. Then we had the idea to visit the restaurant with the golden seagull. Our orders were processed quickly. However, our female companion's burgers were not satisfactory. The processed cheese should also be melted. The outside area was quite ok. The toilet paper in the women's room needs ironing, but I didn't have my iron handy. By the way, what just occurred to me: farewell Werdohl. Thanks for your attention and have a nice trip.
I've been ordering Hello Pizza from Dominos for years and haven't had any problems. I'm definitely satisfied so 5 stars. Unfortunately, according to my information, this store has closed. I wish the owners and everyone who worked there good luck in life, you were great

I was there as an employee - and I can only advise everyone to give this location a wide berth, especially when it comes to the branch manager.
The "gentleman" at the helm of this branch behaves as if he owns everything, treats his employees disrespectfully and seems to have no interest in complying with legal or contractual obligations. After I left, I was simply "forgotten" about 20 days of vacation to which I was entitled according to labor law - even though they had been promised to me verbally.
The branch manager does not respond to multiple contact attempts. No feedback, no conversation, just silence. Responsibility? None.
Such behavior is not only unprofessional, but also extremely questionable.
It really makes you wonder how someone with so little character gets a leadership position. But perhaps that is exactly the reason why employees there are constantly changing. No wonder – who wants to work under someone who doesn’t care about anything but themselves?
⚠️ If you want to work there, you should know: you only have rights on paper - in reality no one cares.
⚠️ If you want to eat there, you should be aware that dealing poorly with people is often a sign of poor leadership at all levels.
👎 This branch is the best example of how you can destroy a company - from the top.
Went to the restaurant with a large group (100 people) pre-registered. Buffet was cold. After 30 minutes no more schnitzels. People left hungry. There was hardly any refilling. Rump steak from the menu was very tough and could only be eaten half. Paying by card was only possible after a 2-minute walk through the restaurant. Only 2 waitresses for about 100 people. The two women were completely overwhelmed. Many people had diarrhea after the evening. Everything was addressed afterwards. No insight at all. The bill came without any accomodation. During the buffet it was said that they had never been eaten empty. After 45 minutes the buffet was empty. Never go there again. Especially not with a group. That doesn't work at all...
