Bistro Café Al Ponte in Hagen

I tried ordering from them for the first time today. The delivery time was stated as 55 minutes. After 90 minutes, I called to check on the status and was told it would take another 60 minutes because the driver was stuck in traffic. After waiting for 120 minutes, I called again. The man on the phone called his ONLY driver, who said it would take another 40 minutes. I canceled the order. This pizzeria uses Lieferando and only has one driver?! Absolutely not recommended... in any way! Service = 0!
