RESTAURANT in Hagen

We were there with a larger group (>100 people) to have a nice evening with friends. The event was registered almost a year in advance and confirmed about a month in advance with the exact number of people. On that evening, to put it plainly in German, we were served a meal that was beneath all dignity and did not correspond to what had been previously discussed. In addition, nothing was added to the so-called buffet, so some of the group unfortunately had to end the evening hungry. The "head chef" seemed totally overwhelmed and only reacted sloppily and irritably to questions about whether and when fresh food would be added. The only fresh thing on the buffet seemed to be the salad anyway...everything else was frozen food. Furthermore, the ladies from the service were so overwhelmed with the drink orders that there were problems.

Went to the restaurant with a large group (100 people) pre-registered. Buffet was cold. After 30 minutes no more schnitzels. People left hungry. There was hardly any refilling. Rump steak from the menu was very tough and could only be eaten half. Paying by card was only possible after a 2-minute walk through the restaurant. Only 2 waitresses for about 100 people. The two women were completely overwhelmed. Many people had diarrhea after the evening. Everything was addressed afterwards. No insight at all. The bill came without any accomodation. During the buffet it was said that they had never been eaten empty. After 45 minutes the buffet was empty. Never go there again. Especially not with a group. That doesn't work at all...

The very last thing for a hotel like this. A buffet with cooked pasta, leftovers from a selection of salads consisting of rocket. Dry pork fillet in cream and dry turkey breast in tomato.
