We were there with a large group (over 100 people) to enjoy a pleasant evening with friends. The event was registered almost a year in advance and confirmed about a month in advance with the exact number of guests. On that evening, we were served a meal that was, to put it bluntly, beneath our dignity and did not correspond to what had been discussed beforehand. On top of that, the so-called buffet was completely overstocked, so some of the group unfortunately had to leave the evening hungry. The "head chef" seemed completely overwhelmed and reacted only grumpily and irritably to questions about whether and when fresh food would be restocked. The only fresh thing at the buffet seemed to be the salad anyway...everything else was frozen food. Furthermore, the waitresses were so overwhelmed with the drink orders that this also caused problems.

Went to the restaurant with a large group (100 people) after pre-registering. The buffet was cold. After 30 minutes, there were no more schnitzels. People left hungry. The food was barely replenished. The rump steak from the menu was very tough and could only be eaten halfway. Paying by card only took a two-minute walk through the restaurant. There were only two waitresses for about 100 people. The two waitresses were completely overwhelmed. Many people had diarrhea after the evening. Everything was discussed afterwards. No sympathy at all. The bill arrived without any consideration. During the buffet, it was stated that the food had never been completely eaten. After 45 minutes, the buffet was empty. Never again. Especially not with a group. That's just not acceptable...

The absolute worst for a hotel like this. A buffet with undercooked pasta, leftover salad selections consisting of arugula, dry pork fillet in cream, and dry turkey breast in tomato sauce.
