Guaranteed stomach ache! I'd give it zero stars if I could! I've rarely eaten such a disastrous doner kebab. The meat was simply awful – tough, unevenly sliced, and in some places, just lumps of meat. That's not quality, that's just careless. And then there's the price – completely exorbitant for what you get. As if that weren't unpleasant enough, as a new customer, I was brazenly asked if I wanted to leave a tip?! Honestly, for what? This place is a complete disappointment and a disgrace to anyone who loves real doner kebab. Save your money and your sanity – there are definitely better options!

Here, you pay €7.00 for a kebab and get a bit of salad in your bread. When you bite into it, the kebab doesn't taste like meat at all. Never again.

We go there every time with the family. Anyone interested in a warm, family-friendly atmosphere will love Haci Baba. Delicious food and very friendly staff.

Unfortunately, the food there hasn't tasted good for a few months now (at least for delivery). Either the kebabs were cold when they arrived, the meat was dry and crumbly, or it was more like a salad wrap than a kebab wrap. It's a shame, since the shop was actually the only one in the area where you could still order kebabs and the like.

Instead of a kebab you get a salad bag. You have to look for meat in the kebab.

Baguettes were delivered with three pieces of meat, and the baguette was burnt. The taste was simply nothing. Some employees are in such a bad mood that ordering is no fun at all. They were simply completely uninformed about what had happened over the phone.

The food is good, but ordering here for lunch as a company doesn't make sense. Staff are sometimes unfriendly, and food arrives late. We'll order from Kebab Haus again.

I have never met such a rude supplier. Too intelligent to read a phone number or the real name. Never order there again!!!

I just wanted a kebab... However, there were a few orders in front of me and you could tell that the staff were very quick and superficial... my kebab was cold, I threw it away, unfortunately the taste was no longer what it used to be. Too bad

When I think of kebab, I think of Hacibaba – my absolute favorite kebab in Hagen! Here the meat is still made in-house, and you can tell that straight away. Not only does it taste fresh, but it also tastes as if it had taken a little journey through the world of spices. The guys behind the counter are always friendly and really try hard. You can tell that they love their job – and you can taste it too! If I have the food delivered, it's still tasty, but I can only recommend eating on site. Because nothing beats the taste explosion that you experience when the kebab lands on your plate fresh and crispy instead of traveling home in aluminum foil and a plastic box. The kebab quickly becomes soft and the taste has lost a bit of its magic.

Quite ok, but I think the kebab doesn't taste as good as it used to, I don't know, a matter of taste...

We ordered something to eat from you today and were really happy with the food. It meant that there were 5 of us and we each ordered something different and so everyone was able to try something of everything. We can only recommend it because the taste of the food was really great.

Don't come here on Sundays: they seem bothered when a customer comes in and orders two pizzas: small pizzas, when you ask for sauce on the pizza you get a weird comment from the pizza maker and he charges you 1 euro for each pizza asking for more and pouring the sauce on the pizza like it wasn't food. Bad, bad, bad Sunday service. I guess you want to lose customers. No problem, there are plenty of other places. Good luck!

So I'm always thrilled, but the last time the food was really bad, so the kebab chicken was really bad, it didn't taste like anything... it was complete but you didn't even taste the hot sauce and the roll was different than usual. We were really disappointed

I was in the mood for a currywurst with fries. The currywurst wasn't tasty at all. It was just a normal bockwurst that was rock hard. But the fries were tasty. So if you want to eat a currywurst there, don't do it.

We ordered there at work on Friday evening, but if you don't understand German, you shouldn't place an order over the phone. Most of the orders were wrong, cold and/or inedible, for example because veal was served instead of chicken. As a trained butcher, I can tell the difference very well. And everyone didn't like it and in the future no more money will be left there. Unfortunately for me, never again in the store, not even on site. Strange people work there.

Food was really good 10/10! Service wasn't that great, also their English was pretty bad. But I would recommend it to everybody if you just want to eat something fast and tasty!

Just disappointing!!! One of my favorite Turkish restaurants is just underground... The quality of the food is poor, with little taste but really greasy. The salads only consist of 4 components and rolls are only available upon request... The vegetables taste musty. The price adjustment is ridiculous, oil, flour, chips, vegetables and meat are cheaper to buy than before the "Corona period" and the gas and electricity prices have also gone down again... Why should I pay 8 for a bad kebab? €, Lamagun €7, fries small. Pay €3 or €9 for a salad? I never thought I would have to say this, but never again Hacibaba on Schwerter Str. In Hagen. VERY SHAME AND VERY DISAPPOINTED!!!

The kebab used to be consistently delicious, but lately I have to say that you are always very disappointed by the quality of the meat, fresh and tasty is something else, with every bite there is a hint of cowshed in your mouth.

Hab mir seit längerer Zeit mal einen Döner bei Hacibaba geholt, da mein Stamm Dönerladen zu war. Da ich die letzten male unzufrieden war, wollte ich den Döner wieder mal Testen. Diesmal hat er geschmeckt und es war sogar Rotkohl dabei TOP! Einziges Manko, die weiße Sauce schmeckt mit garnicht. Ich weiß nicht was drin ist, aber es passt absolut nicht zum Döner. Ambiente könnte etwas besser sein. Sauberer! Wenn Fliegen herum fliegen, dann macht es keinen hygienischen Eindruck. Preise sind aktuell lieder jenseits von Gut und Böse. Aber das dürfen wir unseren Politikern danken. Das habe ich nicht bewertet!

Also für mich ist es keine Pizzeria, ein ganz normaler Dönerladen. Wie I verstanden habe gibt es dort nur noch 3 Menüs u ein paar türkische Süßwaren. Meine Bestellung dauerte, da ein Mitarbeiter wohl eingearbeitet wurde u ich meine Bestellung so wie andere Kunden dreimal wiederholen musste. Mein Lamagun war mit Hähnchenfleisch ganz schön salzig. Und i finde es echt eklig wen mann Essen einrolt und vorher Geld ect. angefasst hat U das Essen in zig Händen wandert. Kein danke kein bitte u kein Lächeln.

Gutes türkisches Essen zum Mitnehmen. Lokalität ist sehr kühl und ungemütlich. Parken direkt am Straßenrand. Liefertermine vorhanden

Kann man gut essen frisch und lecker und auch nicht teuer kann ich weiter empfehlen 👍👍👍

Gibt hier Leckere Döner zu Essen, gibt auch Kinderportionen. Die Preise sind genauso wie bei allen anderen auch 5,-€ ein Döner 4,-€ ein Kinderdöner

Sehr leckerer Döner für einen guten Preis. Die Bestellung wurde schnell fertig gemacht.

Bei meiner Bestellung wurden einige Dinge nicht berücksichtigt oder einfach eine andere Soße mitgeliefert. Daher wird nicht mehr bestellt sonder nur noch vor Ort bestellt und mitgenommen. Trotzdem lecker 🙂

Heute 3 Döner geholt, alle sehr lecker, Brot schön knusprig, Fleischmenge perfekt, weder zu viel, noch zu wenig. Salate ebenfalls schön frisch und knackig, wollten eigentlich dort essen, aber dickes Manko: Tische waren dreckig und zwar ALLE!!! Das lädt definitiv nicht zum dort essen ein und wenn wir ehrlich sind, wirft es auch kein gutes Bild auf den Laden, daher nur 2 Sterne…

Das Essen war sehr lecker zum super Preis, und die Bedienung war auch sehr freundlich.
