Die besten Restaurants in Wangerland

Quaint restaurant, the food was good, the portion unfortunately a bit small. We had schnitzel with croquettes, which could have been a few more. The service staff was discreetly friendly - a smile would have been nice :) The atmosphere is very quaint.

After my husband and I had dinner there with all of our friends in the summer of '23, and there were a few negative surprises (wrong food, my food was forgotten and then when everyone had already eaten, mine came and it was wrong!) I only went there again 24/25 on our New Year's Eve holiday for my husband's sake. We ordered and were allowed to get the salad at the salad bar. And what can I say?! It wasn't just a hair in my salad, but a whole clump of hair!!! Just disgusting! After we pointed this out to the staff, one waitress apologized and the other just came to the table, laughed and said where that came from and whether it had fallen from the sky??!! Sorry...bottom drawer! As compensation we got the second drink for free. We definitely won't go there again!

I was there with my boyfriend on Monday, and I have to say that at first we thought the "Balkan Grill" was just another run-of-the-mill kebab shop, the kind you'd find on every corner. But that's deceptive! We walked in and immediately noticed a large decorative tree in the middle of the room, a beautiful sight. We were seated right away, and our order was taken completely within five minutes by a very friendly waiter. The drinks arrived right after, and we waited maybe 20 minutes for the food, which was perfectly reasonable considering the portion sizes! The plates were very generously filled, and the food was truly delicious. We would love to come back.

Had schnitzel with asparagus, price performance was TOP. If I could I would give this a 6 star.

Because it's open. It would be nice if you didn't go there for free and then find yourself in front of closed doors

Pizza like in Naples, prices like before Corona.

€6.50 for a tiny baked roll with herring. Nothing out of the ordinary in terms of taste...

We were there one day and got a pizza and thought it was good A week later we got a kebab with 1 single piece of tomato and a thick piece of cucumber and coleslaw with tzatziki. We weren't asked what we were getting, they just put what they had on it if they had it at all. The kebab was ok, but whether it was veal or chicken is another topic The ambience is also quite nice in a real Turkish restaurant

The food was a disgrace; everything was so greasy that we were still feeling nauseous the next day. The sauce for the 8-degree fish platter was sweet and inedible, and the fish and fried potatoes were completely unseasoned. The "homemade" garlic dip with the bread tasted like salad dressing. Smart people don't order anything here! The prices are through the roof, and it's completely unjustified... We haven't had such a bad meal in a long time. It's a shame; it spoiled our day by the sea. The coffee was okay, the service very friendly, and the view beautiful, but that was about all the positive experiences we had at this place.

Angenehmes Restaurant mit gutem Essen und freundlicher Bedienung. Wir würden hier wieder hingehen, wenn der Urlaub nicht schon vorüber wäre 🙂

Small and crowded and overwhelmed staff.

Leider war das essen für die Qualität viel zu teuer. Und man bekommt nicht das was man bestellt oder nur die hälfte. Kann das Restaurant nicht weiter empfehlen.
