Complete catastrophe. Went to the Heinz Erhardt evening on October 4th and have never had such a terrible meal. Soup for vegetarians consisted of beef broth! ... The main course for non-vegetarians was supposed to have been goulash, but the smell, appearance, taste and consistency were more like dog food and for dessert there was supposed to be chocolate tart...but it was chocolate something sealed in foil... The whole thing for 80 euros per person. Service was overwhelmed

We were there at 5:30 p.m. and still got a table. It's decorated in a very rustic style, which isn't necessarily my taste, but that's entirely individual. Service and food were very quick and good. We were greeted with a herring salad and homemade bread. And at the end there was a Frisian spirit, which was lit and served with a rhyme by the waiter. Thank you for that! Thumbs up for this restaurant, which is attached to a hotel.

Pizza was good Toilets clean Service fast and authentic

We ordered through Lieferando and are totally satisfied. Delivery was super quick (Wednesday) and everything was very hot. We had noodles with shrimp, duck, chicken and sushi. Everything is great. We would order again and again.

Last night was the second time we ate at New Phönix, and unfortunately it was also the last time. Of the 4 adults, three of them were unwell and ate from the buffet, and number four only had sushi. Malaise, stomach cramps, nausea, vomiting and diarrhea are not the outcome for which I wanted to pay 33.50 per head. The best thing would be money back, but after the unfriendly reception that awaited us yesterday and showed us to the table in a stressed, bad mood despite the children and baby present, we didn't even set foot back in the shop!! ABSOLUTELY NOT ADVISED

Not my cup of tea in terms of taste

We order often but today I was very disappointed, it didn't taste good at all Among other things, we ordered spagetti cabonara, it wasn't even remotely tasty 🤢

We were there for brunch yesterday morning. Very nice atmosphere, the service was very friendly, good selection, everything was very tasty. There was only one small point of criticism. The buns were very chewy. But still completely satisfied. Will definitely go again.
