Sen Viet Sushi & Vietnamesisches Restaurant Emden in Emden

The food wasn't good. Chicken strips in sweet and sour sauce. The sauce was good, but the chicken strips tasted watery, as did the rice! Crispy duck in spicy vegetable sauce. The duck tasted undercooked. I received a new one. The sauce was watery, and so was the rice 🍚. Some of the vegetables were cold and undercooked. The service just took it. How can you deteriorate so much in a year? They were still really good back then! What a shame!

We've been waiting for our food for two hours. They keep putting us off on the phone.

Delicious Asian food. Sushi, Thai, and Vietnamese. Reasonable prices. Large portions. Friendly service. Centrally located in Emden. I'd gladly return.

I ordered through Lieferando. After 60 minutes (as advertised), the food unfortunately wasn't there. The food arrived after a total of 90 minutes. Calls about 70 and 80 minutes after ordering were unfortunately not answered. The food arrived lukewarm, and the chicken tasted a bit bitter (possibly made with lemon, but I couldn't find anything about that). The sushi was tasty but also lukewarm. All in all, I was very impressed until yesterday. We won't order from there again. Lieferando is already aware of this.

A nice restaurant and good food ☺️

We were in Emden for the first time today and stumbled into this restaurant more by chance. There were three of us and we were pleasantly surprised. We all enjoyed the meal (duck) with various side dishes. The price was also completely reasonable, as was the service. Bottom line: we'll definitely be back during our vacation. 🥠🍜

We enjoyed the lunch menu there, which was good and reasonably priced. With a soup starter and sushi, it was great for under €10.

I don't like giving negative reviews, but I'll do so here for the sake of honesty. Unfortunately, I didn't like the food at all. I couldn't taste any coconut or peanut in the tofu with stir-fried vegetables and coconut-peanut sauce. The sauce seemed like a pre-made sauce to me. The tofu was mushy and also tasteless. On the other hand, the vegetables were fresh and crisp. The rice was delicious. The food was served very, very quickly. The service was courteous, but didn't respond much to my friendly criticism of the dish.

Very friendly service. The food (duck) was delicious and very reasonably priced. And the portions are generous enough to fill you up. We'll be happy to come back next time we're in Emden ❤️

The good news first. This is the only place in Emden's city center where you can still get herring with fried potatoes for a reasonable price – yes, I had to look twice, but that's what it said on the sign. The owner, with the charm of Sitting Bull, was very polite, but his mouth was always at knee height. The young man behind the counter glared at us incessantly, for no apparent reason. The food – two Asian dishes – were, as described in the other reviews, not particularly tasty. The herring with fried potatoes was quite good. Unfortunately, the hygiene also left a lot to be desired; the teacup and teapot warmer had yellowish stains. We can't really recommend this place, except that you can eat at reasonable prices.

Absolutely outrageous! I waited two hours for food. When I called for the first time after 1.5 hours, I was put aside and talked to customers in the restaurant. After two hours, they said they'd be right there... no apology. Just sad.

I always order here when I'm in Emden, and it tastes absolutely amazing. My favorite soup is Mien Ga. But all the other noodle and rice dishes are also delicious.

It's a nice restaurant in itself. It was our first time there. However, I can only report on the sushi. We had 2x baked sushi and 1x california with mango and 1x peanut chicken. The latter wasn't our peanuts at all or some paste that didn't taste like anything and there was too much chicken that it was just dry. Even soy sauce couldn't save it for us and we didn't eat it. The baked sushi was also a bit dry, the sauce saved it. The calefornia with mango were the best. Overall, we won't be eating sushi there anymore. The other dishes that reached the tables all looked good and people seemed to enjoy them. Conclusion: try it out, just because we didn't like it, it could still be good.

We are very disappointed with the food in this restaurant. As we often enjoy Asian cuisine, we can afford to say that there is absolutely no authentic Asian dishes here. It was served too quickly, the food had no typical spices and tasted bland, the duck was tough and sinewy. The food was not hot but lukewarm... mass processing, a shame.

Sorry, I can't understand the positive reviews. I ordered sushi and it tasted old and rotten. After 4 pieces (out of 16) I let them go back and said that they didn't taste good. Still I should pay the full price. Outrageous.

A great place for a cultural meeting with friends or dinner in a quiet, cozy and peaceful atmosphere with family. Since we are big sushi lovers, we found a place here where sushi is prepared particularly deliciously. The employees are extremely friendly and accommodating. The interior is beautifully designed. Fresh roses on the table, candles, attractive table decorations and the artful presentation of the dishes create a unique atmosphere. The meal becomes a special pleasure. The relaxed environment invites you to linger. I am very grateful to them for the excellent service.

I happened to be there in the afternoon, the food came quite quickly as there were only a few guests there. The food was delicious and fresh, but it could have been seasoned a little more strongly! The staff was friendly, but we had to wait quite a while until someone paid attention again when we wanted to pay. but all in all great!

After waiting for over an hour (delivery time 30 minutes) we called there... the boss said it still had to be finished, the other said it was already being delivered. In the end we waited forever again. !!!Never again!!!

Ordered food online via Lieferando, delivery time stated as 30 minutes. Food arrived cold after 1.5 hours (after 2 calls!) and soup was missing. Of course there was no refund in the form of “driver will bring money straight away”, NEVER AGAIN!

Today's delivery of the food came significantly later than was announced by " Lieferando "! The food was only lukewarm, which didn't necessarily bother us, but unfortunately it wasn't seasoned! On the whole, the delivery service and the food had been much, much better, but today it was the opposite, which was a shame! Usually this is our favorite restaurant for Asian food! 😟😢

I went to this restaurant for a lunch. I had a spot outside right on the market square!!! I found it very, very loud as large trucks were constantly driving into or away from the market square. The service was good and quick. The food, a lunch special, wasn't a big hit.

Discovered this restaurant while walking through the city center. Very friendly welcome, very tasty duck dish, meat crispy, vegetables al dente and absolutely worth the price!

Friendly service and the food was ready quite quickly. The taste was okay. What really bothered me was that somehow everything stuck. Table, floor, somehow unpleasant because you think it's not properly clean. Not a good showcase for a restaurant, although the food was fresh.

We ordered sushi for home, everything was delivered within the delivery time. That was ok. The taste of the misu soup was unfortunately not a great experience, not recommended, the sushi was ok but not the best, apparently the bag fell in love with the delivery. Man can eat it. But there are many things that need to be improved.

Ate very tasty. The food is made fresh and comes to the table really hot. Portions are large and the price is right. Delicious Pilsner on tap, nice and cool and great on tap.

Was very hungry for duck and went to the store. I received a very friendly welcome and the crispy duck with rice, wok vegetables and sweet and sour sauce passed into my greedy hands in less than 10 minutes. If I weren't a very rare guest in Emden, I would stop by there more often to familiarize myself with the menu. :-)...when I arrived at my accommodation, I immediately got to work. I really enjoyed the dish. I haven't had a duck in ages and it was about time. Sen Viet did a great job for me. 😀

Ein Vietnamesisches Restaurant was auf der Karte einen Vietnam Kaffee stehen hat sollte auch wissen was das ist. Wir waren nicht wirklich begeistert auch das Essen war okay aber nicht wirklich Vietnamesische Küche. Schade!

Hier op een zonnige maandag in augustus neer gestreken voor lunch. Mijn vrouw had sushi ik had Vietnamese soep en kip in een zoetzure saus met rijst. Mijn vrouw had in jaren niet zulke heerlijke sushi genoten. Mijn eten was overheerlijk, ruime porties, met veel kip, ook in de soep, verse groenten. Het smaakte uitstekend en het zag er ook mooi uit. Dit restaurant is een parel in Emden !!!

Ми замовили номер 7 та 13 , в результаті отримали якусь іншу страву та одну, можливо жінка офіціант не зрозуміла нас. Стави виглядають добре, але багато укусу та горіхів, що є незрозумілив для мене. туалети старенькі.

Tofu Curry mit Gemüse und Reis - mega lecker! Personal ist super nett und freundlich und das Ambiente ist sehr schön gestaltet. 5 Sterne ⭐

Relativ kleine Portionen hochwertiger Haupzutaten, vermengt mit mitunverhältnis viel gewöhnlichem Salat, der das Essen insgesamt billig erscheinen lässt. Geschmacklich nichts besonderes. Die Rechnung wurde dann auf einem kleinen Zettel zusammengeschmirt. Erst auf Nachfrage wurde dann alles in die Kasse eingegeben und eine ordentliche Rechnung ausgedruckt. Es gibt deutlich bessere Möglichkeiten, gut essen zu gehen.

Ich hatte Bradnudeln mit knusprige Ente. War sehr lecker.

Heute kurzen Ausflug Richtung Emden gemacht und in genannter Lokalität zu Mittag gegessen. Das Personal war stets freundlich und zuvorkommend, die Speisen waren frisch und köstlich. Preis / Leistung ist absolut top, würden hier nochmal zu Mittag essen, wenn es uns erneut nach Emden verschlagen wird. Einzig die Sanitäranlagen könnten eine kleine Frischzellenkur vertragen. Der Wasserhahn in der Männertoilette war lose, und die Verkabelung schaute bereits aus dem Kabelkanal. Für mich persönlich kein Grund das ansonsten klasse Restaurant schlechter zu beurteilen.

Sehr zu empfehlen. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Ein tolles Restaurant mit leckerem Essen! Wir waren dort zu Mittag. Schnelle Bedienung. Der Chef hat uns ein Kaffee zum Probieren angeboten. Internet draußen und drinnen sehr schnell. Alles Bestens! Danke!

Waren bei unserem Besuch in Emden hier Essen und müssen sagen....es war sehr lecker. Bedienung hat etwas länger gedauert aber das Essen und um das geht's ja war frisch und wirklich sehr schmackhaft. Preislich war es völlig okay. Die Ente war super zubereitet,auf den Punkt würde ich sagen. Der Reis war in ordentlich Menge auf dem Teller und okay. Die netten Damen waren sehr nett und hilfsbereit,und stellten sogar unserem Hund,im Restaurant, ohne das wir nachfragen mussten eine Schüssel Wasser hin. Würde hier definitiv wieder Essen gehen und daher gibt's hier von mir eine klare Empfehlung.

Bin schon offt hiert gewesen. Dieses ist mein Favorite. Das essen ist genial, das personal rüksichtsvoll und nett. Zudem gibt es eine Bar,also eine große auswahl an Alkoholischen getränken. Werde immer wieder zurück kommen!

Also. Was soll ich sagen? Sehr netter Service. Leider nicht viel los abends aber. Innen ist es sehr schön Vietnamesisch eingerichtet. Essen, Nachtisch etc. braucht aber leider sehr lange. Aber dafür ist es frisch. Man bekommt viel Auswahl geboten. Auf jeden Fall einen Besuch wert 👍🏻😉
