We are repeat offenders - once again a wonderful evening in the Kulmeck!! We were very happy to come back to our favorite gourmet hotspot on Usedom in the summer. It is always a pleasure to enjoy Tom Wickboldt's creations in a pleasant and relaxed atmosphere. It's not just the taste buds that get their money's worth. You also feel warmly and extremely cared for by the service provided by Manja and the team. They carefully and proactively ensure that the guest feels very comfortable and welcome. Meanwhile, Tom is making delicious creations in the kitchen. This time we got our money's worth with, among other things, deer calf bridge, Wagyu shortrib and steamed halibut. Tom always surprises with innovative products such as pine tip ice cream, May tree pesto or wild strawberry wildflower stock. We thoroughly enjoyed the food and hospitality again and have already booked our next visit to Kulmeck.

Small and nice - we were very satisfied with the service, cuisine, wine list...it's worth a visit.

Great hotel with nice rooms. The stay is just lovely. The whole team is super friendly, there are also rental bikes. The breakfast leaves nothing to be desired and the location is a dream.

Today we ate in the operator's food truck. At first we thought it was a “normal” snack with bockwurst and potato salad. Total understatement!! Lovingly prepared food, really top!! We talked about this amazing snack the whole drive home.

Best Thai ever!!! Thai restaurant in the Hotel Steigenberger Heringsdorf. Ambience, service and food at star level. Absolutely recommended.

Nice welcome, we were the first two guests on October 6th, 2024. Great view from the rotunda, which is a bit old, but that's hardly a problem. An excellent sequence of dishes that didn't drop even after the greetings from the kitchen and the starters, but the very good level was maintained. The service was in a class of its own. Attentive to the guest, as it should be - with humor and knowledgeable. All in all, a recommendation for a star that was due for us that evening..

We had reserved a table at 6:00 p.m. in Fischkopp Bansin today. Everything worked out perfectly. For us, the atmosphere is very rustic and cozy. The two organizational queens are super nice and have the store completely under control. Our food was freshly prepared and very tasty. Of course the price for all of this is sporty, but it hasn't actually become more expensive. During the one week in autumn we chose a different restaurant for dinner in Bansin every day and Fischkopp is our clear favorite. Keep it up, we'll be happy to come back.

By far the only restaurant I can recommend in Ahlbeck. As in the Baltic Sea resort in general, it's not exactly cheap. However, the difference is that the quality is also right here. Very nice service and very tasty food. In contrast to the other restaurants in Ahlbeck.

Wir waren schon einmal hier und hatten eigentlich gute Erfahrungen gemacht. Wir hatten diesmal an einem Samstagabend einen Tisch reserviert. Bei unserer Ankunft hing bereits ein Schild an der Tür, dass die Kartenzahlung aus technischen Gründen nicht möglich sei. Da wir kein Bargeld dabei hatten und uns auch nicht der nächste Bankautomat mitgeteilt wurde, haben wir uns für ein anderes Restaurant entschieden. Da ich schon bei vielen Gastronomiebetrieben erlebt habe, dass eine nicht mögliche Kartenzahlung als Ausrede dafür gilt, dass man doch lieber Bargeld akzeptiert, um Kosten oder Steuern zu sparen, werde ich diese Lokalität nicht mehr besuchen. Schade …

The food was very good and filling. However, the staff was not very service-oriented. The restaurant was almost empty but there were still long waiting times.

I try to evaluate it objectively. After all, the standards and prices in the restaurant are significantly higher than in the pub next door. The first thing we noticed was the strong smell of cooking and fish in the restaurant. That wasn't pleasant. I also find it difficult to rate the service. I'll put it this way: the young man was a bit overwhelmed in his technical aspects, but at the same time very nice. The young woman was obviously a very well-trained service worker, but unfortunately she seemed too arrogant at the beginning. This wasn't just unpleasant for us. In hindsight, that turned out to be the case and everything was fine. A tip for the young lady at the counter. The (beer) glasses should be brought to the table on a tray.😉 To eat. We really enjoyed it. When it comes to tuna, more care should be taken to ensure that no hard/tough fibers are processed. Something else about the ambience. The toilets are in the basement and as a guest you ask for a coin or pay an extra euro. This is extremely uncomfortable!

Sehr freundliches Personal. Hübsch angerichtete Teller und sehr schmackhaftes Essen. Nette Auswahl an Gerichten .... Fisch und Fleisch. Wir waren sehr zufrieden

Waren gestern zu Dritt im One: Ausgewählte Karte, hervorragender Service und exzellente Küche. Nudeln meines Sohnes waren ebenso perfekt wie der Salat meiner Frau und mein Rinderfilet. Außer der Reihe wurde mir ein hervorragender offener Rotwein angeboten, der nicht auf der Karte Stand. Werden gerne wiederkommen!
