Very nice decoration for a birthday. The taste is very good, the dishes are very creatively prepared, you can see the time-consuming manual work of the kitchen staff. Sufficient in quantity for several courses, you should also take your time and enjoy it. The price is on the higher side, but this is justified for a special occasion.

The food is sensational and so is the service. Definitely recommended. Unless hotel guests come to eat and like it, you can't add anything.

The food is very varied and tastes great. If you want to change something on the map, that's no problem. Instead of a starter there is a delicious salad, instead of a fish soup there is also a tomato soup... Plus a greeting from the kitchen, keep it up. The staff is super friendly, sometimes has to travel long distances and does it quickly. What's not so nice is that when the dining room is very full and the kitchen can barely keep up with all the delicious dishes, you end up sitting for a mere 2 hours for a 4-course meal, which we just don't like. The breaks between courses are simply too long and if you have something else planned in the evening (event, etc.) it's almost impossible to manage. Of course, you tend to have more time for things like this on vacation, but some guests don't like to give up the whole evening for it.

Very rude!!! We had made a reservation for dinner by email, which was confirmed shortly afterwards. After almost 40 minutes I got a call from the manager who then took the reservation away from me. After asking how this was possible after a reported confirmation, they were told in a very arrogant tone that was just the way it was. I gratefully declined the promise of a table for the following day, because the rude, arrogant manager doesn't have to pay the money back. NEVER EVER!! P.S. When we walked past the restaurant in question shortly before 8 p.m. there were at least three free tables on the terrace!!! So much for everything being documented. Impudence!

We celebrated my birthday here. After prior consultation with the chef and the service manager, we were treated to a great evening. Food and service was top notch. Recommendation 5 stars. We'd love to come back

The location is pleasant and the service, if available, is very friendly. The food is now more home-style. Why the bad rating? We waited 35 minutes for the drinks. The service staff was simply overwhelmed due to the lack of staff. This is not a weakness in service but in management! Why were more and more tables being opened? Why does a female waiter have 12 tables and a male only have 8 tables and not help? Unfortunately, we didn't get what the price promised that evening. Quite apart from the fact that the principle of maximizing profits comes at the expense of the employees and guests.

Leave guests standing? Rarely experienced such poor service.

Unfortunately we can't judge the food. Service was very bad. Had a reservation. We arrived and waited. We would be greeted as we walked past with the words that someone would be coming soon and whether we had made a reservation. Afterwards a long wait so we left. Very annoying, especially given the price level

Very tasty food with a fine selection of dishes. The service is very courteous and pleasantly humorous. I can particularly recommend the daily recommendation. The price-performance ratio is also suitable here. We would love to come back.

Very good food, great service, great portions. The dessert (photo) “sweet surprise” is a real treat: tomato with sea buckthorn ice cream filled with a super fresh hint of cinnamon, vanilla sauce and basil cream foam.

We stayed at the Hotel Upstalsboom and ate in the adjacent restaurant and were very positively surprised. The service was extremely good and friendly. The quality of the food was very good and we felt completely comfortable

We had a candlelight dinner for our wedding anniversary Ordered at Theo's. After a friendly welcome, we were escorted to our lovingly prepared table. The 5 course menu was excellent. The recommended red wine was served to match the menu. Overall, it was an excellent, unforgettable evening.

Went to Theo's last night, wonderful carpaccio as a starter, asparagus with a schnitzel as the main course. I haven't eaten so well in a long time. Very friendly waiter, everything really went well. I can only warmly recommend Theo's.

The reservation could not be found by the staff. As guests, we had to provide proof of the reservation via email. At which the waiter looked astonished and, after much deliberation, assigned us a cat table. We politely declined and left the restaurant. Unfortunately we couldn't enjoy the restaurant.

2 1/2 hours before the planned visit, which was announced in advance via reservation, to celebrate a birthday with a relaxed à la carte dinner, a call comes: There is only a buffet offer this evening - and a VERY limited asparagus menu. There is one star for the call and one for the offer to rebook. All other - possible - stars are lost because of the impossible timing of the announcement. Truly Pomeranian...

great location, friendly staff, very good service

We stayed at this hotel for 3 nights and had dinner there twice. Once the 4 course menu, once á la carte and three times the fantastic breakfast. The breakfast is very good and really has something for everyone. There will always be someone who finds a fly in the ointment, but that is complaining at a very high level. The same applies to dinner. Just very good. Another tip: if you order the 4-course menu in advance, you will also get a very good price/performance ratio. So all in all very good and we will come back!!

Perfect evening, pleasantly quiet atmosphere

The big advantage is that Theo's also offers gluten-free food and the kitchen and service take this into account. This time we ordered the recommendation of the day and a vegetarian dish on Easter Monday. The food and service were good, only the asparagus cream soup was a slip-up on the part of the kitchen, unfortunately any packet soup is better!

The food was delicious, the staff was very friendly... the tables were quite close together, so you almost had the feeling of sitting at the same table with strangers

We spent the weekend at the Upstalsboom Hotel and had dinner at Theo, à la carte. It started with a little surprise from the kitchen, then some bread and cream cheese to pass the time. I found it very accommodating and nice. Everything was to our satisfaction. The wine list didn't meet our wishes, so we quickly got the menu from the bistro next door. Great service, excellent cuisine.

There could be a little more space between the tables but still a pleasant atmosphere. The chairs are very comfortable.

We were guests in this beautiful hotel for a few days. During our stay we ate twice as part of the half board in Theo's restaurant (1x 3-course menu & 1x 4-course menu) We were extremely satisfied every time. The food was very tasty and tasty. The service was courteous, but completely natural and unobtrusive. The ambience is pleasant. It was a lovely evening in this restaurant and we will definitely come back.

Wo findet man das heute noch - dass alles stimmt! Vielen Dank an die tollen Servicekräfte und die Küche des Abends! Noch ein Plus - ich hatte vorab eine Allergie bei der Online-Reservierung angegeben und wurde sofort informiert, dass man das gesehen hätte, nachgefragt, und ich könne alles essen. Wo ist der 6.Stern?

Sehr gästeorientierte Mitarbeiter: innen. Alles war sehr angenehm, ich habe mich sehr wohl gefühlt. Essen war super 👍👍, der Service war super 👍👍. Das Ambiente war super 👍👍. Ich komme sehr als Gast wieder und kann das Theo' s nur empfehlen.

Ein Besuch im Theos ist eine willkommene Abwechslung zum Abendbuffet im Hotel. Sehr gutes a la Carte Essen, freundliche meist einheimische Bedienung und nettes Ambiente. Wir hatten einen angenehmen Abend.

Nettes Lokal mit sehr guten Speisen, auch wenn die Auswahl nicht sehr groß ist, findet bestimmt jeder was. Freundliche Bedienung, man sitzt sehr gut, das Ambiente ist gut. Nicht gerade ein billiges Lokal, aber wer gut in einer netten Umgebung essen möchte ist hier richtig.

Super Essen in angenehmer Atmosphäre. Einziger Kritikpunkt: der Espresso war fast kalt.

Seit einer Woche testen wir jeden Abend ein anderes Restaurant. Das Theo's wurde uns von einigen Leuten empfohlen und wir wurden nicht enttäuscht. Toller Service, nette Grüße aus der Küche und ein sehr sehr leckeres Essen. Alles war tip top. Der Abend war ein Erlebnis für die Sinne. Eines der besten Steaks das ich seit langem hatte. Super freundliche Bedienung, mega angerichtet und auch die gefüllten Kugeln die im Mund platzen waren grandios. 5* plus Empfehlung.

Dieses Restaurant bietet eine übersichtliche und ausgewählte Speisekarte, alles hat sehr gut geschmeckt, war kreativ und sehr anschaulich angerichtet, mit vielen feinen einzelnen Bestandteilen, die perfekt zusammengepasst haben. Das Ambiente war schick und modern, der Service freundlich und aufmerksam. Preis/ Leistung passt auch. Wir würden jederzeit wieder hier essen gehen.

Ein sehr schöner Abend mit tollem Essen und sehr gutem Service.

Das Essen und der Service waren wirklich super. Es gab noch zwei zusätzliche Gänge. Wir waren sehr zufrieden.

Wir haben Wildrücken und Maishähnchen gegessen und waren außerordentlich zufrieden. Auch der "Gruß aus der Küche" und das Dessert waren sehr lecker. Und Bedienung und Ambiente waren ebenfalls sehr gut. Daher eine klare Empfehlung.

Wir waren sehr begeistert von der sehr guten Küche. Das Essen war sehr sehr gut und auch unsere junge Kellnerin war sehr aufmerksam und mega sympathisch. Wir kommen wieder.

Menü war vorgeschrieben, zwei Wahlmöglichkeiten, flexible bei Nachfragen z.b. andere Suppe wurden freundlich umgesetzt. Sehr großes Lob an die Küchencrew, alles sehr lecker und fürs Auge angerichtet. Sehr schönes Restaurant an der Promenade in Heringsdorf. Moderne Küche im modernen Ambiente. Sehr freundlicher Service. Hochwertige Küche. Preis- / Leistungsverhältnis vergleichsweise okay.

Das Ambiente ist toll, dezente Musik, bequeme Stühle. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich. Das Essen ist sooo lecker. Von Vor- bis Nachspeise inkl. Gruß des Hauses hat alles sehr gut geschmeckt. Die Qualität des Essens ist hervorragend (sehr zartes Fleisch, keine einzige Gräte im Fischfilet, frisches Gemüse). Sehr ökologisch ist auch, dass gefiltertes Tafelwasser aus dem Haus in beliebiger Menge zum geringen Preis angeboten wird.

Ausgezeichnete Küche mit vielen kleinen Raffinessen , perfekt! Super nettes Personal Abend Nr. 2, anderes Personal. Keine Nachfrage nach Getränken. Dann Frage von mir nach einem Gericht welches gestern auf der Speisekarte stand. Patzige Antwort, wenn es nicht mehr drauf steht haben wir es nicht mehr! Gleich darauf haben wir ins Bistro Luv und Lee gewechselt, sehr nettes Personal wie gestern Abend, schade dass der Genuss der guten Qualität der Küche im Theos durch unfreundliches Personal geschmälert wird. Personal im Luv und Lee war sehr freundlich. Essen ausgezeichnet
