We spent 5 days on vacation at the Steigenberger Hotel Heringsdorf in October and were very satisfied. The room is bright and friendly, comfortably furnished. The service is excellent and the staff is very friendly. A compliment on Breakfast buffet, everything is of very good quality. On our anniversary we were given a bottle of champagne and chocolate in our room. We would like to thank you again for this. Kind regards, Probst family

We were already alerted by the several Tripadvisor reviews highlighting that the people serving at the table were unfriendly if not impolite. We ran exactly in this issue. We typically don’t write much on Tripadvisor but in this case we really want to warn other potential customers to avoid the restaurant. Don’t do like we did, believe what you are reading! Food was ok but nothing special. Maybe we were not in the mood anymore…

Wow!! Very friendly staff and very tasty food!! We were offered tea several times. I think the price/performance ratio is very fair. We hardly know that from Schleswig-Holstein. We'll be back!!

I would prefer to give zero stars. We got fish sandwiches from the stand outside and when I was halfway through eating mine there was a fly in my sandwich. Then I went back to the snack bar and showed him. Hardly any reaction, I could have gotten a new roll. NO THANK YOU, my appetite was clearly spoiled.

We went here to eat after the good reviews. I had a WanTang soup and I was really disappointed. Three small HALF WanTang bags, bowl was very small and slightly fishy, ​​as you know the bags didn't taste good either. And that for 5€ We also had duck number 37, which had plenty of meat and tasted good.

Ok, 200€ für zwei Personen sind nicht geschenkt. Aber für ein Dreigangmenü im Hotel Ahlbecker Hof mit jeweils 2 Gläsern Wein, Wasser und 2 Negroni als Aperitif auch wiederum nicht unverschämt. Man konnte unter drei verschiedenen Menüs wählen und hatte dann wiederum verschiedene Möglichkeiten für Vor- und Hauptspeise. Service war angenehm, vorwiegend Hotelgäste, Qualität war überzeugend. Eine schöne Idee für einen Abschiedsabend auf Usedom.
