Das Essen war okay, aber das Warten hat viel zu lange gedauert. Zudem finde ich die Preise völlig überzogen. Nicht empfehlenswert.

„Danke, dass Sie die Geburtstagsüberraschung für meine Frau ruiniert haben.“ Ich habe dieses Restaurant bewusst ausgewählt, um meiner Frau einen unvergesslichen Geburtstag zu bereiten. Wochen im Voraus habe ich einen Blumenstrauß und eine kleine Überraschung organisiert und dafür zusätzlich 50 € bezahlt. Leider wurde dieser besondere Abend komplett ruiniert. Wir mussten etwa 90 Minuten auf unser Essen warten. Niemand informierte uns über die Verzögerung oder entschuldigte sich während der Wartezeit. Dann wurde auch noch der Feueralarm in der Küche und somit im ganzen Gebäude ausgelöst. Die romantische Atmosphäre war schlagartig verschwunden und der Abend, auf den ich mich so lange gefreut hatte, war endgültig zerstört. Am Ende erhielten wir lediglich eine formelle Entschuldigung. Für mich war das völlig unzureichend. Wenn ein Restaurant weiß, dass es sich um einen Geburtstag handelt und gleichzeitig mehrere gravierende Probleme auftreten, erwarte ich deutlich mehr als ein einfaches „Es tut uns leid“. Das Essen war sehr gut, aber an diesem Abend spielte das kaum noch eine Rolle. Ein Restaurant verkauft nicht nur Essen, sondern auch Service und ein Erlebnis. Beides hat an diesem Abend vollkommen versagt. Abgesehen von dem ausgezeichneten Essen war der Rest katastrophal

„Danke für den ruinierten Geburtstag.“ Der schlimmste Restaurantbesuch seit Langem. Wir haben dieses Restaurant bewusst für meinen Geburtstag ausgewählt und uns auf einen besonderen Abend gefreut. Leider wurde dieser Abend komplett ruiniert. Mein Mann hatte im Voraus einen Blumenstrauß und eine kleine Überraschung organisiert. Dafür verlangte das Restaurant zusätzlich 50 €. Für diesen Preis hätte man zumindest einen professionellen Service erwarten können. Stattdessen war das Geld offensichtlich wichtiger als das Erlebnis der Gäste. Nach der Bestellung mussten wir rund 90 Minuten auf unser Essen warten. Niemand hielt es für nötig, uns rechtzeitig zu informieren oder sich während der Wartezeit angemessen um uns zu kümmern. Als wäre das nicht genug, wurde während unseres Aufenthalts Alarm ausgelöst. Die ohnehin schlechte Stimmung war endgültig zerstört. Mein Geburtstag war damit praktisch vorbei. Am Ende erhielten wir lediglich eine formelle Entschuldigung. Es gab keinerlei echte Bemühungen, den entstandenen Schaden wiedergutzumachen – keine Aufmerksamkeit des Hauses, keine angemessene Geste und kein Zeichen dafür, dass die Zufriedenheit der Gäste wirklich wichtig ist. Ja, das Essen war gut. Aber gutes Essen allein macht kein gutes Restaurant aus. Service, Organisation und der Umgang mit den Gästen waren auf einem Niveau, das ich für ein Restaurant mit diesem Anspruch und diesen Preisen absolut inakzeptabel finde. Ich bin tief enttäuscht. Einen so wichtigen Tag hätte ich lieber an jedem anderen Ort verbracht. Wir werden definitiv nicht zurückkommen und können dieses Restaurant leider nicht empfehlen.

Wir hatten sehr leckeres Essen. Wirklich für die Gegend außergewöhnlich lecker und kreativ, auch nett angerichtet. Sehr aufmerksamer und freundlicher Service (Die Gläser waren nie leer). Kleine, aber gut ausgesuchte Weinkarte, sehr fair kalkuliert. Einziger kleiner Nachteil kann die relativ lange Wartezeit beim Essen sein, was bei unserem gemütlichen, sommerlichen Abendessen aber nicht weiter schlimm war. Nur das Ambiente hat nicht ganz überzeugt, die Möbel teilweise mit deutlich sichtbaren Gebrauchsspuren und Details wie Stoffservietten würden der kulinarischen Qualität besser gerecht werden.

Waren ohne Reservierung spontan Abendessen. Getränke wurden schnell gebracht, fand meinen bestellten Hugo leider zu säuerlich. Als Hauptgang hatten wir Wildlachs und die selbstgemachte Pasta. Das Essen war geschmacklich lecker, aber sehr kleine Portionen im Verhältnis zum Preis. Auch fanden wir den Kellner nicht besonders freundlich oder aufmerksam, ob man zb noch etwas trinken möchte. Insgesamt hat man das Gefühl es ist etwas mehr Schein als Sein.

Wir wurden sehr euphorisch von einem Mitarbeiter begrüßt, der nach einiger Zeit die Bestellung aufnahm. Was super anlief, entpuppte sich als Mogelpackung. Bereits die Vorspeisen hatten sehr lange Wartezeiten. Auf dem Beilagensalat zum veganen Hauptgericht gab es ein Toping aus Schinkenchips in nicht unerheblicher Größe. Das Essen war gut, sticht sicher aus dem ortsüblichen Angebot heraus. Küche und Service waren mit einer Gruppe von ca. 15 Personen, die einen Imbiss gereicht bekamen, etwas überfordert. Ein weiterer Mitarbeiter, der uns während unseres Aufenthalts bediente, war sehr unfreundlich und wir mussten uns ständig bemerkbar machen, um noch nachordern zu können. Schade, eine schöne Location, aber vor der Hauptsaison schon an Lustlosigkeit kaum zu toppen. Bei der Preisrange hätten wir etwas mehr erwartet. Lange Wartezeit.

Wir sind den dritten Tag hier und waren bereits das 2te mal im O'NE essen. Qualität kostet Geld, nur hier, in allen Bereichen ist der Preis absolut berechtigt. Egal was wir bisher bestellt haben...waren wir mehr als zufrieden. Geschmacklich und auch optisch ist es sehr gelungen. Essen ist Kunst und das in allen Richtungen. Der Service ist auf den Punkt... Locker und Professionell, freundlich und Aufmerksam. Danke für diese schönen Stunden bei euch!!!

Sehr empfehlenswert in Heringsdorf. Das Essen war sehr gut. Die Lokation ist top. Service war gut.

Im O'ne stimmt einfach alles. Die Speisen sind hervorragend (wir hatten das gebratene Wildlachsfilet, den Kartoffelstampf mit Röstzwiebeln und brauner Butter und die Trüffel- und Parmesanfritten) und die ungewöhnlichen Details (wer bitteschön lässt sich so etwas unfassbar Leckeres wie Macadamia-Tahin zum Lachs einfallen?) suchen ihresgleichen. Einfach nur klasse. Das gleiche gilt auch für den Service. Wir waren noch gar nicht drin, da wurde uns von einem freundlichen Mitarbeiter, der draußen die vom Regen nassen Sitzmöbel trocknete, der freundliche Hinweis gegeben, wie wir ins Restaurant kommen (man muss durch einen Marc O'Polo-Shop hoch in die erste Etage). Und wir hatten nichtmal danach gefragt. Drinnen wurden wir herzlich begrüßt und unaufgeregt zu einem Platz unserer Wahl begleitet. Wann immer wir im Verlauf des Abends die Aufmerksamkeit eines Mitarbeiters erwartet haben, war immer unaufgefordert auch schon jemand da. Besser geht das nicht mehr. Meine Frau darf aktuell keinen Alkohol trinken und so fragten wir nach dem Angebot an alkoholfreien Getränken (Aperitif und Wein). Die Aufzählung der verfügbaren Optionen war beeindruckend umfangreich. Auch in diesem Punkt wurde unsere Erwartung deutlich übertroffen. Was mich selber angeht, hätte ich meinen Wein anhand einer Karte auch selber zielsicher auswählen können, habe aber nur beschrieben, wie er sein soll, und die Auswahl dem Mitarbeiter anvertraut. Was er dann ohne weitere Rücksprache gebracht hat, hat meinen Geschmack exakt getroffen. Eindeutig kompetentes Fachpersonal also. Perfekt! Zum Schluss noch der Härtetest, den so gut wie kein Restaurant besteht: Kommt das Dessert zeitgleich mit dem doppelten Espresso oder, wie es praktisch überall üblich ist, erst wenn der Espresso bereits kalt oder schon ausgetrunken ist? Man mag's kaum glauben, aber auch das funktioniert im O'ne: Man kann das Dessert und den Espresso tatsächlich zeitgleich genießen. So, wie man sich das wünscht.

Leider verstehe ich den Hype um das Restaurant nicht. Das Essen war in Ordnung, aber nichts besonderes. Was meiner Meinung gar nicht ging: Ich fragte, ob in dem Tiramisueis Alkohol sei, da ich Schwanger bin. Darauf wurde mir nur geantwortet, dass man davon ausgehe, aber der Alkohol durch die Zubereitungsart sowieso verkocht sei! Mag alles sein, aber zu dieser Frage gibt es ausschließlich die Antworten Ja oder Nein! Wir kommen nicht wieder.

Erst shoppen und dann super lecker Essen. Wir hatten am ersten Tag das xxl Maishähnchen vorbestellt. Einfach nur der Hammer, wir haben anschließend die 3 Nachspeisen genießen dürfen, die verschiedenen Komponenten passten perfekt zusammen. Dann am nächsten Tag hatten wir 3 verschiedene Hauptgänge, Seezunge, Frittiertes Risotto, gebackener Grüner Spargel, einfach nur perfekt. Preisleistung ob Essen oder Getränke stimmt auch. Auch die Bedienung war sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Vielen Dank nochmals

Die Getränke sind wirklich sehr gut! Service: Bedienung war nett, aber sehr unprofessionell (meine Tochter bat um das Nudelgericht mit Trüffeln, aber ohne „Grünzeug“ und ohne Pfeffer - Bedienung: „das geht nicht, weil das Essen bereits fertig zubereitet ist. Nimm doch Nudeln mit Tomatensoße!“ meine Tochter: „Nein, danke. Ich nehme dann lieber nur die Spätzle, da ich keine Kräuter mag.“ Meine Tochter bekam dann Spätzle mit Kräutern.. So etwas schlechtes habe ich nur selten erlebt, aber noch nicht in einem Restaurant mit solchen Bewertungen… in dem man oft Tage vorher reservieren muss, um einen Platz am Abend zu bekommen..) Ambiente: der Tisch war dreckig (viel Blütenstaub, der mir nicht sofort aufgefallen ist); nicht einmal habe ich erlebt, dass ein Tisch (auf der Terrasse) gereinigt wurde - weder nachdem Gäste gingen, noch bevor sich Gäste hingesetzt haben. Einige Blüten der Pflanzen auf dem Tisch waren auch verwelkt. Rückblickend betrachtet hätten wir einfach schon vor der Bestellung gehen sollen. Die Scheiben an der Terrasse waren voller Mövensch…. Essen: die Pasta schmeckte wie aus dem Supermarkt. Frisch schmeckte da nichts. Es sah auf dem Teller gut aus - das war‘s leider. Quasi wie von der Bedienung beschrieben. 1 von 4 ist vor lauter Hunger zum Langosstand gegangen und hat sich dort was zu essen geholt. Der Rest von uns aß das Essen und ist danach zum Italiener gegangen (dort gab es wenigstens saubere Tische)

Einfach nur fantastisch! Sehr sympathisches Personal, Mega Getränke und das Essen war unbeschreiblich lecker. Ich kann es nur jeden empfehlen hier mal vorbeizukommen

Sehr gut gegessen. Mit Raffinesse und geschmacklich mal etwas anderes. Dafür preislich absolut ok. Wir würden hier auf jeden Fall noch mal wieder kommen. Die Trüffel Pommes und die Burrata sind ein Traum.

Wir waren diese Woche insgesamt 3x dort. Es hat uns immer sehr gut geschmeckt. Es wird hier auf einem sehr hohen Niveau gekocht. Der Service ist freundlich und aufmerksam. Falls wir wieder auf Usedom sind, kommen wir auf jeden Fall wieder.

We were the only guests there around 5:00 p.m. The ambiance is modern and attractive, although some of the parasols could use a cleaning. We were served by three different waitresses – fortunately, we had plenty of time. We ordered tartar, fish soup, and pumpkin risotto, as well as two lemonades. In short: It generally looks nice, but the taste leaves something to be desired. Examples: The lemonades were decorated with fresh herbs and fruit, but the lemonade tasted like instant syrup diluted with water. The tartar left a strange pigment on the plate; the taste was unspectacular. The presentation, however, was very appealing. The fish soup was comparable. It tasted more like pea soup with dill and curry, decorated with large mussels and a whole king prawn. Beautiful image, disappointing taste. The pumpkin risotto tried to soften the previous disappointing experience. The risotto balls were delicious, and like the other dishes, the presentation was also good. Overall, the food was beautifully presented, with only a partially convincing taste for the price. It seems like a perfect place, both beautiful outside and inside... We couldn't help feeling like we were in a tourist trap and won't be returning. We wish other guests a more pleasant experience.

Addendum to the chanterelle mushroom dinner: a very nice idea and a great welcome cocktail. The menu aroused great expectations. The delicious dessert didn't look like the photo on the website. A quick note about the music: A neighbor asked the DJ if he could turn it down. Either it was really too loud (I didn't think so) or the playlist wasn't right. In anticipation of a wine pairing: what would you like to drink? White, rosé, or red? The drinks were constantly refilled.

I visited o’ne in Heringsdorf with high expectations, but honestly, the experience was a bit mixed. The atmosphere is modern and stylish, and the staff were friendly and welcoming, which I really appreciated. The seafood soup stood out—it was served in a warmed bowl and felt comforting and well prepared. However, most of the other dishes were less impressive. The portions were quite small for the price, and while everything was nicely presented, the flavors didn’t really surprise me. It left me with the feeling that the overall value for money wasn’t very high. It’s still a pleasant place to spend an evening, especially if you enjoy a cozy setting and attentive service.

I highly recommend everyone to go there. The food was really good! The drinks were delicious too. My husband and I both come from the restaurant industry and were very impressed. The service was excellent, and the wait was also really pleasant. The price was completely reasonable for the quality. Highly recommended.

My girlfriend and I dined at the restaurant as part of our short vacation on Usedom. We were seated at 6:30 p.m., and after being shown to our tables, it took about 15 minutes before we could place our orders: flambéed Camembert for starters, and zander fillet and corn-fed chicken breast supreme for main courses. The starters arrived relatively quickly after a further 10-15 minutes of waiting. They were attractively presented and tasted quite delicious and hearty. It was another 70 minutes before the main course arrived. The servers frequently walked past our table, glancing at our empty table and empty drinks as they passed. None of them thought to ask us if we wanted to at least order another drink, or to apologize for the extremely long wait, or to offer a small gift like bread and dip to tide us over. For such a seemingly upscale establishment, we believe this should be the bare minimum in terms of service. The tomato garnish on the corn-fed chicken tasted more like tomato paste from a standard tube to my uninitiated palate, but I could be mistaken. The zander fillet with the side dishes tasted excellent and was perfectly seasoned. The O'NE's location, directly on the beach promenade above a fashion store, is quite unusual and we had never experienced anything like it before.

We've seen this restaurant several times, but weren't 100% convinced. Today we took a chance and were very impressed. The weather was beautiful, and the service was very friendly. The food was absolutely delicious. The burger was beyond words. The octopus also impressed us. We will be back. Thank you for this wonderful experience.

Good food, but very expensive. A salad for over €20 isn't very reasonable, either. The quality of the individual ingredients isn't the best either. Added to that are the untrained service staff, who aren't particularly friendly and don't do justice to the restaurant's otherwise pleasant ambiance. For the price of the food, I expect a higher level of service. Unfortunately, that doesn't match up here.

Our server (Patrick) was excellent! Very attentive, friendly, and even took good care of our little daughter. We each ordered a burger, which was a bit too salty. The fries were great. It was a pleasant experience.

Overall, a very nice evening. The food was really good, including fried fish and the strawberry caviar tiramisu. A must-order! The ambiance is modern, a bit chilly, but that's a matter of taste. I would have preferred fish cutlery for the fish. Highly recommended

This was our first time here and we were very impressed. The food was top-notch, which justifies the higher prices. We really liked the ambiance inside. However, we found the outdoor area rather lackluster, so we opted for indoors despite the decent weather. All in all, a very nice evening!

This is the second time I've been to O'ne, which has impressed me! You can enjoy truly high-quality food and drinks in a chic setting. The service ensures a successful evening, and the wine is excellent, and the food is even better. All the ingredients are perfectly coordinated, the cuisine is creative, and the flavors are always surprising. I once again felt very comfortable, and this location will be at the top of my list for the next time I visit Usedom.

We were at a restaurant today. When we told him we didn't speak German and asked if we could speak English, the waiter didn't bother to translate what he'd said, simply saying, "I'll bring you the menu in English in a moment." Then, instead of getting the menu and bringing it to us so we could choose our dishes, he first went to settle the German-speaking customers' bills, chatting with them amiably. It took about 15-20 minutes. Then, however, he remembered our existence and brought only one menu. It was just the two of us, my husband, and two children. So what we were supposed to do with that one menu, I don't know. We haven't encountered such a rude waiter in a long time. I hope the waiter gets a heads-up from the management and learns to serve customers of all nationalities with courtesy. Last year, we were served by a very nice Polish woman; it was delicious and very pleasant. Is that possible? Is that possible?

Given the somewhat higher price level, this superbly located restaurant unfortunately has to be given a lower rating. The food was good overall. The fish soup was a bit too salty, and the baked cheese lacked balance and refinement. Both starters were served on wooden racks, both of which were completely worn. The rungs were missing, and some of the nails were sticking out or bent at the missing parts. After the starters, we decided not to move on to the main course. The kiosk across the street served fish sandwiches and crêpes! A few questions from the staff might have changed our minds. At least the seating was nice.

Sehr ansprechende Speisekarte… und aus der Küche kamen überaus leckere Gerichte. Wir können das liebevoll mit Blumen angerichtete Tatar empfehlen, den gegrillten Octopus, den gebackenen Seeteufel mit einer hervorragend abgeschmeckten Sauce Remoulade. Der Seeteufel war ein Gedicht! Wir testeten noch die Beilage Blutwurstkrokette… ein Blutwursttörtchen der besonderen Art- wunderbar! Alles wurde von überaus freundlichem Personal serviert - sogar der Hund bekam frisches Wasser. Ein Küchenhighlight in Heringsdorf!

Top quality with top service The "hot pear" dessert is outstanding!

Reception was very dismissive and arrogant. We even carried the stroller up the stairs. Only after we walked to the back (past the bar) were we told there was no room. When we asked if there were any reserved signs, the answer was that they weren't needed because everything was reserved anyway. Good service staff would have been helpful. But customer service seems to be a foreign concept here. What a shame!

First visit: Around midday in May, the sun was shining brightly. We sat alone on the terrace and weren't sure at first if we'd even be served. Several other guests left during that time. The burger and fries were excellent, and the service was quite friendly. Second visit for dinner: The food was excellent in both quality and taste. An imaginative menu with various creations that clearly stands out from other restaurants in the area. This time the service was immediately very friendly. A very good wine selection with a 0.5 L option.

A good chef can make an ordinary dish extraordinary, and that is exactly what they do here. Incredible flavours, great service and very accommodating staff, couldn’t recommend more for an incredible evening out. The menu also changes, which I think is so wonderful to showcase the talented kitchen staff

Service overwhelmed and inattentive. Almost an hour of involuntary break between starter and main course, while other tables that came after us had long since had their main course. Tartare and tuna were great, octopus was ridiculously tiny and fish soup was over-spiced with saffron. Wines well and fairly priced. Using the toilet costs extra. It's a shame, actually an interesting concept with a lot of potential.

You sit inside on the 1st floor with a view of the shop or outside on the terrace. The staff is extremely friendly and attentive. The food is creative and prepared to perfection. The wines are great and you can get good advice. The perfect place to eat delicious food and have a good time

No matter whether we are in the O'Room or the O'Ne - we always spend a wonderful evening here. The service is very attentive and the food is always of a very high standard!

Exceptional and very tasty! Not only did we sit here in a modern and stylish way, but we also ate incredibly delicious food. This enriched our short vacation! I would especially order the flamed tuna again in a heartbeat, it was an absolute highlight. We only found the portion sizes a bit confusing, as they were a bit variable in our opinion. For example, the fish soup for one person was very decent as a starter, but the pasta was a bit more subtle. We came out very happy.

Vor einigen Jahren hatten wir es mal kurzfristig angetestet und es war gut. Das können wir diesmal nur bestätigen. Service sehr gut und die Qualität der Speisen auch. Wir hatten den Backfisch und das Kalbsschnitzel. Beides sehr gut und schick und modern angerichtet. Top war der Nachttisch, Erdbeerkaviar für 2 Personen. Super, lecker und kreativ serviert. Es gibt nichts zu meckern. Preis Leistung passt. Hund kein Problem. Kommen gerne wieder.

Unfortunately poor service - didn't ask how we liked it. No active asking if we want drinks in between, etc. The quality of the food is good. However, performance is not appropriate for the price.

For us, this is one of the best restaurants on Usedom. Beautiful location, attentive, unobtrusive service, and consistently excellent food. However, today's pasta wasn't good. It tasted very doughy. On top of that, my little daughter had a 1-centimeter-wide, pointy orange plastic piece in her pasta... dangerous!!! Luckily, she was already full when we discovered it. Hence only 3 stars today.

Wir besuchten die kleine Schwester des Sternerestaurant oRoom und wurden nicht enttäuscht. wir wählten das Tatar, den Zander und das Dry Age Filet. Beides war auf den Punkt gebraten und die Geschmackskompositionen rings um die Hauptdarsteller passten perfekt. Die Weinempfehlung des Kellners war stimmig zu beiden Gerichten. Dafür gibt es einen Extrapunkt. Unter dem Strich... Sehr zu empfehlen. Preis-Leistung stimmt. Einziger Wermutstropfen... Die Portionen sind reichlich, so dass man sich überlegen sollte, ob man Vorspeise oder Nachtisch möchte.

Very very tasty food, great combinations, very high quality. We had the restaurant and therefore the service almost to ourselves. The service was very attentive and the food from starter to dessert was very well thought out and delicious! The price is a bit expensive but it's worth it for a special evening. Special recommendation: strawberry tiramisu for 2!

Hier ist der Gast noch König.... Wir waren zum Valentinstag mit zwei Personen zum Essen im Strandcasino. Ein rund um gelungener Abend. Das Essen war einfach sensationell. Hier merkt man das perfekte Handwerkskunst auf Liebe zum Detail trifft. Perfekte Begleitung des Service durch den kompletten Abend. Vielen Dank für diesen wunderbaren Abend wir kommen wieder

A really great evening. Excellent service and really delicious food. We would have liked to have been there again the next evening, but it was already fully booked. I can understand it and will come again.

Heute wollten wir mit 9 Freunden im Restaurant One in Seebad Heringsdorf ein Getränk zu uns nehmen. Wir waren total überrascht, dass wir eine 10% ige Servicegebühr zahlen sollten.Auf Nachfrage bekamen wir als Information, dass das ab sofort so ist und das sie davon ausgehen, dass bei einer größeren Gruppe das Trinkgeld geringer ausfällt. Weitere Informationen konnten sie uns leider nicht geben. Wir können nur sagen, sehr, sehr schade und trägt nicht unbedingt dazu bei, nochmals hierher zu kommen. Wir können nur sagen, dass wir sehr enttäuscht sind und das Restaurant verlassen haben. Nun sitzen wir ganz gemütlich im Brauhaus und der Kellner hier ist super nett und hat von uns ein ordentliches Trinkgeld erhalten.

Very nice location! Promising and very inviting design of the restaurant! We wanted to have something to eat and drink here with friends. However, the “reception” was rather unwelcoming! We were quickly delegated out again with a note of a service fee of 10% of sales. Hmm... we would certainly have paid more than 10% service fee, i.e. tip... but a nice explanation and the associated good feeling would have been crucial. Now we're sitting next door in the brewery... and we'll definitely be happy to pay an additional service fee...

We have been coming here for many years and the food is really excellent, every dish! the service is very friendly and attentive. simply my favorite gourmet restaurant on the island!

I recently dined at this restaurant, and while the kitchen delivers an extraordinary culinary experience, worthy of Michelin-level praise, the overall experience was let down by poor service and other issues. The good: The food was absolutely fantastic — creative, perfectly executed, and a true delight for the senses. Every dish showcased the talent and dedication of the chefs. A heartfelt thank you to the kitchen for such an exceptional dining experience. The not-so-good: Unfortunately, the service was far below expectations. We were served by different waiters throughout the evening, resulting in confusion, forgotten orders, and long waiting times. The staff appeared unorganized and unprofessional, with their casual uniforms (untucked shirts, really?) not reflecting the upscale nature of the restaurant. Adding to the frustration, the toilets were in a terrible state — the smell was overwhelming, as if they hadn’t been cleaned before service, which seriously detracted from the otherwise upscale ambiance. And charging 1.5€ for bread on top of already strong prices? That felt unnecessary and out of touch with the high-end experience the restaurant is trying to offer. Final thoughts: A big thank you to the kitchen for an incredible meal, but the service team desperately needs proper training to match the quality of the food. Address these issues, and this place could truly reach its full potential.

Relaxed, just taking a breather at the end of the year and ended up here by chance AND it was really nice. The restaurant, the food and the service were awesome! As soon as I'm back in Heringsdorf, I'll definitely take a look again!

Wir waren insgesamt zweimal hier. Das erste Mal hatten wir das Filetsteak für 50 Euro, was gut war. Das zweite Mal hatten wir eine Ente vorbestellt. Die Ente war sehr enttäuschend - zäh, vermutlich tiefgefroren und die Knödel waren kalt. Die Ente kam auf einem Holzbrett und die Teller waren nicht vorgewärmt - was soll denn das bitte? Es sieht ein Blinder mit Krückstock, dass die riesige Holzplatte zu klein für den Tisch ist und außerdem die Ente nicht wärmt. Als ich der Kellnerin das sagte, bekam ich eine dumme Antwort - offensichtlich wurde hier nicht geschult, dass die Kundin Königin ist und bezahlt für das Desaster. Sehr schade, denn das erste Mal hat es uns gut geschmeckt. Auch der südafrikanische Rotwein war lecker. In Berlin sagen wir: Wer mit den großen Hunden Pipi machen will, der muss auch das Bein heben können. Im Service bestellt riesiger Schulungsbedarf, wenn derartige Preise aufgerufen werden.

Our dinner at O'ne was great... there were three of us there and we were very impressed by the attentive and relaxed service. The food was really excellent, regardless of whether it was starters (flemmed tuna and fish soup) or main courses...the taste was really great and very creative. We shared dessert - and it was just great too. In terms of price, it's actually more than okay - we'll definitely be back!!!!

I would have liked to write that we enjoyed it very much and that the service was great too... But unfortunately that's not the case. After we waited almost 2 hours for our main course, unfortunately there wasn't even a "sorry" but only "It's Saturday and we're fully booked". Although all the tables that came after us had already had their main course or had even already paid. I really don't think that's enough given the price-performance ratio. I have to say that I have never experienced such rude service and unfortunately I was very disappointed. The decor is nice and very modern.

We had tartare and fish soup first and beef steak, noodles and prime rib The food was great. The wine selection is extensive and the advice is excellent. Any time.

Interesting location on a gallery above the Marco Polo store in Heringsdorf, Usedom. A little amuse bouche would have been nice: fresh bread with butter would have been enough. Unfortunately, the menu instead points out that additional bread for the not-so-cheap starters will be charged at EUR 1.50. That doesn't have to be the case. The starters were good but not extraordinary. The flamed tuna was too flamed; The quantity served was simply too small. The tartare was very good, but there was too much cucumber and not enough capers for me, and the scallops were also very tasty. However, 3 scallops are not in the right proportion to the EUR 22 called for. The burger tasted good, but was very difficult to consume. The knuckle came with mashed potatoes and sauerkraut. Both tasty. I ordered the knuckle crispy; unfortunately this didn't work at all. The skin was darkly tanned but completely flabby; Unfortunately it's not edible, even though it's actually the best thing about a knuckle. The knuckle itself was very tasty and extremely tender. Unfortunately the amount of sauce was very sparse. All in all, a visit to a restaurant that you can do, but you don't necessarily have to. Usedom has better to offer.

The absolute highlight of our Usedom vacation. Food, atmosphere and service were A1. Every dinner AFTER that was just middle class.

The cappuccino was cold and the saucer was dirty. Not nice. My girlfriend had to go to Caffee Crema to get the milk herself. We won't come here again.

Speechless. Mistakes can happen. But the handling was terrible. I'm still speechless.

A culinary restaurant experience in a class of its own! The dishes, from dry-aged steaks, salads to scallops, were prepared to the highest standard. The service was elegant and courteous, and even the little ones were lovingly looked after. What was particularly impressive was that the waiter took the time to patiently explain unusual dishes to the inquisitive children. Class! For children there are not just the usual nuggets and fries, but really special options. Absolutely recommended! We have visited the restaurant several times.

Waren gestern zu Dritt im One: Ausgewählte Karte, hervorragender Service und exzellente Küche. Nudeln meines Sohnes waren ebenso perfekt wie der Salat meiner Frau und mein Rinderfilet. Außer der Reihe wurde mir ein hervorragender offener Rotwein angeboten, der nicht auf der Karte Stand. Werden gerne wiederkommen!

Rarely have I been so conflicted: Our food was excellent. A really excellent way to combine such well-known ingredients in a new way - a real taste pleasure. The presentation and precision were also outstanding. I ordered a medium-rare steak and that's exactly what I got. The chefs know their craft. We were therefore disappointed to find that the service did not live up to the quality of this restaurant. A young, sporty-looking man served us. Unfortunately, there were problems in several places: Before we could order, he energetically typed away on his device for 2-3 minutes (which felt like an eternity) without saying a word, right at our table, until we could place our order. A guest at the next table asked for directions to the toilet, and the same waitress fobbed him off rather clumsily with a white card, so that he didn't know exactly where to go afterward. When our main courses arrived, my wife had an empty glass and there was no question if she wanted something else to drink. Instead, I asked my wife if she wanted a new drink, and the (same) waiter stood there, almost annoyed, waiting for an answer. During our entire stay we didn't receive a single smile from our waitress and didn't feel welcome. I don't want to say that the service couldn't do anything, but the quality of service was more suitable for the brewery down the block, not for a restaurant of this quality with the corresponding price level. If the staff were a little more attentive, more accommodating, and above all made a friendlier impression, the experience at O'NE would be many times better and perfectly rounded off. We look forward to our visit next season.

Ate sea bass with strawberry risotto. Interesting combination and very tasty. Likewise the elderberry lime lemonade. The service was very friendly and the food was served quickly. Would eat there again at any time.

We arrived yesterday around 8 p.m. We were very happy because we had wanted to visit the restaurant for a long time. Nobody greeted us. A restaurant like this is a must to welcome the guests. After we asked the nice bartender if there was still food, she said sure! Then she looked at the kitchen and the chef gave a dirty look (I saw that the guests shouldn't get something like that). She said that unfortunately only starters and possibly the main course... but definitely not dessert, as there is no time left for it... a mega no go! The waiter (tall, glasses, dark hair) had no real interest in serving.. didn't even ask if we wanted anything else, we ordered a coke, it never came.. You should work on improving your staff. But the food is wow! Unfortunately due to service the experience is not perfect…

Had dinner in a very nice restaurant. The food was amazing, from the starter to the dessert. The service was very friendly and the chef was absolutely top notch, he knows his stuff. So weit das beste Abendessen auf Usedom. Alle vorher gelesenen Rezensionen sind einfach ungerecht. Leider war sehr wenig los, die Bedienung, alle Speisen - nett, zuvorkommend und ausgesprochen schön angerichtet. Nebenbei temperatur-maßig korrekt serviert. Inklusive der Glückwünsche zum EM Gewinn der Österr. Mannschaft. Lieber 30% mehr ausgeben als 3 x schlechter essen!!

In terms of food, this was the highlight of a tour. Perfect is when you can't add or leave anything out. It was perfect. Thank you. Highly recommended. Otherwise, the service matched the food and the price was appropriate for the quality.

Sehr leckere gut bürgerliche Küche mit modernem Twist. Die Königsberger Klopse und das Tartar sind sehr zu empfehlen. Die Preise sind allerdings wie an der Côte d’Azur. Dank geht an die sehr zuvorkommende und kinderfreundliche Bedienung

We went to this restaurant for lunch but we found the service in the kitchen very slow, the prices way too high and the end result not tasty. A tea with five mint leaves costs five euros. The lemonade was too sweet and the pumpkin risotto had a very strong vegetable broth taste. The bread was the only thing that tasted good. Unfortunately, we didn't enjoy the experience overall.

Wir kennen das O’NE schon lange und waren in unseren Urlauben in den letzten Jahren mehrfach dort essen. Auch das O‘ROOM haben wir besucht. Waren gerne Gäste dort. Aber das was wir dieses Jahr erlebt haben, hat uns zu einem kurzen Eintrag bewegt: -Service = nicht erkennbar, keine Beratung, keine Empfehlung, Atmosphäre?!? -Essen = kalt (bis auf die Teller) -Preise = nicht mehr dem Niveau entsprechend -Karte = seit Jahren unverändert Wir haben beschlossen das O‘NE aus unserem Repertoire zu streichen. Schade…

Das Essen entsprach in keinster Weise einer Gourmet-Küche. Nach der Beschwerde ( das Essen ging zu 3/4 zurück) wurde keine Alternative angeboten.

Wir sind überzeugte Wiederholungstäter und wurden auch diesmal nicht enttäuscht. An einem Dienstagabend war das Restaurant nur schwach besetzt, aber die Küche gab trotzdem ihr Bestes. Der aufmerksame Service brachte sehr leckere Vor- und Hauptspeisen. Es wurde natürlich auch auf Unverträglichkeiten eingegangen. Frische, regionale Küche mit besonderem Pfiff. Perfekt. Wir kommen bestimmt wieder.

Delicious food, well presented. The menu is only in German (unfortunately we don't speak it), but fortunately several of the staff speak Polish, so ordering was easier. I ordered fried greyhounds with beets and cucumber "kimchi", the only thing missing was bread to clear the plate 😜, luckily my wife's dish included bread. Wife had Tuna with mustard ice cream. Both dishes were great.
