Unfriendly staff, pizza was unfortunately cold. I would say the taste was ok if you were really hungry. Once and never again other customers who were there said the same thing at the door.

I ordered a vegetarian lasagna and got vegetable noodles instead. It could also have been a misunderstanding. I don't want to be treated like that. From nobody. In many other restaurants the food I wanted would have been brought to me without a word. No recommendation, not even for the pasta and pizza we had.

The food (one pizza 🍕, one pasta 🍝) was completely fine and appropriate for the price. I haven't eaten so cheaply in a long time, but it really tasted really good. We were hungry and didn't want to look around much, so we accepted the standard we got, which was a little below average. Cappuccino was more milky latte. Tiramisu was an overly sugary lump of buttery cream with a slight cocoa taste, pizza was small, dinner plate sized, fat crust, but quite thin bottom, marinara was a thin and almost tasteless smear of tomato sauce, prosciutto tasted more like conserve ham, paid 25 euros (cash accepted exclusively), coffee was nice, service was friendly and genial.

We went to this restaurant during our holiday, we ate there several days to try the many appetizing and delicious dishes. The pizza was very good, in my opinion the best on the island but the seafood salad was superb. I recommend everyone to go and eat in this beautiful restaurant. I attach photos because the dishes are also beautiful to look at.

First to the positive: The pizza here is very tasty and the price/performance ratio is very good. Regarding the negative: Unfortunately the waitresses are very rude and rude. When you talk to them, they often just say “I won’t do that, colleague”. When you are then served, it can happen that you don't receive certain things that others still receive. I'm on Usedom every 8 weeks for business and it's a "MUST" to have my dinner here. The service alone is pure entertainment. Micha simply does a great job. Entertainment, humor, professionalism 👌. The price is absolutely great. Whether pizza, pasta or salad - even the wine is super tasty. You sit on the pier and can even look at the sea while you eat. I love spending my evenings here

It was August 10th in the year of the Lord 2024. We had recently started our vacation in the beautiful town of Heringsdorf. We had made the plan to let the seagulls fight for us a pizza on the beach in the evening. In order to turn this plan into reality, we decided to order the pizza by telephone using modern digital technology. Our order was recorded on the other side of the machine. 20 minutes later we entered the property to pick up our ordered feast as agreed. If we were just put in the corner and told our pizza wouldn't be ready yet. After 40 more minutes of starvation, surrounded by people eating more or less happily, we asked again. Apparently no one had ever taken our order before. So it should take another 20 minutes until it says: Hawaii Ciao Ciao. Therefore service more. Ambiance due to too many other people meh. Pizza was tasty. So then Ciao Ciao.

Hello everyone. Yesterday we were also in the small restaurants Ciao Ciao and saw in front of the entrance, we were also waiting for our food but with so many people I think it's normal! The way some people/clients behave is impossible! We're not at the train station, we're all on vacation! The staff was stressed, which is no surprise at work, but they were always friendly! And to you, Ms. Nicole, that was a beach blanket and not a jacket! If you don't understand German and misunderstood that, the waiter said to the girl (nothing disappears here, not that she should disappear)!!!. That's a difference in my eyes!!! The cuisine has as much to do with Italian food as Usedom has with Sardinia. I can also warm up frozen food in the holiday apartment. Unfortunately, the waitress hasn't heard anything about Italian friendliness.

I went with my family, the location was really beautiful, the tables were new and well cared for and lots of colorful flowers, the Italian waitress was professional and very kind, we ate very well, the pizza was really good and then I was able to watch while they prepared it with care and a lot of attention to hygiene... the dish that amazed my wife was the house salmon, truly delicious and my daughters liked the kinder pizzas... I definitely recommend it

Staff completely overwhelmed. We also noticed that a girl had apparently forgotten her jacket. After the waiter handed it to her, he actually told her to leave it, impossible! On Friday, July 26th, 2024 around 7:15 p.m., the three of us decided on the “Pizzeria & Snackbar Restaurant Ciao Ciao”, also because of the good location. However, our expectations of an Italian restaurant, neither in terms of cuisine nor in terms of service nor in monetary terms, were not met. One of the reasons for this was that the waiter who brought the drinks glasses carried them with his fingers on the inside of the glasses. So exactly the area that you usually use your mouth. The “spaghetti with tomato sauce” we ordered (€12.00) was carelessly prepared, to our regret it wasn’t al dente (aldente) and tasted like it came from a can. The second dish was “Cannelloni Ricotta e Spinaci” (€13.80) which was also prepared indifferently and had more of a pasty consistency. Last but not least, there was an “Insalata della Casa with yoghurt dressing” (16.50€). It was pleasing to the eye, but there was hardly any sheep cheese, egg and yoghurt dressing. Unfortunately, as usual with Italians, the dishes were served with parmesan, oil, pepper and salt. The visit to the restaurant was finalized with the news that card payments (€64.00) were not possible, but that there was an ATM just around the corner. The fee for withdrawing the money was not quite €5. In summary, we had to realize that, in our opinion, the price-performance ratio was disproportionate. Low quality, service at inflated prices! The tip was reduced by the amount of the EC machine fee, as well as the poor quality food and the inadequate service. We give the minimum number of points for this and no recommendation! With that in mind, Ciao Ciao.

We had a pizza and a children's portion of spaghetti bolognese. The food was okay, but nothing more. I felt more coldness than friendliness from the service. We saw some waiters and waitresses look friendly or even smile from time to time. Unfortunately, our waitress wasn't one of them. We definitely won't eat here again.

I haven't eaten worse in a restaurant for a long time. Ordered apple crumble cake and coffee. The coffee was OK. But the cake was the same one that you can buy frozen at any discount store for around €4. The piece of cake was a twelfth of the whole cake for €4.20. I think you can expect more for that. That ultimately means that such a cheap cake ends up being sold for around €50. In addition, the "service staff" shouted at each other...in front of the customers. And our waitress complained about her bosses So it's a real shame that the city allows such a dive bar in such a well-frequented place. I think this should be reconsidered. For us there is no second time at this point!

We have always had excellent food and drink here for years, the staff are always funny and friendly, no matter how busy it was. Hello everyone, Unfortunately I can't say anything about the food as we didn't get that far. With a full house, we sat down outside in the evening at a table for four that had just become available. The glasses of the guests in front of us were still there. Moments later, a waiter stood by us and shouted at us that we were in a hurry because we couldn't wait until he wiped the table. My wife and I exchanged a look, stood up and said goodbye. The waiter didn’t miss a sarcastic “Have a nice evening.” If you read the other reviews, it's not an isolated case. We then ate at the Ponte Rialto at the end of the pier, much better view, great service and the food was also very good. But as I said, they couldn't compare.

My friend had tomato puree instead of soup. A fish soup should contain fish and not mussels or squid.. the taste leaves a lot to be desired.. our pizza was so soggy in the middle that you could have built houses with it.. not worth recommending for us and not a go for these prices !

At Ciao Ciao you will be welcomed and served by friendly service who also take the wishes and needs of the little guests into account. The food is good in quality and quantity, so an optimal price-performance ratio with fresh dishes! Some reviews seem to confuse Ciao Ciao with the restaurant in the home town!

We went to this pizzeria this evening. Unfortunately it was very disappointing. The bruscetta was fresh baguette but not toasted and therefore quickly soggy and difficult to eat. Unfortunately it wasn't seasoned either. The portion size, however, was okay. The pizza bread was partly burnt black with holes. The taste was mediocre. The salami pizza we ordered was also soggy in the middle and the dough wasn't quite cooked through. The service was nice, but could be improved. The location right on the pier is really nice. The pizzeria itself is rather average in terms of ambience. Unfortunately we cannot recommend it after today's visit.

This has been our favorite Italian restaurant for years. We come several times a year and our path always goes to you. The tiramisu is amazing, as is the quality of the food. The waiters are always absolutely friendly 👍🏻

After arriving to the "restaurant" one of the waiters very rudely informed me that i can not clean my feets from sand due to that this is restaurant (in restaurant you get your food on a plate not in a box like a take away?) moment later another waiter come and asked for the order we wanted some drinks and food in couple of more moments waitar answers that she didnt win legs on lotyery and she wont walk twice, horrible customer service never have been treated like that before and i have been all over the Europe

Unfortunately, the stressful mood of the staff is passed on to the guests and the entire restaurant; in the evening it's a matter of one thing at a time, or in other words, mass processing. Still not offering EC/credit card payments in 2024 is also a no-go. The only plus - the pizza was really good.

The waiter was super friendly, he took what we ordered straight away. We had a really nice view of the football game by the sea and the food came very quickly and tasted really great. Beautiful terrace, located directly on the Heringsdorf pier, with sea views. Super planted with lots of bright, colorful flowers and great furnishings. The atmosphere really appealed to me and from my table I was able to watch the European Championship football match, which was being broadcast live on a huge screen on the beach in Heringsdorf. I ate a pizza and for dessert I treated myself to a homemade tiramisu and a delicious cappuccino. Everything tasted really good and was super tasty. Will definitely come back.☺️😋

We were there on June 29th, 2024 and it was understandably busy. After the first question about a free table, we were quickly/unfriendly/annoyed. After we looked for a table ourselves, we placed our food order, which included an extra request. But this would immediately be refused in an unfriendly and annoyed manner. Our food arrived in two steps, even though we asked for everything together. Unfortunately my tortellini were not yet cooked through/hard as bones and I had to look for the sauce. So I let it go back. When I got my food back after 5 minutes, it was the portion that I let go back. How did you see that? My bitten/spit out noodles were put back on and there was no sauce to be found at all. Now the noodles were crushed together as hard as a rock [because they had been heated in the microwave]. When I asked the waitress about it again, she became even more unfriendly and said: Go in yourself and tell the boss. Because of course I wasn't prepared to accept this meal and pay for it. There would be further discussions with me. In the end we only paid for our drinks and the other food. I've never had the experience of getting the same food reheated even though the noodles weren't cooked through. Annoyed, unfriendly staff and the food left more than to be desired. We're not petty, but you don't have to put up with something like that.

We were here once two years ago and I had no complaints about the pizza to go. This time we ate on site and unfortunately the pizza was drowned in tomato sauce and baked a little too long. Not child friendly at all and small portions

The service was loud everywhere but friendly to us. What didn't work was that he portrayed his colleagues as stupid "they're all incompetent" When it comes to food, I agree that the pizza dough is a bit too salty. Cheese wasn't completely melted on it either. My friend's Napoli pasta was just pureed tomatoes without any spices but I think at least it was fresh. The onion soup wasn't convincing either because it tasted a lot like instant vegetable broth.

We ordered tortellini with sauce and cheese gratinated, the result was 6 tortellini and a strip of cheese and all for a hefty price. Furthermore ordered. We spaghetti with garlic and pepperoni, the spaghetti was so carelessly prepared and it tasted like nothing. Some sharpness came out. The only thing that was okay was there waiter. He was on the ball, but that was it. You know how other Italian restaurants serve.

Completely chaotic, confused and annoyed waitress who: 1. initially ignored us (if guests arrived later, she took the order earlier) 2. who brought us the wrong drinks, 3. who brought my mother-in-law the wrong food and 4. even lied to us at the end (she justified the incorrect orders on her part with the failure of the electronic cash register - but this justification cannot be correct, that she brought us the wrong drinks and dishes, since when she took her order we told her that * Numbers* and the *name* of the dish, which she also wrote down and could have easily passed on to the kitchen) *** Overall a huge disappointment and I can only advise anyone not to eat there with the family or with a group ***

So if you're just looking to get some sustenance, this is a good place to go if you're not expecting real Italian pizza. The dough was very thick (reminiscent of Wagner's pizza), the toppings were ok, but when it came to the cheese I was completely unsure what it actually was. We were hungry and had 2 pizzas - and left the store full. It will be a unique experience, but I think that is taken into account. Not a shop for regular guests, but aimed at walk-in customers and primarily holidaymakers. Price ok.

We were very happy with the food and service. The waiter was attentive, very friendly and quick. The pizza was delicious and huge, so we had the rest packed up. Also used the pick-up service once. It worked great, thank you.

Small but nice. Got top pizza - Pizza Ciao Ciao - was really delicious. Very friendly staff.

We were there at lunchtime, only one of us wanted to eat a little something, otherwise just drinks, which wasn't a problem at all. The waiter was very polite, the greeting was German and Italian, you immediately felt at home and then had the courage to ask if you could share a pizza for two (we had had breakfast late) but the pizza looked so good and smelled so delicious too. We were treated well and politely and the prices were also okay, the pizza we had at the Italian restaurant opposite directly on the pier costs €5 more. So I can only recommend the small pizzeria.
