Liebe Chefin, erstmal sind wir sehr zufrieden bei ihnen, wie sie auch wissen, kommen immer sehr gern zu euch und fühlen uns auch wohl! Das Ärgernis war lediglich, dass keine Reaktion ihrerseits kam, sie standen am Tisch und haben gesehen, wir ich aussah … hätte man ja gleich mal darüber reden können… Auf keinen Fall wollte ich mich über ihre Pizzeria oder ihr Personal beschweren, wir werden immer sehr gut bedient, Essen ist top und wir freuen uns auch auf das nächste Mal ! 51 Bewertungen wurden im letzten Jahr entfernt? Hätte ich das nur vor dem Besuch gelesen... Der Service war freundlich, wir haben aber zu lange unbeachtet am Tisch gesessen. "Haben sie schon bestellt?" klingt völlig planlos. Bei der Pizza ist der Teig nicht richtig aufgegangen, sie war am Boden auch zu hell, geschmeckt hat sie ganz gut. Meiner Freundin ist sie nicht bekommen, Bauchschmerzen und Übelkeit. Fazit: Nicht zu empfehlen.

Die Spaghetti Bolognese war furchtbar, sie schmeckte alt. Es hat sich nicht gelohnt, ich kann sie nicht empfehlen.

Ich hatte eine Salami Pizza und meine Begleitung Spaghetti Bolognese. Zu der Pizza: Für Basilikum (5 Blätter) musste ich 60 Cent Aufpreis zahlen . Die Pizza war so ölig und fettig, dass ich es abgiessen musste. Die Salami war keine richtige Salami sondern billige Cervelatwurst. Der Belag rutschte mit dem Fett von der Pizza. Zu der Bolognese: War es ziemlich wenig, grad an Nudeln muss man nicht sparen. Es war total trocken und zu wenig Soße. Die Soße war vermutlich aus dem Glas. Dieser fehlte es auch an Geschmack. Salz und Pfeffer stand nicht auf den Tisch. Unser Tisch hatte einen Vogelschiss drauf. Zum Toilettengang wurden wir auf die städtischen Toiletten verwiesen, es sind keine hauseigenen vorhanden. Alles wirkte lieblos und Massenabfertigung. Auch die Preise sind völlig überzogen für diese Leistung. Keine Kredit oder EC Kartenzahlung möglich.

Pizza war sehr matschig ... knusprig ist was anderes ... die Nudeln al forno waren die schlechtesten Nudeln die ich je gegessen habe :/ Service war gut ... Aussicht auch sehr nett

Wir haben bei euch Fußball erlebt und trotz Feierabend wurden wir bedient. Lieben Dank und das obwohl Italien nicht mal dabei ist, leider.

Wenn man schnell eine Pizza futtern will und keinen Anspruch an den Teig, den Belag und den Geschmack hat, dann kann man dort essen.

Furchtbarer Laden! Nur Kartenzahlung, da hätte man schon gleich wieder gehen müssen. Am Tisch mitten im Raum, neben uns, wurde über eine halbe Stunde in einer unglaublichen Lautstärke über Rechnungen diskutiert und das Personal runter gemacht. Worüber diskutiert wurde klang auch unglaublich unseriös. Als wir uns dann beschwerten, wurden wir dann nur von der lautstarken, ganz offensichtlichen Chefin des Ladens angemeckert, dass wir still sein sollen. Ein Stern für das Essen, das hat geschmeckt. Essen haben wir aber irgendwann mitgenommen, Appetit ist uns vergangen.

Leider werden wir Polen immer noch schlecht behandelt, heutzutage ist schon zu viel verlangt!!!

Wir sind mit meiner Mama hier im Urlaub und wollten schön an der Seebrücke eine Kleinigkeit essen. Wir entschieden uns für das Rindercarpaccio und würden sehr enttäuscht, es schmeckte wie ein Abwaschlappen. Nur nach Wasser und nicht nach Rind. Einfach ekelhaft. Das Fleisch war, zum Teil auch grau und schon vorgewürzt. Einfach schlecht.

Ein wirklich gemütliches italienisches Restaurant mit einer sehr angenehmen und familiären Atmosphäre. Man fühlt sich vom ersten Moment an willkommen. Der Service ist sehr herzlich, aufmerksam und freundlich, ohne aufdringlich zu sein. Das Essen ist lecker – alles war frisch zubereitet, geschmacklich super und mit viel Liebe angerichtet. Besonders schön ist, dass hier Qualität und Gastfreundschaft im Mittelpunkt stehen. Auch das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis stimmt absolut. Die Portionen sind großzügig, die Preise fair und die Qualität der Speisen überzeugt auf ganzer Linie. Das man nur Bar zahlen kann finden wir nicht schlimm. Geldautomaten befinden sich in unmittelbarer Nähe. Wer also authentische italienische Küche in einer gemütlichen Umgebung genießen möchte, ist hier genau richtig. Wir kommen gerne immer wieder! 🇮🇹🍝🍷

Absolut keine Empfehlung…Man wurde vom Kellner unfreundlich bedient und auch als man kurz auf dem Handy schaute, wurde laut gesagt man sollte doch das Handy wegpacken, da es Belästigung bei der Arbeit sei…. Außerdem war die Pizza , noch schlechter als eine TK Pizza… Dann lieber die 30m weiter gehen und diesen Italiener besuchen.

Auch im Mai 2026 nur Barzahlung möglich. Nur Barzahlung möglich. Dafür klebrige Speisekarten. 50 Meter weiter bekam ich ein Fischbrötchen für 4,-€ mit Kartenzahlung.

Wir aßen in der Pizzeria eine sehr leckere Tomatencremesuppe und Zwiebelsuppe. Der Kellner war aufmerksam und zuvorkommend. Leider kann man nur bar bezahlen, aber diese Information hängt überall auf der Terrasse, daher war das keine Überraschung.

Wir gehen seit über 8 Jahren (immer in der Sommer oder Herbst Saison), immer wieder nach Herringdorf sowie, aber auch bei unserem lieblings Italiener. Service ist immer gut (OK ab und zu mal Personal was gestresst ist, oder den Frust von anderen abbekommen tut ,aber man merkt wenig davon.) essen immer sensationell und danach sage ich euch ist man satt. Die Stimmung allgemein wenn man draußen ist im dem Meeresrauschen und so ist es sehr schön sowie auch hat was vom Fler. Wir fahren dieses Jahr wieder hin und freuen uns schon auf ein Wiedersehen 🫶🏻. Eine Anmerkung: man könnte da glatt eine kleine Veranstaltung machen zbs italienische Musik usw. Damit liebe Grüße aus Berlin 🫶🏻

Endlich eine Pizza wie sie sein muss. Eine Pizza mit Boden und nicht wie wo anders, wo der Boden nur angedeutet ist. Weich und bis zum Rand belegt. Wir hatten Pizza Salami und Pizza Italiano mit Tomaten, Mozzarella und Basilikum. Einfach perfekt. Das Personal war sehr freundlich und um 19/19:30 Uhr sehr gut gelaunt. Ich habe mein Lieblings-Italiener in Heringsdorf gefunden. Ich komme definitiv wieder.

Wir hatten Schnitzel und Fisch bestellt- komplett TK und frittierte Ware !!! Auf gar keinen Fall den Preis wert !!! Absoluter Touri Aufschlag!!! Siehe Foto!! Realistische 9,90 € wären kalkuliert ok . Bin selber Koch !!! Aber bitte dafür keine 21,99 € !!! Hatte mit deren Fischbrötchen auf der Brücke schon danach ….! Hatte ein fischbrötchen mit Heilbutt für 6,99 und sage und schreibe Heilbutt Krümel nur drauf !!‘ Über die Pizza können wir selbst nichts sagen, aber bei unserem Nachbar Tisch war die komplett verbrannt! Da das junge Leute ohne Erfahrung vom Alter ( geschätzt 20 ) her waren , wurde das ausgenutzt und die hatten das so leider hingenommen! Fazit - absolut furchtbar und kalkulatorisch völlig unverständlich und übertäuert, selbst für diese Lage !

Ich kam zufällig an diesem wunderschönen Ort vorbei, direkt am Heringstorfer Pier, wo sich das hübsche Restaurant „CIAO CIAO“ befindet. Die Qualität des Essens ist hervorragend und das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis ausgezeichnet. Das Restaurant verfügt über einen Raum mit einer urigen Eckbar und eine romantische Terrasse für alle, die bei Kerzenschein zu zweit speisen möchten. Ein weiterer Pluspunkt der Terrasse: Die Pizza wird direkt vor den Augen der Gäste zubereitet, sodass man die Zubereitung live miterleben kann. Wir kommen ganz bestimmt wieder.

Der Keller war sehr gestresst. Er musste auch jedem Gast erklären das er auf der Arbeit und nicht auf der Flucht. Also einige Gäste zahlen wollten meinte er das er keine Frau ist und nicht Multitasking kann. Das Essen und die Getränke kamen aber relativ fix. Über Geschmack lässt sich streiten aber ich hatte Spagetti mit Meeresfrüchten, was null Geschmack hatte.

Lage ist super, direkt am Strand. Personal unfreundlich. Pizzen waren verbrannt oder der Teig war noch roh. Wir wurden um 21 Uhr rausgeschmissen obwohl sie bis 21.30 Uhr geöffnet haben und es war Freitag Abend.

12 Tage in Heringsdorf, 12 Abende in dieser Pizzeria. Alles war gut, super sogar. Sehr nette Bedienung, auch auf Wünsche nahm man Rücksicht. Pizzen gross oder klein und sehr gut. Sollten wir erneut nach Heringsdorf gehen, dann wieder dorthin. Besonders der Chef (de Service) war sehr kompetent und freundlich.

I ordered bruschetta and tortellini—what could you possibly go wrong at an Italian restaurant? I don't know, but neither of them tasted good. The bread was untoasted and the tomatoes were bland. The tortellini came with cheap pressed ham and a bad-tasting cream sauce. The service was good and friendly, but the food was unfortunately poor and not worth the price.

Wir wollten zum Abend eine Pizzeria aufsuchen und kehrten hier ein. Ein kleiner freier Tisch war schnell gefunden. Der Kellner kam nach kurzer Zeit und nahm die Bestellung auf. Er war höflich mit einem etwas forschen Auftreten, was uns aber nicht störte. Getränke und die bestellten Pizzen kam schnell....die Pizzen vielleicht zu schnell. Dieses waren nicht richtig durch, der Teig noch klebrig. Auf der Thunfisch-Pizza, die sehr reichhaltig belegt war, sammelte sich das Wasser. Wir haben einen Teil unserer Pizzen gegessen. Beim Zahlen und Abräumen sprachen wir den Kellner darauf an. Er bedauerte den Umstand. Und ja, wir hätten die Pizzen eigentlich gleich zurückgehen lassen sollen. Ein Schild wies die Kundschaft darauf hin, dass nur Barzahlung möglich sei. Ein Schelm, der sich Böses dabei denkt.....

Der Kaffee war ganz lecker. Aber die "Heisse Schokolade" war einfach nur Wasser mit Kakao Pulver. Als wir das Ansprachen hieß von der Kellnerin: Zuhause mache ich das auch immer mit Milch aber hier mach ich das mit Wasser. Echt jetzt ???

Total mass production. The Bolognese was carelessly slopped onto the plate and completely tasteless. It had absolutely nothing to do with Italian Bolognese. Not recommended.

The ambiance was quite good, the food was okay, at the end we gave a 2 euro tip, the gentleman who served us threw the bill on the table, turned around and left... no goodbye or nice day, probably he was used to different tips, an absolute no-go... we will not go there again

Essen Okay aber Service total unhöflich. Einfach die Speisekarten auf den Tisch geschmissen. Verständigung auch schwierig...

Das Essen hätte besser sein können, war aber okay. Kellner war nicht gerade freundlich und es gab keine Kartenzahlung nur Bargeld ohne das es irgendwo ausgeschrieben war. Nicht unbedingt zu empfehlen.

The food itself was delicious, but the toppings were simply thrown on, and the service was rude. Not again.

My husband and I went there with no expectations, and unfortunately, it was extremely disappointing. We both come from the restaurant industry and are therefore good judges of what's good and what's not, and the food there was terrible. My husband had a pizza that was completely burnt on the bottom, and my "carbonara" was just pasta with curdled egg (protein) and no flavor. We then told the waitress about it, and it was quickly apparent that they weren't happy with it. I wouldn't recommend it.

Ich glaube, sie haben vergessen, Öl ins Salatdressing zu geben, und es war nur sehr wenig Essig dabei. Die Pizza war aber gut.

Bella Italia auf der Sonneninsel SchmUsedom. Tolle Lage. Freundliches Personal was auf Trap ist. Dann kam das Essen. Mega leckeres Bruschetta…. Wir wurden gefragt, wann wir nach der Vorspeise den Hauptgang bekommen möchten. Als wir das GO gegeben haben, kamen Muscheln, Calamaris, Pizza und Pasta recht schnell. Alles war lecker. Auf die scharfen Nudeln wurden wir auch vorab hin gewiesen, aber sie waren auch gut und lecker, wer scharf mag. Wir waren eine Gruppe Erwachsener und hatten einen tollen Abend mit Blick aufs Mehr. Man merkt, dass hier noch ein richtiges italienisches Herz schlägt und die Gäste mit italienischen Charme verwöhnt werden. Gerne wieder Cio Cio. PS: Tip, wer richtig gut satt ist, bestellt einen warmen Fernet Branca….

The coffee and cake were okay. The ice cream wasn't so tasty. There were no restrooms in the restaurant; the waitress told us to use the public restrooms.

I was there for the first time two years ago and was thrilled. I visited again with high expectations – unfortunately, it was very disappointing. The waitress kept walking past us until we loudly called for attention. The pizza we ordered was reminiscent of "Dr. Oetker"... small, only partially topped with the desired topping, raw dough in the middle, and the pizza chef then emptied the garlic bottle over it... unfortunately, a solid 6. The attention of the waitress assigned to us was also not great. I wanted to call the restaurant to get the bill – but my wife stopped me. All in all, a disappointing experience.

So we arrived and smelled the pizza, so we immediately turned around and ordered. We really can't recommend the salami pizza in terms of taste. The service was great. The beer was warm and not carbonated, but the waitress was very accommodating and swapped our beer for us, which we thought was very nice.

The location appears very nice at first glance, but is ultimately unattractive, as it's far too crowded due to the through traffic to the pier. The pizza is standard fare. Our comment about the poor quality of the pizza was noted, but resulted in no further action. Customer-oriented dining definitely looks different. The service was generally friendly, but you should still check the receipt before paying, which, by the way, is only possible in cash. It does happen that you're charged for food or drinks you didn't even order or eat.

Pizzeria Ciao Ciao is located directly in front of the pier in Heringsdorf. However, its seemingly attractive location is marred by the fact that the dining area is cut through by the busy path to the pier. This makes the ambiance seem restless and uninviting. The service was rather superficial and disinterested, which further detracts from the overall impression. The pizza tasted okay at best, but the size was below average. The pricing for drinks was a negative: Large soft drinks are not listed on the menu. A 0.4-liter Coke cost €6.20 – an unpleasant surprise and hardly understandable given the price of the product. Furthermore, payment is only accepted in cash, which seems neither contemporary nor particularly service-oriented these days. All in all, the negatives clearly outweigh the negatives, making a return visit unlikely.

I happened to pass by this pizzeria and saw the delicious pizzas on the plates. We went there five times during our summer vacation this year; the pizzas are world-class, very tasty, and definitely recommended.

We stopped here spontaneously and shared a pizza as a snack and enjoyed two drinks. The service was fast and incredibly friendly. The pizza we ordered was delicious. We'd love to go back!

A really good pizza. I sat down without any great expectations and was not disappointed. The crust was crispy and fluffy at the end. The pizza itself had a good flavor, and overall, they serve a wide variety of dishes. The only complaint I could make is the weather, but that's not the restaurant's fault. The food didn't take long at all, so all I can say is: Top-notch, or as my grandmother said: "You can't complain!" All in all, my recommendation if you want a nice meal.

We spontaneously stopped by for lunch. My husband's pizza was crispy and delicious, and our daughter enjoyed the cannelloni despite the whole garlic clove in the sauce. My lasagna was unseasoned and only lukewarm in the middle. When we asked for restrooms, we were sent to the public restroom, as the restaurant apparently didn't have any. Cash only. Staff were friendly and attentive. Would we come back? Not really.

This Italian restaurant is located at the beginning of the pier. From the windows, you can catch a glimpse of the Baltic Sea. The staff is friendly, and the food is good. You can even watch the pizza chef at work. I find the drinks quite expensive: a 0.5-liter Coke costs around €6. What's really starting to annoy me, especially at foreign restaurants, is the refusal to accept credit or debit cards. If three people go out to eat and quickly spend €50 or more... are you supposed to constantly carry around a pile of cash? Please, finally get into the 21st century!

Very good service, lots of interaction with guests, and a beautiful view of the sea. It was very busy, but the food came very quickly. Simply perfect.

The pizza and pasta were difficult to enjoy. The service was nice. But what good is that if the food isn't good!

We ate there. The pizza was way too small, but OK (nothing special). I wanted to leave more money, but that wasn't possible since they only accepted cash payments.

When we arrived, three employees simply stared at us and ignored us. Only one waitress was nice to us, and she seemed to be the one who worked the hardest. The food was so messed up that my pizza had almost no cheese on it, and it was only half cooked. Avoid this place at all.

We were very hungry and decided to stop by for pizza — and it was a great decision 😍They brought everything to us quickly, and the pizza turned out to be really tasty. I took the cheese one — it was chewy, aromatic, exactly what I wanted. My boyfriend chose the Hawaiian one with pineapples, and was satisfied. The waiters were smiling, polite, it was nice to talk to them. We sat outside — the sun was warm, a warm breeze blew from the sea… The lunch turned out to be very atmospheric and cozy. We will definitely come again! ☀️

I was there for dinner and ordered a pizza. Even though it wasn't busy, it took quite a while for anyone to come. The pizza arrived fairly quickly, but it was only mediocre—a slightly doughy base, rather small, and nothing special in terms of taste. Honestly, I expected more. Payment was only possible in cash, which is just not appropriate in a tourist destination. The staff was friendly, but not particularly attentive.

Every time we're in Heringsdorf, we eat at least one pizza there, which is truly delicious. It's also relatively quick. The staff is plentiful and very friendly, and quick. It's nice to sit outside and watch the people passing by. The other dishes served to other guests always look delicious, too. The portion sizes are perfectly adequate, and the prices are the usual and reasonable.

Unfortunately, the price-performance ratio is not right here...the pizza was far too small for the price and the lasagna was tasteless...no toilets in the restaurant...you had to use public toilets...very bad...only cash payments are accepted. What's wrong with that?

Very tasty. Friendly service. The staff always has a joke or a laugh on their lips. We enjoyed it so much that we ate there three times in 1.5 weeks.

Well, that was pretty tough. Spaghetti Frutti di Mare… well-intentioned, sure. But the opposite of good. It was a pasta dish no one in Italy would have dared to serve. A seafood mixture sprinkled over the pasta. Everything was swimming in a light, fishy broth; it wasn't a sauce. My neighbor at the table said it was more like a seafood soup with spaghetti. That was it.

As everywhere, no card payments accepted. Staff quite unfriendly. Food was okay. No restrooms available.

The worst pizza I've ever had for a lot of money👎. . We often go to Italy and are certainly spoiled with our Italian restaurants but this was abysmal. For just under 14 euros a pizza that's not even 28 cm with 3 slices of salami and not even 2 slices of ham. The dough wasn't cross-cooked. Badly seasoned and the mozzarella was of watery quality. The Frutti del Mare was dripping with oil and frozen seafood for almost 16 euros - you can get better anywhere than there. The Vino Rosso could have been a rosé wine and the glass of white wine was served with a 0.5l! But I didn't order it. Another holiday in Italy - at Mom's wouldn't do the kitchen brigade and the staff any harm - the culture and the Italian way of life and the air of fresh herbs, baked bread and the aroma of fresh seafood. All on a thin 32 cm pizza base with good products and I'm happy to pay that price. And that's a shame, it was nothing.

Very good, had one of the best meals there. Service friendly, competent and quick. If we come to Usedom again and we have an appetite for pizza 🍕 or pasta, we will definitely come by again.

The food was amazing, service was very attentive and if you want authentic Italian food this is the place to go. Prices are good for the quality of food. The best spaghetti carbonara i’ve had in a while and best pasta in heringsdorf i’ve tried. You can only pay cash. Sitting outside is pretty windy but its nice.

We stopped here spontaneously during our vacation. We ordered a four-cheese pizza, schnitzel with fries, a calzone, and bruschetta. Of course, everyone also got a drink. To be honest, I have to admit that every dish was absolutely top-notch! The service was super friendly and very attentive. The wait time was also extremely short! The prices are comparatively low, which really surprised us. I highly recommend everyone to visit this pizzeria if they're in the area. Keep up the good work! Thumbs up!!

The atmosphere is simple, everything has to be done quickly. The lasagna I ordered was only warmed up, hot on the outside, cold on the inside. My beer glass wasn't filled properly. I wouldn't recommend this place highly enough.

Very good and well-maintained restaurant, with a beautiful terrace by the sea. Great food, excellent service. I visited the restaurant several times during my vacation. I highly recommend it to everyone.

The restaurant is highly recommended, great service, super friendly staff, super quality of the food and for us the Aperol was the best in all of Heringsdorf.

Cash only should have been a warning to me. The place seemed very dingy. A 0.75-liter bottle of water cost €9.00, which is too expensive for the atmosphere. The food was OK, but nothing special. The wine, supposedly Valpolicella, was too expensive. I got the Averna in a Ramazzotti glass, which was OK, but 2 cl instead of 4 cl for over €5.00 is outrageous. I should have looked at the menu, but who expects that? What's even more shocking was that they charged extra for the grated cheese I got with my spaghetti, which was definitely not Parmesan. I've never experienced anything like that before. On top of that, the place doesn't even have its own restrooms, and when I needed to relieve myself, I had to use the communal ones. In my opinion, that's pure rip-off.

My girlfriend and I felt sick the next morning from the pizza because it was still raw. This gave us terrible stomach aches. We also felt like we had to eat it under pressure because the shop was closing in 45 minutes.

The base of the pizza was black in places, the toppings were not, overall the pizza was only mediocre.

Very chill and friendly place, excellent the bolognese pasta, the staff is very friendly. Suggested to everyone!

Delicious pizza!!! Great service, very nice and friendly gentlemen who speak Polish. I highly recommend it and I will definitely come back someday!

Our pizzas and bruschetta were delicious! The service was also friendly and attentive. Unfortunately, since the weather wasn't that pleasant, you could only sit inside. It was very narrow there and there were only a few seats. However, the view of the Baltic Sea is very beautiful! We would definitely recommend the restaurant and eat there again!
