We had a dream stay in this hotel. Ideally located, with a great SPA, swimming pool with sea view. The service is exceptional. The reception staff and waiters are professional and take care of you. The food is excellent. The restaurant's dishes are divine and the wine list exceptional. The cocktails are awesome. Thank you and well done.

What a gorgeous hotel in an amazing location a few steps from the beach. We had a junior suite with a terrace which was wonderful, amazing view over the Baltic. Lovely helpful staff. Fantastic spa with great selection of steam rooms and saunas of different types. Pool and plenty of spaces to relax. Bikes available to take out. Extremely relaxing break.

Very nicely located hotel for high standards

Dear team from Strandhotel Ostseeblick, often it is just a snapshot. Unfortunately it dragged on for the entire visit. Upon arrival we were promised an upgrade to the room with a sea view. ...whew, where do I start. A very narrow hallway leads into the room and at the end there is a large bench that you have to fight your way past to get into the actual room. Anyone who knows the hose rooms from the new blocks now knows what I mean... The advertised sea view was actually there, only after you had overcome the rammed roof and the dome of the restaurant, but it was there. The bathroom... let's leave that alone. Breakfast… what can I say. It would have been nice: Plates (only after asking twice were we given 3) Egg (the storage container was permanently empty) Scrambled eggs (just leave them in the pan for a minute longer so that they don't run off the spoon) The general cleanliness of the buffet (I realize that the visitors don't all handle things properly, but it would be good to look at the buffet every now and then) Patience, if you take jam and your colleague waits for you to put the spoon back so that you can take the jar with physical contact, that's a little too much Butter, maybe I was just unlucky in my 3 attempts to get butter Patience and politeness Is it common to ask a guest why they don't clean up the glass that has fallen on the floor? Especially since he didn't drop it... But the sea view in the restaurant is nice.

We stayed in the Villa Usedom apartment house on the top floor. Really very nice and tastefully decorated. Everything you need is available in the kitchen and of great quality. Beds were very comfortable. There is no view as there are only skylights. You can park nearby for a daily fee. In about 3 minutes you are in the pedestrian zone. The only thing missing is a magnifying mirror in the bathroom for people who wear glasses.

We stayed 4 nights in this wonderful hotel. First of all, I would like to say a special thank you to the breakfast team. Great service and very attentive! The hotel itself is well equipped and has a great SPA area and a unique location. We had a TopSea room with a direct view of the Baltic Sea... the beach access is less than a 5-minute walk away. We didn't miss anything. You can recommend this hotel without hesitation! Dear hotel team… keep it up!

Super nice hotel in a great location right on the beach 🤩 Anyone looking for relaxation with premium service and great upscale sports and leisure activities will definitely find what they are looking for here. The food is top notch and everyone in my family was very happy! For a Baltic Sea vacation as a family, our first choice.

I was there for two nights on business and was positively surprised by the price/performance. As of August 11, 2024 If the prices stayed like that, that would be absolutely fair. In my case around €220 per night including breakfast and a three-course menu in the evening.

We were here for the second time and were thoroughly impressed. Very great rooms, excellent spa, great breakfast buffet, super friendly and very accommodating staff. We always feel very well looked after here and will definitely come back to this nice place whenever we are on the Baltic Sea.

Beautiful hotel, with excellent cuisine and a chic SPA. All in all a very nice stay! Very polite and always friendly staff. There are small drawbacks for the room, as there is no balcony. Rooms very clean and tastefully decorated. Beds a bit too soft! SPA very nice, but unfortunately no staff to look after everything. Unfortunately, in the evening there are empty soap dispensers, drinks cups standing around and puddles of water everywhere that pose a risk of slipping! But we would love to come back again.

We stopped in for cocktails and sat outside on the terrace overlooking the sea. It was a nice, calm atmosphere and the service was very courteous and attentive. We had 2 of the signature ones Cocktails that were very tasty. However, larger ice cubes would have been better instead of crushed ice, as they unfortunately became watery more quickly.

Nice hotel, very nice staff, great spa area

We had a few good days here and felt really comfortable with our children. The staff is very friendly and accommodating in all areas. In the in-house restaurant we would have preferred the more classic/affordable cuisine, but we can understand the higher demands and accept them for a short vacation.

We have already been to the Hotel Ostseeblick twice. Like last year, we were thrilled again. You try to fulfill every wish. The wellness area is a dream. The food in the Bernstein restaurant in the hotel and the Alt Heringsdorf restaurant was always great. We have nothing to complain about and will be back next year. The only thing is when the towel exchange in the wellness area it is possible. Then you wouldn't have to use room service every day. Otherwise very satisfied.

Backyard room wasn't that pleasant! But the room was beautifully furnished!

We had a very tastefully furnished apartment. The best thing was the breakfast: extremely attentive and friendly service, a great, varied breakfast buffet. Many thanks to the breakfast team! You made the stay very pleasant.

The hotel was basically really great. The service at both dinner and breakfast was very friendly, but it all took far too long. For a 3-course meal we sat for over 2 hours and we had to wait 45 minutes for the drinks (it wasn't full in the restaurant and the courses were easy to prepare + people who came a long way after us had the dessert with us ). And despite asking where the drinks were, a cola was forgotten. Even with the second round of drinks we had to ask where the drink was. At breakfast the plates weren't cleared in between and we sometimes waited 20 minutes for fresh egg dishes (and the breakfast room wasn't particularly full). There was cake in the bar in the afternoon, but we were left alone most of the time and not entertained. Paying seemed to be a bit of a hassle. The massage was carried out with quick movements, which didn't really create a feeling of relaxation. But overall the wellness area was nice. The rooms were very clean, bright and friendly. Particularly noteworthy are the reception staff and the trainees. They were motivated, friendly and extremely helpful. We had to walk 10 minutes (uphill) to the parking lot. The short-term parking spaces in front of the hotel were permanently occupied. That was a bit stupid with the luggage. The hotel also did not take into account the reason for the trip (explicitly stated when booking). I would have liked a kind word when I arrived. When we booked three rooms with a lake view, the main person got the room with the least lake view, which was a shame. For the price I actually expected a little more.

We had lunch in the restaurant. No salad or vegetables on the plate. A pity. Fried potatoes with plaice.

The Strandhotel Ostseeblick kept us super relaxed over the Easter holidays. The wellness area is particularly beautiful here; it meets the latest standards and invites you to linger! The owner is close to the guests and has come up with one or two event-related surprises. Absolute recommendation 👍

Unfortunately the pool temperature at 26°C was too cold for wellness, otherwise everything was perfect!

Rooms are standard size and amenities. Prices are very high. Breakfast buffet was very good and very sufficient. Parking spaces are in short supply, so you are forced to rent one from the hotel. The cheapest was 9.00 euros per day, although the parking lot is not in front of the hotel. You also have to pay a deposit of 50.00 euros for the parking chip, which you won't get back. The water in the swimming pool was very cold, even though it was stated as 29 degrees, which is definitely not true. Luckily we had very nice weather so we were able to spend a lot of time outside.

Great hotel in a good to very good location. Service and staff very nice and helpful, also very animal friendly. (25€/dog/day) there was also a blanket for the two of them and bowls. We were very satisfied and will come back.

I went to the Strandhotel Ostseeblick for a short vacation in the fall and I was thrilled. The hotel impressed with its location, facilities, breakfast and service. All the staff gave us an unforgettable stay. My family and I had two dogs with us and we were really warmly welcomed. This is not a given, especially when traveling with dogs. Thank you for everything, we'll be happy to come back.

We had a wonderful stay! The staff was super friendly - both at breakfast and dinner, reception and SPA - really great! The dinner that was included in the package was also very good! Breakfast and sauna area were great! We can really only recommend it! Thanks to the team!

Hotel has a good location right on the beach, we were on the first floor and could partially see the sea. Unfortunately there was a roof in front of the window which blocked the view. Food was very tasty. The bathroom had mold stains in the shower and the pillows on the beds were stained. The parking lot was full so we had to park the car further away. Reception could not be reached via the room telephone. So we wouldn't come back again.

My second home in Heringsdorf, I love this place. A family-run hotel that leaves nothing to be desired. The new wellness area is great. Thank you Wehrmann family

Ein familiengeführtes Hotel in unmittelbarer Strandlage an der Promenade von Heringsdorf. Das Restaurant Bernstein mit den Menues von Arian und seinem Küchenteam sind ein exzellenter Genuss. Der gesamte Service und das Team des Hotels begeistern durch ihre Freundlichkeit und gelebter Gastlichkeit. Wir bleiben euch treu und danke für die vielen schönen Tage.

Der einfache Kaffee zum Frühstück ist dünn und schmeckt wie zweimal aufgebrüht.Das Frühstücks-Buffet ist sehr schön, für jeden Geschmack etwas dabei. Das Zimmer zur Straße, sehr Laut, Beschallung durch das Eiskaffee von morgens 08:00 Uhr bis in die Nacht, sehr nervig. Man muss das Fenster geschlossen halten. Das Personal im Hotel ist sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Die hoteleigenen Fahrräder braucht man sich nicht ausleihen, Wartung scheint ein Fremdwort zu sein (z.B. 7 Gangschaltung komplett defekt)

Ich weiß nicht wo sie diese Preise hernehmen - 0.2 Wein für 10 Euro? Und dazu ein wirklich schlechter Service. Die Bedienung hatte schlichtweg keine Lust, lief an uns vorbei, Gläser waren leer, aber es wurde nicht gefragt, ob wir etwas neues bestellen möchten. Vor ein paar Jahren war es weitaus schöner dort...

Die Standard Zimmer sind sehr klein und eher für einen kurzen Aufenthalt. Die Lage des Hotels ist traumhaft mit direktem Blick auf die Ostsee beim Essen. Der Spa Bereich ist klein und sehr gemütlich. Man kommt hier gut zur Ruhe. Der Service ist top!

Sehr aufmerksamer Service, leckere Speisen, schöne Präsentation

Wir waren dieses Wochenende zu dritt und mit unserem kleinen Hund zu Gast im Strandhotel Ostseeblick. Das Hotel liegt mitten im Zentrum von Heringsdorf. Es ist sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet und ansehnlich. Die Tiefgarage ist direkt unter dem Hotel und (abgesehen von der Einfahrt) geräumig. Die Zimmer sind modern eingerichtet und echt gemütlich. Die Matratzen rutschen ein wenig auseinander und sind sehr weich bzw. durchgelegen. Hier könnte man nachbessern. Ansonsten gibt es für den Hund (welcher nur auf bestimmte Zimmer darf) auf dem Zimmer eine kleine leckere Überraschung, was wir als sehr aufmerksam empfanden. Das Frühstück ist ein Traum. Es gibt wirklich alles und jeder findet dort sein Schmeckerle am Morgen. Der Blick von der Terrasse sowie der SPA Bereich sind auch super. Abends findet man eine gute Auswahl im Restaurant. Das größte Lob geht allerdings an das Personal!! Die Damen vom Frühstück richteten extra einen Tisch in der Lounge ein , da im Restaurant keine Hunde erlaubt sind. Der Barkeeper gab Empfehlungen und mischte echt leckere und ansehnliche Cocktails! Das Personal an der Rezeption gab ebenfalls Tipps für Heringsdorf und kümmerte sich um jedes Anliegen. Das Housekeeping fragte auch nach, ob noch etwas benötigt wird. Auch durften wir unser Fahrzeug in der Tiefgarage nach dem Check Out noch ein wenig vor Ort belassen. Schönes Hotel Mit dem Fahrrad ist man schnell in Polen

Eine solide Wahl mit für mich knapp 4 Sternen, man muss aber ein paar Sachen wissen, wo die Stärken/ Schwächen liegen. - Top Lage direkt am Strand, nur getrennt von ca 100 Meter Garten/ Park/ Radweg, von vielen Zimmern toller Blick auf Ostsee, ungeingeschränkt würde ich nicht sagen (Bäume, manchmal auch Nachbargebäude) - wir hatten Seeblick gebucht und als Erstbesucher vermutlich das unattraktivste Top Sea View Zimmer bekommen, direkt oberhalb der Raucherecke des Hotels, über der Tiefgarage und direkt am Küchendunstabzug des Nachbargebäudes (direkt angebaut) - der etwas günstigere Außenparkplatz befindet sich ca. 500 Meter weiter in einer Einbahnstraße, wenn man zurück zum Hotel muss, muss man Umweg über 3 km wieder zurück fahren. Da der Weg zum Parkplatz bergig ist, braucht man schon ein paar Minuten. Das Auto steht dort auf einem unbefestigten Boden unter Bäumen. Mein Auto sah aus wie S..., von oben und von unten. - das Zimmer selbst sehr gut gepflegt, intelligente Schrank- und Halterungsauswahl, Bett war gut, Bad war in Ordnung; Design schätze ich auf 10-15 Jahre alt; wichtig oder nicht - keine technische Raffinessen und übliche "Luxus-Elemente" wie eine besondere Regendusche oder eine Kaffeemaschine/ Teekocher - in der Minibar lagern täglich zwei (Zucker-) Limos und ein Wasser, ein Wechsel (zu "Light") war nicht möglich - Frühstück war gut und vollständig, da wir immer sehr früh waren, hatten wir auch ordentliche Auswahl und viel Ruhe; zum Abendessen (HP), man bekommt täglich 3 Gänge zur Auswahl und eines von drei Hauptgängen; wenn man keinen der drei mag, kann man auf a la card wechseln; das Essen war immer sehr lecker, Hauptgang immer perfekt gebraten "a la minute" wie man sagt. Jedoch erhebliche Defizite im Service (nicht nur bei uns); als die Azubis dann mit dabei waren, ging es. Aber man wartet teilweise 30-45 Minuten auf die Gänge, teilweise wird der "Gruß aus der Küche" vorgestellt und man versteht kein Wort. Mein Eindruck ist, man versucht in Richtung Michelin-Führer Gastro zu kommen, aber da muss eindeutig noch verbessert werden. Und noch zum Preisniveau - wenn man mit HP nicht klarkommt (Ente, Meeresfrüchte, vegetarisch), kann man zur Karte wechseln und dort kosten Vorspeisen mindestens 13-18 Euro und Hauptgänge beginnen ab 39 Euro. Beim Pricing ist man meiner Ansicht nach zu selbstbewusst im Vergleich. Wir waren auch mal im Nachbarhaus zum Mittagessen. Dort gab es dann Bratkartoffeln mit Spiegelei. Das war mal eine richtige andere Erfahrung. - Wellness Bereich war leider enttäuschend für mich; ein kleines schönes sauberes Schwimmbad und sechs Saunen, die heißen Saunen sind jeweils so groß, dass man ab 2 Leuten sich näher kommt und die halbwarmen Saunen (45-60 Grad) haben eine riesengroße Glasfront, viel zu wenige Liegen (10 Stück!), Sauna-Bereich top renoviert und neu, aber einfach zu klein - Im Vergleich zu den letzten Wellness-Reisen haben wir uns in dem Hotel nie "heimisch" gefühlt. Eine Kollegin an der Rezeption war top, eine Kollegin am Frühstück, ein Azubi beim Abendessen und einer der Bartender ebenso. Die restlichen Kollegen waren nicht wirklich freundlich oder herzlich. Mal ein sympathisches Wort oder ein Smalltalk - nein. Wir haben in fünf Tagen auch nie erkannt, wer eigentlich die Besitzer des "familiengeführten Hotels" sind.

Ein schönes Wellnesshotel direkt an der Ostsee. Das Personal war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Der Wellnessbereich ist sehr schön angelegt und der Ausblick auf die Ostsee ist ein Traum. Das Frühstück war abwechslungsreich und sehr lecker. Das Essen am Abend war kreativ und besonders. Wir haben unseren Urlaub sehr genoßen und kommen gern wieder.

Wir sind gerade das sechste Mal in diesem feinen kleinen Hotel. Die Küche ist einzigartig. Wir freuen uns schon vor der Reise hierher auf das einmalig gute und vielfältige Frühstücksbuffet, aber auch auf die exzellenten Speisen am Abend. Die Lage ist auch einmalig schön. Aus dem Zimmer, dem Schwimmbad, dem Ruheraum und dem Restaurant einschl. Terrase schaut man auf das Meer, das ist einmalig schön!!!!

Leider roch unser Zimmer nicht sehr angenehm auch wenn dass Fenster den ganzen Tag offen gelassen wurde. Trotz diesen unangenehmen Problems haben wir den vollen Preis bezahlen müssen. Hätte mir eine entschädigung und entschuldigung erwünscht. Es Ist nicht das erste Mal, dass wir in diesem Hotel sind. Zuvor waren wir zufrieden, aber das hier hatt es versaut insbesondere da es über den Geburtstag war! Wellness ist Top. Frühstück ist Top. Location ist Top.

Tolles Hotel, Tiefgarage eher für kleinere Autos. Wenn der Küchenchef Urlaub hat merkt man das im Restaurant. Buchungsanfragen per mail werden nicht beantwortet, tel kommt der Anrufbeantworter

Ein schönes Hotel mit sehr guter gehobener Küche. Beim Frühstück ging hin und wieder etwas aus, wurde aber aufgefüllt, wenn man darauf hinwies. Der Wellnessbereich war sehr besonders, nicht nur wegen des Ausblicks auf die Ostsee.

Sehr gut gepflegtes Hotel. Perfekter Service. Idealer Standort oberhalb der Promenade. Leider sind die Standardzimmer sehr klein. Da lohnt ein Upgrade. Tolle Bar und immer super Barkeeper, die jeden Cocktail mixen. Frühstück ist sehr lecker und man kann sich alles an Eierspeisen extra zubereiten lassen.

Über die Zimmer kann ich dort nichts sagen, waren dort abends nur in der Bar und den Abend gemütlich ausklingen zu lassen, die Cocktails 🍸 waren hervorragend, Karte ist klein gehalten, möchte man was anderes macht der Barkeeper es möglich

Wir waren zum Frühstücken dort. Kleines, aber sehr feines kontinentales Frühstücksbuffett. Superfreundlicher Service. Dass der Betrieb für seine Ausbildungsleistung mehrfach ausgezeichnet wurde, passt ins gute Bild. Toller Blick auf die Ostsee.

Sehr gemütlich und geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Personal sehr freundlich, Kekse zum Kaffee mit eigenem Logo. Zimmer habe ich leider nicht gebucht. Nächstes Mal ganz sicher

Das Hotel ist super. Freundlichen Personal. Zimmer sind groß und geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Es ist sauber. Gute Pflegeprodukte vor Ort. Im Zimmer gibt es eine gepackte Tasche für den SPA Bereich, im Schrank hängen Bademäntel. Im TV läuft die Panorama Aussicht zum Wasser. Einfach Perfekt.

Ich war zum zweiten mal in diesem wunderschönen Hotel und ich wurde zum zweiten mal nicht enttäuscht. Zimmer sehr groß und wunderschön besonders mit dem schönen Ausblick aufs Meer . Frühstück für mein Geschmack sehr lecker. Der Wellnessbereich wunderschön nur leider der Pool etwas zu kalt. Service sehr freundlich und könnten jede Frage beantworten. Im großen und ganzem bin ich sehr zufrieden gewesen und kann jedem das Hotel empfehlen. Ich werde definitiv wieder kommen.

Zimmer ein Traum. SafePin war sehr leicht einzustellen, hingegen zu anderen Erfahrungen. Die Minibar war mit zweierlei Limonaden und einem Wasser ausgestattet. Ich kann die Lemon Limo empfehlen. Sauberkeit tadellos, wie im gesamten Haus. Auch der Wellnessbereich war sehr Angenehm. Der Pool mit seiner Aussicht, ein Pflichtbesuch! Die Saunen Optisch wunderschön, habe sie dennoch nicht benutzt. Der Ruheraum sowie die anderen Ruhemöglichkeiten halten ihr versprechen. Temperaturen sind sehr Angenehm. Die Location selbst ist sehr gut zu erreichen, auch wie wir mit der Bahn. Fahrradverleih direkt im Hotel , die normale Variante 8€ und ein E-Bike 22€ sind für den ganzen Tag inkl. Schloss vollkommen okay. (PS.: viele Leute kennen scheinbar die StVO nicht. Ein bisschen mehr Obacht wie sonst 😂) Wir können nur vom Frühstück berichten und dies war mega gut. Man wurde sehr herzlich empfangen und direkt nach diverse Vorlieben gefragt, es wurde jeder Wusch erfüllt. Und am Buffet ist etwas für jedem dabei. Wir waren persönlich 28 und 26 Jahre alt und die Blick der Gäste waren etwas „Musternd“ , aber daran gewöhnte man sich schnell und nahm es mit Humor. Hotelpersonal hat hier natürlich keinen Unterschied gemacht. Nur empfehlenswert!!!! Danke für den tollen Aufenthalt. 🙂

Rooms: + Clean, Nice sound of the sea, cute SPA basket, Good WIFI. - Restricted view with small window (room 217); had to stand up and put head out of window to enjoy the sea view. No balcony, no coffee/tea making facilities, no bath, limited TV features (basic German channels), basic bedding (soft pillows, light duvet). SPA: + Good sauna and steam bath, nice and clean relaxing areas - Small pool (but nice view) Service + Good breakfast staff, friendly reception - Dinner service was stiff but fine. Food + Standard breakfast - over cooked bacon!!! Fresh eggs brought to table on request. - Dinner was average and over priced. Not much flavour on the evening meal but nice setting. Location + Great view of the sea + Everything is very closeby - Better food options nearby - No shops open after 6pm.
