There are delicious steals, burgers but also fish and other delicacies here. The food here tasted really good, the service was ok and the atmosphere was really nice. We would be happy to come back and can recommend the restaurant with good hearts.

The three of us as a family went to Eric's for dinner. The burger and baked potato were all very tasty and served quickly at the table. The waiter was really nice, friendly and had good sayings. Thanks for the great service and evening.

We can only warmly recommend it. The service was friendly and sometimes had a cool 😎 saying on their lips. Now to eat, super positively surprised in everything. The sirloin steak exactly as ordered! The ox cheeks are so tender and delicious 😋 🤤. We would love to come back!!!!!

Completely exorbitant prices. I ate two dishes with a drink with my companion in the evening, the price of the burger is completely overpriced for my taste, with a cheeseburger for just under € 20 without a side dish I expect something different than what is served here, nothing special in terms of taste and The components don't necessarily fit together (cocktail sauce on a burger?) The second dish, steak gratinated with fries, was also rather below average, except for the price, sorry, completely overpriced and nothing special in terms of quality, I wouldn't visit again. We wanted to go out to eat with our small children. We were there around 5:45 p.m. (maybe 2-3 more tables occupied) and then wanted to look at the park lights next door. Drinks and orders were taken quickly and the service was nice and friendly. What happened next, however, was a bad joke: the tables filled up and one meal after the other was brought to the neighboring tables. At around 6:30 p.m. the children were happy about their food and we thought: Our oldest and we will surely get it quickly, after all we have already waited 45 minutes. However, our children had long since finished and all the tables in the restaurant were served food, when I said after 7 p.m.: If they haven't started eating yet, I would like to cancel it and leave. Then the waitress told me that our meal was the next meal. After that it took two more orders from other tables before it was our turn. Eating food quickly and in a bad mood, shelling out the full price and saying: never again! Food should be prepared after the order is received! Then also making the only family with small children wait over 75 minutes for the food and preferring ALL the other tables that came later: That speaks volumes... Conclusion: once and never again in your life!

The restaurant gave us a cozy welcome and the staff were friendly. Orders were taken one after the other without any hassle or stress. Our food didn't take long to arrive and was very delicious! We'll definitely be back!

Had dinner with my wife. First of all: the dish for my wife was very good! (vegetarian) But!! Unfortunately the meat in my burger was cold. He went back into the kitchen, then came back: bread cold, potatoes lukewarm. When I paid I said that the food (even on the second occasion) was unfortunately only lukewarm! WE WERE “RUDE IGNORED”

My wife and I were there spontaneously on Saturday. As in all other restaurants, there were no tables left. Since there is no reservation option at Eric's, the waitress offered us to wait at the bar for 15-20 minutes. We were well entertained and even received a drink recommendation off the menu, which was very tasty. :) When we get to the table it takes a moment. What speaks to me is that everything is freshly prepared. My expectations were exceeded! We ate ox cheeks, which were very tender and the red wine sauce was on point. The space is rather small, therefore almost exclusive and very pleasantly lit. We sat very comfortably and it was surprisingly quiet, despite the tables being full and walk-in customers constantly asking. However, I would particularly like to highlight the two service staff. It's rare to see someone so careful, friendly, constantly running and well-coordinated. While we waited at the bar, I was able to watch the goings-on very well. My best restaurant experience in a long time. Everything was really right here. The wait was 100% worth it. We'll definitely be back.

You have to bring some time for the great food and the friendly service with a brilliant ambience. But it's definitely worth it.

Unfortunately, our visit to the steakhouse “Eric's BURGER & STEAKS” in Heringsdorf was a disappointment. Although the food was fine from past experiences, the unfriendly service (presumably the owner) ruined the entire evening. Apparently there is no need to respect the wishes of customers. To be honest, I have never experienced anything like this before and I was clearly negatively surprised. It's a real shame because the ambience actually seemed promising. I definitely won't be coming back.

We waited 2 hours for our food, steak and baked potatoes and onions 🤔. Everyone around us had already gotten their food. The service was totally overwhelmed. Food was tasty. However, I had 2 cloves in dessert that I chewed on.😖

The first 5 stars are for the fact that German beef is served there. The second 5 stars that the steak was exactly as we ordered it. Medium, nice pink and buttery tender without much fanfare. Just with an open potato and vegetables. Top!!! And the third 5 stars for the service.

With 4 people for dinner... Waitress seems annoyed and treats guests quite harshly. Of course it's annoying when customers don't want to use the restaurant toilet, but you can't tell whether you want to eat or just use the toilet. The order was placed after 10 minutes and then we waited 65 minutes for the food... in between, no one even asked if they wanted to reorder the drinks again. So the food came, and there was no question as to whether the now completely empty glasses should be refilled. Overall, everything took far too long. The quantity and quality of the food was really good. The service could be better, maybe hire a little more staff because the store wasn't full. From my experience, when the place is full, I think... There is room for improvement.

We turned away at the door because the waitress just said: nah. So if that is how they treat the customers, one should worry about how they treat the food 🤢💩

The meat on Eric's Burger was very tough and rubbery and had a strange consistency. Very bad service, the condition was too much. My comment was simply ignored. So it's best to go eat burgers somewhere else. 25€ burger and fries is absolutely not worth the money.

We have been coming to the beautiful Heringsdorf for 4 years and really enjoy eating here. The service is very friendly. The customer service is good. Drinks are brought quickly. When it comes to food, you can always argue about what would be an acceptable time for it to be served. For us, the duration of 20 to 30 minutes is totally ok. It looks great and tastes very good. A clear and distinct recommendation to be a guest here. Thank you

As far as I can remember, I have never eaten a better steak in my life. It was cooked perfectly, as was the burger patty. The meat was tender, the fries were crispy on the outside, soft and flavorful on the inside, the shallot red wine sauce was absolutely delicious and the service was to die for. When it's busy it sometimes takes a little longer for food or drinks to be brought out, but it's more than worth every minute of waiting! My family and I are absolutely thrilled - we were too when we visited two years ago! ♥️

Had dinner here for the first time today. We were greeted very friendly and were able to sit outside. The staff was very friendly and both the drinks and the food we ordered exceeded our expectations. The prices are fair. This is just a steak and burger restaurant and not a fry shop. Anyone who acts friendly will also be treated kindly. Conclusion: Thank you for allowing us to be guests. We will be back. I can't judge the ambience inside because I was only in the restaurant briefly to ask if we could eat outside. The price per person consists of a main course + 2 large beers + a very tasty fruit brandy.

Very disappointing, after we ordered drinks and food everything went smoothly. Drinks arrived, everything was fine. After about 45 minutes (our children were already very restless) I asked and suddenly it said the receipt wasn't printed out. But what I found worst was the behavior of the waitress at the beginning of our order, because our daughter was a bit hesitant and shy when ordering and this waitress rolled her eyes in annoyance and looked to the side. Finally we paid for our drinks and left.

We ate there with 2 children. Unfortunately the reception wasn't very friendly. We were surprised by a menu aimed at children and pens for drawing. The food was okay but not overwhelming for a burger restaurant. With a little more love and warmth in the service and in the kitchen, this would definitely be a great place.

The Eric Burger is a great creation, with medium-grilled meat, red cabbage, cheddar and spicy cocktail sauce.

I went to dinner with my husband and daughters. We all really enjoyed it 👍🏼 The waitress was very friendly and always had a quick saying ready. The children received pens and coloring pages to help them pass the time. The ambience is very nice. The toilets were very clean. We would love to come back.

Food:...is simply too expensive for what you get delivered and you know it much better. I ordered the burger patty well done, it came medium as it was just too thick. The burger was okay in terms of taste, but not worth €20!!! I don't complain about the price. I'm willing to pay 20 euros for a burger, but then it has to be top-notch. He just wasn't. 12 to 15 €, then the hobl is paid for. By the way, my wife had diarrhea after eating. Service/Staff:....is not enough for too many guests. The service was tried hard, but you could see the stress and you hardly dared to order anything else. You didn't feel welcome. Ambiance:...it's okay, no really recognizable concept, especially not in the toilet, everything you've found is just there. But it's cozy in the basement. All in all we paid 60 euros for 2 drinks and 2 burgers. In return, I expect courteous service and high-quality food. I can't recommend the shop and we won't be coming back, but maybe the criticism will help to improve.

We ate at Eric's Burger & Steaks 3 times in 2 weeks of vacation in Heringsdorf and were thrilled. Eric's burger and pulled pork burger and the fries are very tasty. The absolute hit is the rump steak, highly recommended. Thumbs up for the two ladies in service, we felt very comfortable.

Had the burger with goat cheese, which was very tasty. In contrast to other restaurants in the area, we had very friendly and attentive service. Thanks for that :)

Nice, rustic atmosphere, clean and tidy. There are delicious dishes on the menu, but we didn't order anything... at peak time, Saturday evening at 7 p.m., the friendly service staff unfortunately couldn't keep up and we left without placing an order. Maybe we'll try it again another time, have a little more patience and then be able to rate the certainly good food.

Update: Been there again this year. And it still as described June 2024 Nice, cozy restaurant. Although you have to go into the "cellar", you can also eat outside. It's nice and cozy downstairs with dim lighting. Which is also beautifully decorated. Friendly and fast service serves the ordered drinks and food quickly. The food is also presented attractively. The toilet area, which was clean and beautifully decorated, is also praiseworthy. Payment is also quick.

Had an Eric's burger there this evening. UNFORTUNATELY the burger ordered medium was well done and dry, and the sauce was too limited. The fries could have stayed in the deep fryer a little longer. The price-performance ratio is not right in this case! The service wasn't particularly friendly to us either...unfortunately I had the feeling that the regular guests were served much more politely. The waitress didn't even say thank you for the 10% tip I gave.

Ate today 🍔, asked us if we wanted the burger medium, then the burger came through. The burger is way too expensive €19. Elsewhere you can get a burger like this for €10-12 with fries of this quality.

A very nice restaurant, the staff is very nice, the food is very tasty. Price performance is good. Dogs are allowed, which is not everywhere, we were very happy because we had a nice dog-friendly restaurant with our dog.

I spontaneously stopped by this restaurant for dinner and was pleasantly surprised. The service was very friendly from start to finish and had a relaxed and cheeky manner that made you feel at home. I ordered Eric's burger with the steakhouse fries and a ginger ale drink. Both were quickly brought to the table and I found the greeting from the kitchen particularly successful. You rarely get something like this in restaurants these days and so that's really a plus point that speaks for this restaurant. So if you're in the mood for good burgers, you should definitely come here to eat.

Spare ribs were recommended on the daily menu, but unfortunately they were dry and not tasty. I discreetly told the waitress this. We then received the bill, without asking for it, and before the plates were cleared away, the bill was slammed onto the table without comment. A side dish was changed from fries to puree, for which an extra €3.50 was charged, extra barbecue sauce. was also calculated. This supposedly homemade tasted like curry ketchup from a bottle. The service didn't make any effort to accommodate us. It's a shame that we know it differently.

The 1-star rating for the service refers solely to waiting times. Almost 20 minutes until the order was taken. Is it because of the staff there? ...more to do with the staff that isn't there. Two waitresses for a full restaurant who have to do everything alone doesn't seem to be enough. The waiting time until the food came was then another hour. Food itself was good to very good.

The restaurant is a bit hidden in the basement, very quaint, clean and nice ambience. The food was very tasty. The only point of criticism is that dogs are allowed in this restaurant, and giant dogs at that. Unfortunately, we couldn't really enjoy our meal because this big dog 🐕 barked loudly at every guest who arrived. It's a shame ☹️

We are very satisfied. Service with a good mood and to have fun. Reservation is not possible. You just show up and either get lucky right away or have to wait a while. However, we were also there in winter. The food was very tasty and fairly priced. The waitress immediately noticed that my wife was pregnant and offered to fry everything a little more. That's what you want. We'd love to come back.

Der Service ist sehr aufgeschlossen und freundlich auch mal gerne für einen kleinen Scherz zuhaben. Das Essen kommt wie gewünscht und es ist für jeden was dabei. Burger müssen einem gefallen. Ist sehr hochgesapelt, Patty ist saftig und auf den Punkt gegrillt. Sehr viel Salat und die Buns sind angetoastet. Ansonsten hatten wir noch die Ochsenbäckchen welche auf den Punkt zubereitet waren und auf der Zunge zergangen sind. Weiterempfehlen würde ich es aufjedenfall für Touris und auch für regios. Vorteil ist man kann nicht reservieren. Also einfach vorbeikommen und ausprobieren.

Wir sind mehr als zufrieden👍🏼 Wir wurden super freundlich empfangen, es gab Baguette ( ca 2 Scheiben für jeden ) mit einem sehr köstlichen Aufstrich gratis vor dem Essen. Die Wartezeit ist völlig zufriedenstellend und wenn man etwas wirklich frisch gekochtes Essen will, sollte man die Wartezeit nicht als Negativ ansehen, sondern das es das wirklich Wert ist 🤤 Wir hatten ein Burger mit Steakhouse Pommes und ein entrecote‘ mit einer Ofenkartoffel 🤤 Service Personal ist sehr freundlich und Sie geben alle ihr bestes 🤩 Wir freuen uns schon auf unseren nächsten Besuch und auf das 500 Gramm Fleisch 🤭🤣👍🏼 Immer wieder sehr gerne, macht weiter so

Sehr leckeres Essen. Allerdings benötigt man jede Menge Geduld. Das fängt mit dem platzieren an, dann wartet man darauf diie Bestellung abzugeben und dann dauert es noch eine Weile bis das Essen kommt. Man sollte also viel Zeit und wenig Hunger mitbringen Das Essen selbst entschädigt dann für das lange Warten.

Haben bei unserem Kurztrip nach Heringsdorf dieses tolle Restaurant entdeckt. Der Empfang durch die beiden Servicedamen war super herzlich und auch unsere alte Hundedame (Elke 😊) war willkommen und bekam sofort ein Napf Wasser gereicht. Das Essen war super lecker. Wir entschieden uns für einen zweiten Besuch und wurden auch bei diesem nicht enttäuscht… leckeres Essen und ein herzlicher und aufmerksamer Service, und wenn sich hier Leute aufregen über den Service, dann denkt mal darüber nach, es gibt ein altes Sprichwort, … wie man in den Wald hineinruft, so schallt es heraus. Macht weiter so, bei unserem nächsten Aufenthalt in Heringsdorf schauen wir wieder bei euch rein. 😊👍

Tolle, leckere Burger und sehr freundliches und aufmerksames Service Personal. Unsere Burger waren frisch zubereitet und sehr lecker. Angefangen vom Patty, über Bun und Sauce. Es gab nix zu meckern und das Preis Leistungsverhältnis passte. Das Lokal an sich hat einen sauberen und ordentlichen Eindruck mit Liebe zum Detail gemacht, was die Lage im "Keller" ohne Aussicht nach draußen wieder gut gemacht hat. Sollten wir mal wieder in Heringsdorf sein, kommen wir bestimmt wieder.
