A highlight! Often packed, but still very rustic and cozy. The burger portions are decent, although the fish could have been a bit larger for taller men :-) Prices are reasonable, service is very friendly, and card payments are accepted. We'd be happy to return!

Simply brilliant. Seven of us ate there yesterday. Yes, we had to wait a bit, but it was absolutely worth it. The food was truly amazing. Kudos to the kitchen. Despite the restaurant being full, the two waiters kept a sharp eye on things and were very attentive, sweet, friendly, and exuded a pleasant sense of calm. Everything was perfect for us. The ambiance, the dishes, the taste, the service, the cleanliness... everything was top-notch. We thank you for a wonderful evening and look forward to the next time. Keep up the good work!

An insider tip in Heringsdorf. No website, no reservations, top-notch meat dishes. The "junior" chef himself is in the kitchen here. And he knows his stuff. Medium rare really is medium rare. If you want to eat good meat, you should stop by Eric's. Top recommendation for Heringsdorf.

We had to wait about 20 minutes for a table to become available. I highly recommend that everyone wait. It's worth it. I'm a chef myself, and I think you always go to a restaurant with higher expectations. My expectations were completely exceeded. Everything was perfect: the food, the service, the location, the chef. **This restaurant leaves nothing to be desired.** The service is excellent, and the staff is consistently very friendly. Everything is just right here: the harmonious ambiance, the lovingly designed, handwritten menus with a wonderful foreword that sets the tone for a culinary journey. The menu is very transparent, especially regarding the origin of the meat and the quality of the ingredients. We ordered a starter salad, which, given its size, could easily pass for a main course – ideal for those with a real appetite. The burgers are visually simple, but taste simply fantastic. The staff are discreet, yet always very attentive. All in all: simply perfect – a clear recommendation!

Tables were free, but we couldn't get a seat with three (big) children. Poor service. According to the notice board, reservations aren't accepted here either.

We waited quite a long time for the food (about 35 minutes for the starter and over 60 minutes for the main course). Some of the food was very good, but the other part (the burger) was unfortunately cold and not medium-rare. Overall, it was okay, but there's room for improvement.

Everyone was very stressed, but I was very satisfied, and the atmosphere was also very pleasant. The food (burger) was delicious. It had a smoky flavor and was cooked medium-rare. The toppings were also good. I couldn't eat one of the sauces and the onions, so I skipped them. It's a shame that you had to pay for the ketchup instead. They know their meat here. Everything is cooked on point here and the flavor combos are so good. Best burger I had in months! My partner got the flank steak and it felt like eating fillet. So tender and juicy. Service was super friendly, funny and attentive even though we arrived within the last hour before closing. Finally a solid burger with a thick meat patty cooked how it's supposed to be. We will be back!

Great ambiance, delicious food, and very attentive service. Definitely not a mass-market experience like in many other restaurants. We just would have liked some background music, as you're sitting quite close to neighboring tables and can unintentionally overhear conversations. Otherwise, a great place where you feel welcome. The steaks were cooked to perfection, as ordered. The rump steak with mushrooms could have used a bit less onion, but that's just nitpicking. Just before we left, the music was turned on...😄

We stumbled upon this restaurant by chance. And it was incredibly delicious. There were four of us, and everyone had something different. Everything was fresh and tasted fantastic. The place was packed, and there was only one server, but he always had a smile on his face. Keep up the good work.

For a burger that costs almost 20 euros, I expect more meat than salad.

Nice ambiance and friendly staff, but unfortunately, the value for money isn't right here. A burger "without a side" for €20 is bordering on extortion. On top of that, the chicken burger, with supposedly fresh chicken, only has a very small piece on it, with unmelted cheese and hard vegetables. Sides like fries or potatoes cost an extra €4 to €5, and they're only mentioned in the fine print. Somehow, the quality is declining everywhere. Good luck for the future, but I won't be coming here anymore...

Went there spontaneously for dinner today, great service, delicious food, can only recommend it.

Unassuming from the outside, but a lovely ambiance inside. We arrived spontaneously and were seated right away. The staff was friendly and helpful. My entrecôte was very good (ordered and received medium), and the sauce and grilled vegetables were excellent. The baked potato with herb quark as a side dish is debatable. But all in all, it was perfect!

Unfortunately, it was a complete disappointment. We waited over an hour for our food – and that in a half-empty restaurant. The service was unfriendly and irritated, as if they had already interrupted our order. The burgers themselves were a disaster: The patty was burnt and had unpleasant bits of gristle that quickly put us off our appetite. The veggie burger consisted of nothing more than a few vegetables between two buns – uninspired and tasteless. What makes the whole thing even more outrageous: If you want a side order, you pay almost €20 for a burger with fries. For that price, you'd expect much better quality and service. Definitely not a recommendation – we won't be back.

We were disappointed. Considering the prices, Heringsdorf should offer better quality. The so-called "vegetarian burger" consisted of steamed vegetables between two mediocre buns – someone still needs to explain to me what the celery pieces were for; it didn't taste right. A disgrace for €18. The other dishes didn't inspire enthusiasm either. 2 stars for the carrot and potato mash, which was an extra charge, and the very nice interior. We won't be back.

Yesterday we managed to snag a seat. Our order was taken quickly and the food arrived at our table fairly promptly. It looked really great and tasted really good too! The only downside... there was a hair in my pulled burger 🤢 Unfortunately, I couldn't continue eating after that. Nevertheless... the atmosphere was really cozy and inviting and the service was very good.

The burgers were pretty good, but not outstanding for the price. Ketchup for the fries was only available for an extra charge – I find it rather marginal. The atmosphere inside is nice, and so are the waiters (apart from a few minor gaffes)... BUT I've never experienced a service team that, as a whole, seems so overwhelmed with so little work. We waited 10 minutes to get a table in a half-full restaurant. About 20 minutes to place our order. About another 20 minutes to get our drinks. And then another 60 minutes to get our food. The portions were generous, but side dishes cost extra.

The food (rump steak and burgers) was delicious, but not overwhelming. The quantity was OK. The prices are quite high, but I've had worse (with worse value for money). Ambience: Rustic, with a somewhat basement feel. Therefore, it's dark.

We ate at Eric's Burger & Steaks three times during our two-week vacation in Heringsdorf and were thrilled. Eric's Burger, the pulled pork burger, and the fries were delicious. The absolute highlight is the rump steak, highly recommended. Thumbs up to the two ladies serving; we felt very comfortable. We went there again yesterday after a year, and again, all thumbs up. The sauce for the rump steak is divine; I almost licked the plate clean. :-)

You can't make reservations in advance, so it's best to arrive by 5 p.m., otherwise you might have to wait. The atmosphere is lovely, the service is friendly. Dogs are welcome, too. They serve delicious burgers and steaks, but the plates are a bit awkward for the large burgers.

We ate burgers, with steakhouse fries of course. Everything was very tasty and plentiful, we were stuffed. Outstanding: Pulled Brisket Burger. Prices are local and reasonable.

We were there spontaneously last week. Rather inconspicuous from the outside and you're not really sure whether it's open there. Inside, very cozy and pretty! Nicely furnished, great light, really cozy! The service was friendly and the menu had a very good selection!!! Something for everyone to find. Price-wise totally okay. We had a “Pulled Brisket Burger” in the Laugenbun, very tasty, juicy, beautifully prepared and of high quality. That was something completely different. Wasn't on the regular menu, but on an extra leaflet. For the really good eater a side dish might be nice, but for us the quantity/portion was just right. If I were to be in Heringsdorf again, I would definitely want to eat there again. It was just beautiful all around.

Very unfriendly and overwhelmed. We weren't greeted and stood at the entrance for ages. It should be placed. Unfortunately, guests were not welcome.

Small, nicely decorated shop. Unfortunately, the older lady didn't look like she was working, but rather just wandering around at home. The visual impression is good, but it's a matter of taste. But quite honestly... when I order food for €19.00, I find it pretty cheeky to pay extra for ketchup and mayo. After all, fries cost extra!!! And then it's frozen food... So small fries cost €4.40... Yes, everything is getting more expensive, of course... but you can also overdo it. P.S. The burger was okay... but everyone has their own experience.

A really very nice restaurant with a beautiful decoration that adapts to the seasons and holidays. The menu is exactly what you would expect from a steak and burger house: beautiful steaks that the chef personally prepares on the lava grill. From rump steak to juicy pork chops, there is everything a steak lover could want. The burgers are very creative and offer something new that you can't get everywhere - from a beautiful sea burger with fresh aioli and fresh arugula to the Eric's Burger with a spicy cocktail sauce and melted cheddar, there is everything burger lovers could want. Overall, a great restaurant that I would happily eat at again at any time. A great team consisting of the boss, who is at the grill himself - which is no longer a given these days - and two wonderful waitresses who offer great service. They are always attentive and give you a wonderful evening.

Was in the restaurant twice. The first time with 3 people, Pullet Park Burger, 2x Steak Hip Medium Rare. Great service, food was really good. The second time was absolute disappointment. § People, very nice welcome from the young service person. We then ordered Eric Burger, rump steak 300g, hip steak 200g. The burger was served visually clearly, as it should be, I waited 3 minutes until my companions had everything. As for the burger, the bin was dry, the patty was a nightmare. Kneaded rock hard, ice cold because it was on top of the ice cold tomatoes and the equally cold cucumbers. A knife is really necessary here. I then complained to the service person for the first time in my life. The older lady, apparently the owner, first said that this couldn't be the case and then began to explain to me that the side salads had to be refrigerated and then waved me off and made it clear that I had no idea. The burger was then obviously warmed up in the microwave, which you could easily tell from the warm cucumbers and the even drier bun. Of course the whole thing was still almost cold but she didn't accept any further complaints. Well, you probably shouldn't expect more from a burger that costs 20 euros without a side dish. The following day consisted of drinking tea and going to the toilet. The rump steak was OK. The steak rump could only be eaten in very thin slices as it was incredibly tough. I don't actually rate restaurants because I'm in the industry myself, but the boss's behavior couldn't be made up for by the very friendly young service person who apologized very honestly. Apparently I'm not the only one with the cold burger, as you can read here. In this restaurant, the motto is more likely to apply: "holidaymakers won't become regular customers anyway." It's also very unpleasant in the entrance area of ​​the dry-ager, where the vacuum-packed pieces of meat from the well-known gastro wholesaler greet guests as they enter. My tip: if you have a big mouth on the card and then call up prices like only professionals are allowed to do, you should use the "meager" time to learn your job properly.

Entrecôte on point, service very friendly (and funny), everything was great... There were three of us, waiting times were normal.

We wanted to go out to eat with our small children. We were there around 5:45 p.m. (maybe 2-3 more tables occupied) and then wanted to look at the park lights next door. Drinks and orders were taken quickly and the service was nice and friendly. What happened next, however, was a bad joke: the tables filled up and one meal after the other was brought to the neighboring tables. At around 6:30 p.m. the children were happy about their food and we thought: Our oldest and we will surely get it quickly, after all we have already waited 45 minutes. However, our children had long since finished and all the tables in the restaurant were served food, when I said after 7 p.m.: If they haven't started eating yet, I would like to cancel it and leave. Then the waitress told me that our meal was the next meal. After that it took two more orders from other tables before it was our turn. Eating food quickly and in a bad mood, shelling out the full price and saying: never again! Food should be prepared after the order is received! Then also making the only family with small children wait over 75 minutes for the food and preferring ALL the other tables that came later: That speaks volumes... Conclusion: once and never again in your life!

Completely exorbitant prices. I ate two dishes with a drink with my companion in the evening, the price of the burger is completely overpriced for my taste, with a cheeseburger for just under € 20 without a side dish I expect something different than what is served here, nothing special in terms of taste and The components don't necessarily fit together (cocktail sauce on a burger?) The second dish, steak gratinated with fries, was also rather below average, except for the price, sorry, completely overpriced and nothing special in terms of quality, I wouldn't visit again. The burger is more like a meatball than a pattie

Had dinner with my wife. First of all: the dish for my wife was very good! (vegetarian) But!! Unfortunately the meat in my burger was cold. He went back into the kitchen, then came back: bread cold, potatoes lukewarm. When I paid I said that the food (even on the second occasion) was unfortunately only lukewarm! WE WERE “RUDE IGNORED”

My wife and I were there spontaneously on Saturday. As in all other restaurants, there were no tables left. Since there is no reservation option at Eric's, the waitress offered us to wait at the bar for 15-20 minutes. We were well entertained and even received a drink recommendation off the menu, which was very tasty. :) When we get to the table it takes a moment. What speaks to me is that everything is freshly prepared. My expectations were exceeded! We ate ox cheeks, which were very tender and the red wine sauce was on point. The space is rather small, therefore almost exclusive and very pleasantly lit. We sat very comfortably and it was surprisingly quiet, despite the tables being full and walk-in customers constantly asking. However, I would particularly like to highlight the two service staff. It's rare to see someone so careful, friendly, constantly running and well-coordinated. While we waited at the bar, I was able to watch the goings-on very well. My best restaurant experience in a long time. Everything was really right here. The wait was 100% worth it. We'll definitely be back.

Unfortunately, our visit to the steakhouse “Eric's BURGER & STEAKS” in Heringsdorf was a disappointment. Although the food was fine from past experiences, the unfriendly service (presumably the owner) ruined the entire evening. Apparently there is no need to respect the wishes of customers. To be honest, I have never experienced anything like this before and I was clearly negatively surprised. It's a real shame because the ambience actually seemed promising. I definitely won't be coming back.

The first 5 stars are for the fact that German beef is served there. The second 5 stars that the steak was exactly as we ordered it. Medium, nice pink and buttery tender without much fanfare. Just with an open potato and vegetables. Top!!! And the third 5 stars for the service.
