I was very disappointed with the vegan options. I visited this shop a few years ago when it was called "Vegano Flavors," and it was 100% vegan. I thought it was absolutely delicious. Now the shop is called "Oriental Oven," which I find misleading, and they also offer non-vegan dishes. The signs outside the shop weren't very informative. I'm not very familiar with Middle Eastern cuisine and would have liked more clarity on what's behind terms like Lahme, Manakish, etc. The advice we received wasn't very helpful either; perhaps we should have asked better questions. I ordered Vegan Lame – vegan meat, which was labeled "vegan meat, parsley, onions, and vegan cheese." In my mind, I expected a plate or a sizzling cast-iron pan with all those ingredients. What arrived was a dry "pizza" smeared with red paste, but I couldn't find any meat, onions, or parsley. It was simply a pureed paste on dry pizza dough with arugula on top. My companion had the same thing with some sort of green pesto. Many dishes on the menu had different names but the same ingredients, so I couldn't tell the difference. However, the pictures in the gallery show that they apparently also offer proper, large (vegan) meat platters. We also ordered a baked sweet potato with date syrup, tahini, and pomegranate. It arrived as a cold, halved sweet potato with syrup, served on a lettuce leaf in a bowl (about the size of a cereal bowl) for €7. I should mention that the dish was waived when we paid, as they forgot to bring us the dip. Nevertheless, I find the prices far too high for the rather basic dishes we ordered. I can't imagine the restaurant lives up to its "Oriental Oven" name; I had expected much more.

We wanted to try something new and special with our family (8 people), so we decided on the "Addis Abeba." Perhaps we caught the restaurant on a bad day, but we were disappointed. We waited about 30 minutes for drinks and over an hour for food. Our food order wasn't even taken correctly; we received the wrong dish. The menus were bland, and we all missed the "special" part of the food. And ultimately, the portion sizes were quite meager. And to top off the evening, our order for Ethiopian coffee for two people was canceled; unfortunately, it wasn't available (on a Saturday evening). The bottom line for us: a disappointing evening after much anticipation.

The gentlemen are always very friendly. The meat is always fresh and homemade :) It's a small place, the food may be a bit more expensive, but it's very delicious. I recommend it :) Edited after one year. Prices remain the same as last year; the competition has raised their prices, which makes this place even more attractive!

A doner kebab costs almost 9 euros, so it's worth spending a few euros more and getting something really great to eat. It's a really great place; there's nothing there that doesn't taste good. The owner is a real bloke too.

Well, what can I say? Everyone there is Japanese, the food is authentic, the quality is very good, the prices are very good, and it tastes so good that it lingers pleasantly on the palate in the evening without feeling heavy in the stomach. I've been a regular there for years and will continue to be as long as you keep going. As one of the very few "real" Japanese restaurants in Berlin, I highly recommend it. 本当にご馳走様でした。

Best shawarma ever: The overall flavor, the freshness of the ingredients, the combination of flavors, and especially the homemade sauces—unique and delicious... You can taste the vegetables, and the meat is very pleasant. This shawarma has a signature style, is exceptionally well-balanced, and is my absolute favorite here... "Mumtaz" (ممتاز) indeed! If I'm in the area, it's a must-visit for me. I don't know of any better one. The homemade sauces are especially fantastic.

3 stars only because the staff was nice and the menu (physical and design) were pleasant to look at. The pizza is not so good :(

The food is attractively presented and visually stunning. However, the taste could have been a bit more refined. The ambiance is modern and clean with a minimalist flair.

Small restaurant with very friendly service. A good selection of delicious food. It encourages you to eat Korean food more often.

It's nice when they say on their website that they'll be open again on the 25th. It's great when you can reserve a table online. It's annoying when the shop is closed on the 28th (it was supposed to open at 5 p.m., but it was still closed at 7 p.m.). We won't be driving there specifically for the shop again and hope it's open after all.

Cozy, delicious, affordable, friendly service, good gluten-free selection

First off, this restaurant is highly recommended. It's not exactly cheap, but the food is outstanding, especially the ceviche. The service is enthusiastic and offers great recommendations. Anything is possible. The four of us had the large appetizer platter. Everything arrived in four small, individual portions... extremely well-prepared and thoughtfully presented! Everyone had a different main course, and all were equally delicious. So, we'll definitely be back and will recommend you to others. My wife was thrilled that she could speak Spanish and actually get a response! P.S.: The Peruvian wines aren't bad either! Definitely worth trying!

A truly great little restaurant! The food was delicious, fresh, and beautifully prepared. You can tell the heart and soul of the food here. The service was incredibly friendly and made the evening even more enjoyable. The perfect spot to enjoy, relax, and simply have a good time. I'll definitely be back! 🙌

I haven't had such a good burger in a long time. Top-notch.
