Sehr leckere Pommes. Hab nen BBQ-Burger gegessen, super Geschmack und was ich sehr positiv fand, er war nicht zu fettig.

Die Pommes waren vielleicht die besten, die ich je in Berlin gegessen habe. Die Burgerauswahl ist unglaublich gut: Hähnchen, Rind, Falafel, Erbsenprotein – da ist für jeden Geschmack etwas dabei. Sie konnten sich auch auf Englisch mit mir unterhalten, im Gegensatz zu meinem Deutsch. Flaschenbier gibt es dort auch.

Burger war sehr gut, Brötchen herrlich fluffig. Menü mit Pommes und Getränk 11 Euro, ideal für eine schnelle Mahlzeit zwischendurch. Zubereitung ging schnell, Personal freundlich - wenn ich hier wohnen würde, wäre ich Stammgast!

Für mich der beste Burgerladen in der Nähe wenn es um Bestellungen geht. Essen kommt zuverlässig an, die Burger schmecken stark und die Angebote sind echt fair. Preis-Leistung passt einfach und man weiß was man bekommt. Gerade wenn man spontan Hunger hat, ist StaatsBurger immer eine sichere Wahl.

Alles war total geil im Schmack und von der Qualität und zudem auch noch für heutige Zeit ziemlich günstig. Waren schon in einigen Burger Läden der Stadt, der hat es nun auf Platz 1 geschafft.

Ich liebe diesen Laden, hier gibt es die besten Chicken Wings in mindestens ganz Berlin. Leider leider gibt es Staatsburger nur einmal in Berlin (und auch noch außerhalb meiner Wohnreichweite, weshalb keine dauerhafte Lieferung möglich ist), sodass meine Schwester und ich jede Gelegenheit nutzen, um uns dort Chicken Wings zu holen. Und die Leute sind dort mega nett, ich hatte bisher immer nur positive Erfahrungen, auch wenn ich extra Anfragen hatte. Wer geile Chicken Wings sucht, die nicht so knochentrocken sind wie bei den meisten anderen Fast Food Läden, und es nicht nur mild mag, ist hier genau richtig!

Wir haben bestellt und es war einfach super lecker !!

In Lieferando sagen sie 20-45 min an, in Wahrheit sind es dann 2 h. Per Lieferando hat man keine Chance die Bestellung abzubrechen (nur ein dämlicher AI Chat) und die Telfonnr. die sie dort hinterlegt haben ist nicht mehr vergeben. Die Handynr. aus dem Impressum geht entweder an die Voicemail oder jmd geht ran aber schweigt. Die Emailadresse lässt sich nicht anzeigen. Die Webseite ist über Chrome und Safari Browser auch gesperrt.. Waren echt unsere Lieblingsburger, aber irgendwas läuft da schief. Mal sehen was da nachher ankommt - falls überhaupt etwas ankommt. Aber riecht nach SCAM!

Also ich hatte hier eine gute Erfahrung. Hab über Lieferando bestellt. Die haben eigene Fahrer bei dem Laden, was auch gut ist und die bessere Wahl als Uber eats. Burger war lecker. Vielleicht bisschen salzig beim ersten Bissen aber nicht versalzen, alles gut. War lecker und Doppelburger hat mich satt gemacht (100 Kg). Würde ich wieder bestellen. Preis-Leistung war, für n Doppelburger für 11 euronen mit bisschen Rabatt bei Lieferando inclusive Lieferung, OK. Ich finde mit Lieferung ist der Preis schon gerechtfertigt. Lieferant war freundlich. Bin zufrieden und komme bestimmt mal persönlich vorbei.

Lieferung auf den Punkt, leider fehlte ein Teil des essen. Die Süßkartoffel Pommes waren nicht dabei und telefonisch erreicht man auch niemand, weil es die Nummer nicht gibt.

Burgers are delicious and always fresh; the fries and hot dogs are also highly recommended. You can sit down inside, it's not the most comfortable setting, but perfectly fine for a snack. Highly recommended!

By far the best burger joint in East Berlin. I love coming here. The bread is simply amazing, the meat and bacon are cooked to perfection and crispy, and the sauce is perfect and completes everything. Plus, a burger with fries this high quality for €11 is simply unbeatable. Anyone who goes here will become addicted, I guarantee it 😂❤️.

Nice little snack bar, friendly service, and everything is really delicious! We've only ever ordered food here, but yesterday we finally tried the burgers and fries in person! Of course, everything tastes even better when you can eat it straight away. But it's also really good when delivered!

We've ordered here regularly over the years, and I'm disappointed with the current prices and the simple 150g beef patties, both in terms of quality and quantity. We used to get more flavorful patties for this price – now I find almost €10 too expensive for a simple cheeseburger with a strip of bacon. Definitely top-notch: Delivery & punctuality Please calculate the prices more carefully, because for orders worth €40-50, I'd rather make the burgers myself. I get more out of it.

Always order from here but honestly best burgers I’ve had in a while Lots of variety with the burgers, always taste good and they always deliver quickly.

Crunchy. Juicy. Extra beefy. Preferably with chili chili. Here you get the finest fries, beef is freshly ground and then put on the grill where they melt cheese on top until you just want to drool. Hearty, juicy, spicy and delicious, rolls that are like from the bakery. Crunchy and topped with salad, it is laid out in front of you. Because no matter where you come from and what it says on your ID, the citizen still cooks the very best burgers for everyone.

I think it would be cool if there were gluten-free buns. I'm happy to order with an additional charge <3 and try to make something myself, but it often doesn't fit so well. The meat is very tasty and definitely better than Smashed Burger

I rarely write reviews, but this restaurant was so bad that I definitely have to warn others. The service was unreasonable from the start. Even though the restaurant was half empty, we had to wait forever for a table. The staff was unfriendly, disinterested and made us feel like a nuisance. The food? An absolute disappointment. Carelessly prepared, served lukewarm and completely tasteless. My dish tasted like it had been prepared hours ago and my companion's meal was completely wrong. When we pointed this out, all we heard was an annoyed “The kitchen did it like that.” No trace of hospitality. Nobody asked about us during the meal. It was too much to ask for more water - you literally had to beg the staff. The atmosphere was cold and uncomfortable. Conclusion: This restaurant is a huge disappointment. Bad service, terrible food and zero customer focus. Save yourself time, money and nerves - you definitely won't be happy here.

I had ordered two Crispy chicken Burger and honestly it’s not worth even a euro. I just felt like I am eating the cheap burger from some Späti. No sauce, very dry and nothing good in the burger.

Always very tasty. So if you are in the area and are hungry, definitely recommended. Of course it can also be delivered, but I always get the food since I live nearby

You order 6 hamburgers from the offer shown, the order was canceled by the restaurant because there were so many hamburgers for the price of €5.50 each. Now we have to wait from 3 to 10 days until we get the money back, unfortunately it is irresponsible and dubious. With hunger and no money.

You wait forever for your order because the main business goes through Lieferando and they don't let white German women use the toilet... even though it's a necessity. Not friendly

We ordered and had to wait almost 2 hours. Chili cheese sauce was forgotten, everything else was cold and soggy. The burgers were bland and disappointing.. The buns were ok. You can really save yourself. (Addendum 09/06/22): Staatsburger is trying to remove the review. Chili cheese sauce was offered - see picture. Sorry, you have to own up to your poor performance and take appropriate action.

Juice shop. Employees are unfriendly. Greedy for money. The store is dirty and has no maintenance. My pattie was raw and cold inside.

The food is usually delicious, unfortunately I ordered food, waited 2 hours for it and it arrived cold. I even had to call to make sure they even came over. Then I got weak fries and a cold, soggy burger. Good store but please provide more service, you're not that cheap either :)

Best burger place. The employees are super nice and despite there being a lot to do on a Saturday evening, our food was with us within 20 minutes. Best burger place and best employees

Very quick delivery time, the food arrived hot, which is no longer normal these days. Fries were crispy (cheese sauce could also be packed separately), burger bread was fluffy. The meat in the chicken burger was crispy and very tasty.

Good value for money. Burgers appealing, fries for and preferably without fries seasoning mix. Unfortunately, the table where you can eat is a bit sticky, a bit untidy, but perhaps this is due to the fact that the shop is small and is apparently more geared towards the delivery business. Small drawback and incomprehensible: only CASH payment possible in the store, cashless online no problem!

The food is great but I have one complaint about the staff. When ordering food via Lieferando, for example, you don't read the notes at all. I wrote “NO ONION” several times, but the burgers always had onions. That's really not right, they are supposed to deliver what is ordered and that's why there is only one star for the service. Also, the staff could be friendlier.

We ate the American burger with fries and chicken nuggets with curly fries on site. The burger was really delicious and had a very intense taste. Also the nuggets. The portion of fries and curly fries was huge considering the price. Even though I'm a very good eater, I couldn't finish the portion of fries after the burger. French fries and curly fries were a bit bland and could have been more seasoned. The ambience is not particularly inviting and the staff could be a bit friendlier. But the food is definitely recommended and for the price you will definitely be full.

It was a delivery, but the Hamburger and also the potato came in perfect condition! Hope the quality be always like this, so I’ll order more. :)

This place is one of my fav places for eating burger, they have a great options for people and they also have vegetarian options,the fries is very good , i liked the german style burger and there own burger, also the chili cheese fries is highly recommended, they have also deserts that looks amazing but i never tried them , the prices are very acceptable and i recommend the curly fries they have , it taste rly good they have also option to have it with angus beef .

I've been here a few times and have ordered many deliveries. The guys that work there are extremely nice! The quality of the food is tasty and the halloumi is a decent size. The fries/chips are tasty and the portion is generous. Will continue to come back.

It’s as if you standing in front of somebody and You say hello or Guten Tag and he doesn’t move or say anything 😳 then you’re ordering for six people and at the end it cost more than the 100€ I had and I asked if I could use my card!! 😊👍🏻 No no card here 🤦‍♂️🤦‍♂️🤦‍♂️ 2024 so had to go somewhere else unfortunately and I would like to try it and am wondering if i can use my card and are they somehow up to date?? Beyond vegan burger was substandard, fries old, inedible, and cold when they finally arrived 40 minutes late through Uber Eats, cola was missing. Uber driver (Solomon) picked up food after estimated arrival time and added even another stop out of my direction. He ignored my messages and probably took my cola. He blames Staatsburger, Staatsburger blames him. This joke cost me 21,20 EUR and an indigestion. Never again!

I just ordered through UberEats. Not only was the delivery 35 minutes over the estimated time despite the tip (driver took another order way out of my direction and ignored my message), the food arrived cold, with old fries (inedible! had to throw it away!), and the cola was just missing. The driver blames StaatsBurger, Staatsburger says the cola was packaged, UberEats is unreachable. The beyond vegan burger was also below quality. It fell apart immediately when I touched it, it was overcooked and too sweet. It contained only two jalapenos and it afterwards feels bad on my stomach. This was definitely not worth the 21,20 EUR. Never again!
