Excellent culinary experience! The food was delicious and well presented, with authentic and fresh flavours. The service was impeccable, attentive and friendly at all times. The restaurant's atmosphere is cozy and elegant, ideal for a special dinner. I will definitely return and recommend this place to my friends and family. Five stars deserved!

The worst ceviche in Berlin and nothing seemed Peruvian, nothing.

There are better Peruvian restaurants in Berlin. Starters were good, as was ceviche, but a main course with pork belly and potatoes was tough and barely warm.

We tried Peruvian cuisine for the first time and had a very good Valentines menu. All the dishes tasted delicious and were really something special. A great taste experience, great service and great ambience. The evening couldn't have been better.

A stylish shop with a pleasant atmosphere, even if it is perhaps not what you would imagine a Peruvian restaurant to be. The menu is varied and the individual dishes are well explained even for those who are not familiar with Peruvian cuisine. The Causa starter was very tasty and refreshing. The Lomo Saltado was buttery, perfectly medium and the sauce was to die for. The Juane de Pollo de Maiz was also delicious, the chicken fell off the bone and the rice was seasoned perfectly. We had actually planned on having dessert, but the main courses were so filling that we decided against it. We found all the dishes extremely tasty and the beers (Kinoa and Cuzqueno Lager) were also great. The Qori juice was also good and a taste we've never had before. The service was very friendly and attentive and didn't hold my poor Spanish skills against me. The only negative things are the rather high prices (which we think are appropriate considering the quality and quantity) and the very long waiting time for the main course. All in all, we were thrilled and will definitely come back. Full recommendation!

Service is very friendly and always smiling, it is a pleasure eating at the restaurant. The food cooking could see few small improvements. I had a tuna tartar which was too much cooked, symptom that it had been made too much time before ordering it. But the tuna quality was still very good for Berlin. The rest was tasty. Prices are also average, I was even expecting to pay more. I enjoyed the dinner. The quantities of food were also quite abundant.

I visited this restaurant for the first time and the truth is that I really liked it! The atmosphere, service and food is very good. We tried mixed fish ceviche, yucas and chicharrones. The traditional pisco and the passion fruit pisco are fabulous.

Unfortunately I haven't had the opportunity to visit your restaurant yet. However, I find the approach at the Green Week of offering visitors drinks on a tray without asking and then asking them to pay without making it clear beforehand to be less transparent and not customer-friendly. A more transparent and open approach might have motivated me to give the food a try. However, under the circumstances, I refrain from visiting your restaurant.

I honestly really loved this place for various reasons. First of all the food was great. Everything we had was great both taste and presentation wise. Service was excellent as well and very friendly and helpful. Would definitely recommend and return here.

We had the: Anticucho Chicha Morada and Passionfruit drink Lomo Saltado Juan de Pollo La Mais All were very delicious!

The food was tasty, the service was good, the atmosphere was great. Personally, the food was a bit lacking for me and the craftsmanship of some things (duck, corn-fed chicken) could have been done a bit better.

The food was absolutely mouthwatering! We had the “Piqueo Vegetariano,” the “Arroz Chaufa Amazónico,” and the “Tacacho con Cecina y Chorizo”—all of which were incredible. 100 points! This was our fourth visit, and we highly recommend this place. A special shoutout to Nayeli and Juana, our amazing hostesses that night. They truly made our experience unforgettable!

Very nice restaurant with original Peruvian cuisine. It was tasty, but unfortunately a point deducted in direct comparison with other Peruvian restaurants. It could be a little more elegantly decorated and a little more emphasis should be placed on the appearance. The wild boar was like German goulash with mashed potatoes, it was tasty but unfortunately nothing special. The ceviche was exquisite, the lomo too. Would come again again

Great to see Peruvian restaurants bringing one of the worlds most exciting cuisines to Berlin. The food is good and close to authentic. However, there it’s difficult to offer beautifully served authentic Peruvian in Berlin. La Choza faces this challenge as well. Still, worth to try if you want to try one of the few Peruvian places in Berlin.

The atmosphere in la Choza de Anacona is very modern, elegant, cozy and welcoming. The dishes are beautifully presented and you can taste the excellent quality of the ingredients. Don't miss passion fruit sour, cebiche and the coconut cream with passion fruit! The service is very professional, friendly and very accommodating. I would love to come back!

Wir waren am letzten Freitag mit Freunden hier. Wir wurden sehr freundlich begrüßt und am Anfang haben sich gefühlt 3 Personen um uns gekümmert. Leider wurde das im Laufe des Abends immer weniger. Das 2.Getränk haben wir bestellt und wurden nicht aktiv danach gefragt. Das Essen war gut, aber für den Preis waren die Portionen etwas zu klein. Besonders hat uns gestört, daß die Teller nicht abgeräumt wurden, da darauf die Reste ( zu viele rohe Zwiebeln) lagen und es mit der Zeit sehr unangenehm roch. Mindestens eine dreiviertel Stunde standen sie auf dem Tisch und es sind sehr oft Bedienungen am Tisch vorbei gelaufen. Auch auf die Rechnung haben wir sehr lange gewartet. 4 Stunden im Restaurant um eine Vorspeise und ein Hauptgericht zu essen, das war zu lange. Am Ende gab es einen Schnaps aufs Haus.

The food was fine, the octopus and crevice were very good, but I had better peruvian in Berlin for cheaper. Chicha morada had too much cinnamon and the pisco sour was sub par. The girl who served us was not as attentive as the rest of the service members which were working that night. I.e. Forgetting to take empty plates or glasses when coming by to ask for something. I mean, nothing you are not used to in Berlin, but still.. Getting a nice shot of pisco when leaving was very appreciated :) We got put in a back room next to the toilets, so the atmosphere there was not as good as in front of the restaurant. Some accessories like a huge picture of a jungle with Asian monks and other assorted Amazonas vibed souvenirs, gives a rather unauthentic feeling to the restaurant. All in all a bit more then average experience for a too high price tag.

We went to the restaurant for lunch. The two starters and the main course we tried were excellent in terms of taste and appearance. This includes very friendly service and an attractive facility completes the whole thing.

Best peruvian food I've ever had!

We were here with friends last Friday. We were greeted very friendly and at the beginning it felt like 3 people were looking after us. Unfortunately, this became less and less as the evening went on. We ordered the second drink and were not actively asked about it. The food was good, but the portions were a bit too small for the price. What particularly bothered us was that the plates weren't cleared away because there were leftovers on them (too many raw onions) and over time it smelled very unpleasant. They stood on the table for at least three quarters of an hour and waitresses often walked past the table. We also waited a long time for the bill. 4 hours in the restaurant to eat a starter and a main course was too long. At the end there was a schnapps on the house.

We went to the restaurant for my husband's birthday on September 15th and really enjoyed the food and the exceptional cocktails. Only when all the guests at the next tables were invited for a schnapps on the house at the end and we weren't, we felt a bit like second-class guests. Too bad!

For the second time, food at a very high level. Don't just get full, but enjoy the finest cuisine with all your senses. The food was very creatively prepared and the many unknown Peruvian names on the menu were a treat for the palate. An all-round feel-good evening with very friendly and warm service.

Good food, nice restaurant. It's definitely a new experience if you don't know Peruvian food. It is pretty big plates, and we were all fighting to finish the plates. But for every dish around 20 to 25 Euro, you can also expect a decent size. Service was good at the beginning but at the end we had to ask for the desert menu rather than being proactively asked for it. We liked it ans will defintly come back.

The worst ceviche . Papa a la huancaina so bad and anticuchos omggg it doesnt taste good . Id not even similar. dont go there.

Me and my Peruvian girlfriend went here since it was one of the only Peruvian places that also offered vegan options. The food is very good, but a bit pricey for the amount you get. The service is super friendly, but some of our orders took a bit longer than they should. The atmosphere is very nice and cozy. All in all a very good experience.

The food is very authentic Peruvian and the service is super friendly, you can also eat there with children. There are three rooms where you can reserve a table; in the front towards the entrance, in a back cozy room and in the back yard on a hidden terrace. The furnishings are very stylish and beautifully colour-coordinated, and the pictures/paintings are also high-class and typical. As a starter we had a very authentically spicy ceviche: finally a restaurant that dares to serve original food and not adapted to the German palate. Our child had a starter plate with patacones (plantain cheese), marinated meat and typical sausages, also very tasty. For our main course, we adults had a typical Peruvian fish/seafood soup (parihuela) and rice with seafood and sauce. Of course, we ordered a Pisco Sour with everything. It was a bit strong, but also authentically prepared, not with any ready-made mixes from the bottle. Our child had a delicious chicha morada (typical drink made from purple Andean corn), which was also prepared in-house. All in all, a great and authentic restaurant for anyone who knows and appreciates real Peruvian cuisine. Gladly again at any time.

Last weekend we visited this restaurant with our children and friends. The friendly reception immediately made us feel at home, with the stylish ambience and choice of music playing a key role in this. The highlight of the evening, besides the first-class hosts, was the Peruvian cuisine! The classically prepared cocktails were convincing and the red wine from Peru and an award-winning Peruvian corn-based whiskey provided a fitting ending. Thank you very much and see you soon!

The only Amazonian restaurant in the whole of Berlin, a place with great attention to every detail, a very kind and passionate owner for her culture, excellent and top quality dishes and products, if you want to have a true culinary experience of the Amazonian tradition this is the right place, highly recommended . Not to be missed.

The food was okay. The Lomo Saltado and Pisco Sour were well-prepared with good ingredients, but the rest was disappointing. We tried the Ceviche, Chicharrón, Causa, and Panna Cotta for dessert, but they lacked flavor and were pretty average. This was frustrating since this place is rated as one of the best Peruvian restaurants in Berlin and was one of the few open on a Sunday. We traveled about an hour to get here, so it was a letdown. The service was friendly, but the wait time was a problem. It took around 30 minutes for our food to arrive.

Amazing service, great atmosphere, but rather disappointing food for too high prices. The food was good, but worse than other Peruvian restaurants that I've tried so far. The Service and atmosphere on the other hand, were much better than other Peruvian restaurants. Overall a great restaurant, but be aware that it is quite pricy in comparison to other Peruvian restaurants.

Everything was quite tasty but unfortunately also quite expensive. The greeting from the kitchen is baked corn kernels. Pisco Sour e.g. B. calculated at €10.90 in a small glass. The dishes are also quite expensive. They probably adopted the prices from their predecessor (starred restaurant) ;) Otherwise nice restaurant.

My boyfriend and I go to eat here at least once a month since we discovered this place. The atmosphere is great, if you are Latin you feel at home. The attention is always a 10, no matter which waiter you get. But the food is definitely from another planet. Everything we tried is exquisite. Our goal is to try the entire menu 😂 but we have also tried suggestions of the day and they always exceed expectations. Separate paragraph for the pisco sour they make. You can take a thousand.

bei unserem Besuch hätten wir sehr gerne die Marinierte Artischockenherzen mit Aji Panca und Pisco gegessen, aber leider waren die schon aus. Wir haben dann Kartoffelpüree-Buns mit Mais-Hähnchen als Vorspeise gegessen, was auch sehr lecker war. Als Hauptgericht hatten wir Ceviche, wobei uns vor allem die gemischte Version sehr gut geschmeckt hat. Absolutes Highlight war jedoch der Pisco Sour, super lecker! Auch der Service ist wirklich sehr zuvorkommend und freundlich!

La Choza de la Anaconda was one of the best places my family and I had the pleasure of visiting while in Berlin. The staff are so friendly! The lady we had helping us was always close by when we needed but not so much as to interrupt - she made fabulous recommendations on food and drinks. The food itself was absolutely delicious from the starters through to desert! I highly recommend giving this place a try - I will definitely be back! In this great atmosphere we were able to celebrate an anniversary with family. The selection of dishes is small but fine, the service is friendly, helpful and always present. We really enjoyed all the dishes we tried. Unknown components were explained and described. If you like Peruvian food or want to get to know it, you should visit this restaurant.
