Best shop in town for salads and fast healthy service! As a sports doctor, my lunch is sacred to me! I want healthy and nutritious food and still not be bored. My practice is at checkpoint Charlie and with all the options you have here for lunch, this shop is my absolute go to! I don't have much time and I'm always treated quickly and very kindly. The food is very well structured and offers variations. Above all, the employees are super friendly and always have a smile, a funny saying and a great charisma. I recommend eating here to anyone who wants to take care of their diet, figure and good mood! Thank you for existing. The Doc

Cool, bright and clean location with a large, healthy selection and extremely friendly staff, who even patiently explained the composition of the wrap to my little son. I had a delicious bowl and at the end we had delicious chia pudding. Everything was eaten! Strong recommendation.

In Berlin while traveling with family. Stopped here for a light lunch. We all got salads or bowls as they call them. I had the Nut & Berry and everyone else had the Chicken Caesar. All were delicious and huge salads. Nice staff too. Very friendly. I’d go back.

This is my favorite lunch spot in Berlin. There are many delicious bowls and rolls to choose from, and they are all customizable with a nice selection of sauces and lots of extra ingredients that are always super fresh and very clean. The team is very friendly and welcoming. Highly recommend!

The restaurant is very nice. I love the Greek chicken soup and Thai soup, as well as the salad options. The peanut sauce for salad is the best. It's a very good option when you want to eat healthy and have yummy food.

In my opinion, there are the best salads in all of Berlin here. My favorite is the Protein Power Bowl. The wraps are also very good, especially the Tunaluna Roll.

The place is very clean and the staff was super nice. They even gave us smoothies for free!! Definitely try to visit if you are in berlin. The chicken is also halal! They make the food very quick I love it here!

Ordered a salad via uber eats for a whopping €21.9 plus a €4 fee. What Ablam was a pure impudence...the chicken you can count with your fingers 3-4 pieces...for extra ingredients you ask for 1.5 like kodney beans which you can count with your fingers...salad far too few...wrong ones Sauce was delivered and a small spoon was given as cutlery...these days anyone who can do it 1x1 can become self-employed...unbelievable

Decided to try this establishment in oppose to my regular. I ordered a chicken salad and I decided to point out that 3 pieces of chicken sliced and mixed can’t be considered a chicken salad. The clerk said if I wanted more, I’d would need to pay extra, which I did. As I had already paid 11€ for the salad, I decided to stay. NOT COMING BACK! TOTAL RIPOFF! I don’t mind paying 13,45€ for a salad as long as it is worth it. Which was not the case.

Basically a really cool concept, but unfortunately some ingredient is always missing or the wrong dressing is used even though you ask... I recommend looking closely when the salad is being prepared so that you can intervene in an emergency.

Der Laden ist geschaffen für die optimale Mittagspause. Man wählt zwischen Bowl oder Wrap aus, dazu werden die Kalorienangaben auf der Karte angezeigt. Für mein Geschmack zu viel Salat, aber es hat trotzdem gut geschmeckt. Leider hat der Laden bis 16 Uhr nur offen, somit orientiert der sich wirklich eher auf die Mittagsmenschen.

Die Smoothies werden nicht mehr frisch zubereitet, sondern liegen fertig zubereitet im Kühlschrank. Das finde ich ehrlich gesagt schade. Mein Falafel Wrap war ganz okay, aber kein Geschmacks-Orchestra

Toller modern eingerichteter Laden direkt am Checkpoint Charlie die Salat Auswahl ist wirklich super und man kann genauso wie früher bei Subway verschiedene Zutaten kombinieren und aus den Saucen auswählen. Das gesamte Personal ist wahnsinnig freundlich es geht ruckzuck und ist super lecker!!!
