The price-performance ratio is absolutely fine; I'd even say it's inexpensive for Würzburg.
The service is friendly and efficient. The food is decent, with something for everyone. Since the venue isn't very large, I would recommend making a reservation for groups of four or more.
The serving lady was incredibly unfriendly. I came in as a solo guest - there was no greeting and I was completely ignored for several minutes while I was waiting to be seated, though it wasn‘t very busy. After awkward minutes where she was passing me several times, I politely enquired again for a table and was told only: “no reservation,no seats” before she turned and ignored me again. Not a nice experience
Good Vietnamese food, attractively presented and very tasty.
We had spring rolls as a starter, followed by Ga Pikant chicken with vegetables and soy sauce, and tofu with coconut milk sauce and vegetables.
A lovely, authentic restaurant! Highly recommended; the owner is very friendly, the food is delicious, and the portions are very generous. :) If you appreciate a peaceful atmosphere and good food, this is the place for you.
This place is closing at the end of August. It was always very good with friendly service and we are all sorry to see it go. We wish the family all the best for their next venture.
Food was very good, service very friendly and fast, unfortunately much too cold for the time of year, drafts came in through the windows, the toilets were freezing cold (at least there was warm water for washing hands), unfortunately too uncomfortable to sit for long, guests bundled up in scarves and jackets says it all.... A shame, but we'll give it another try.
Nice bar, but rude, rezzist staff toward Italians. They don't want to show you the price list so they can steal your money. All without a receipt. A shot of Jager costs €10?
We were greeted at 1:10 p.m. with the announcement that they were about to close – without any prior greeting or friendly manner. The employee (an older gentleman with glasses and a bald head) who served us is also mentioned in other reviews, which we can understand after this visit.
We were assigned a table in a corner that was noticeably dirty, even though several other tables were available. When my husband wanted to order a glass of red wine, he was told in an inappropriate tone that they would have to wait for my order first.
The entire situation was so unpleasant that we decided to leave immediately.
If guests are no longer welcome shortly before closing time, it would be fairer, in our opinion, to close the doors earlier rather than greet them in this way.
We recommend visiting restaurants where guests are treated with respect.
