We stay here once a year for an overnight stay! We always enjoy it. The beds are excellent, the rooms are great. In the evening, we have a pizza from the restaurant, which is very tasty and highly recommended, or a chicken from the nearby beer garden! There's also a bakery nearby...we'll be back next year.

I highly recommend this hotel. Very clean. The staff is very friendly and helpful. The rooms are very nice. I will definitely be back. The decor in the room was amazing. Thank you very much for that. The manager personally cares about the well-being of his guests. I would have given it 10 points.

Good modern hotel with a great restaurant downstairs on the ground floor. The rooms are small but good, except for the bathroom. Unfortunately you won't find a normal closing door here two sliding elements which always have a slot in the middle. Since the toilet is right next to the bed, this is very uncomfortable. On the one hand you can hear and on the other hand you can see what you might want to avoid. Otherwise, great proximity to the center, definitely not bad for a few days.

Quite tastefully and newly furnished, but not always in perfect condition. The situation goes like this. However, room and breakfast are clearly too expensive for the location and performance. Check-in (until 10 p.m.) is a disaster. Three emergency numbers, but no one available...

Best hotel in Munich. Very clean and modern room facilities. You will receive a very friendly welcome. Great food and drinks in the restaurant. You feel like. At home.

Was in this hotel for 4 days and can only write positive things. Rooms were cleaned daily. Everything is very modern. A big compliment to the entire team at the hotel. I'd love to come back if I have to go to Munich. The only point of criticism was the noise from cars when the windows were open because the hotel is right on a street. I spent a couple of days at the Innspire Hotel in Neuaubing. It's a decent place located a bit far from the city center, with the nearest station being Neuaubing. The rooms are a good size and have everything you need. Unfortunately, the buffet breakfast wasn't great – there weren't many options, especially for vegetarians or vegans. If you ask about what's in a dish, the restaurant staff usually don't know. I even asked about getting some drinking water in my room, and they had no clue – turns out, you can just drink from the tap!

I can't quite understand the positive reviews... First of all, the good: The employees are really friendly and superficially helpful. The cuisine is really good, even if the portions can be a little larger. Now for the negative part: Overall, the hotel is more appearance than reality. partly broken furniture. The cheeky thing is the spa area, which first lured me here because of the beautiful pictures. First of all, there is an entrance fee, then they tried to rip me off “it costs €40 for 2 hours” - the following day my colleague had an offer for €20. You get a time slot, the nice employee switches on the sauna on time with the words “that takes about 20 minutes.” So you change your clothes - the eye-catcher is the central pool with brine water. Very nice, only slightly warm - too small for swimming, too cold to just relax in. The lighting shows that hair and skin flakes are floating in the water. Oh well…. The grab handle to get in only hangs on screws that are half unscrewed, the experience showers only work half the time. It smells moldy in the steam sauna. So off to the sauna, which still wasn't 60 degrees after 40 minutes. So I left again. Overall, it was a bit of a letdown.

One of the BEST hotels I’ve ever stayed at. To start their parking is a little cramped, but it’s okay. The rest is just excellent from the quality of the room to the service of the staff, I think this hotel is underrated by a lot! They have electric blinds. Nice mood setting lighting which emits yellow light that helps with sleep. The restrooms are so nice and almost soundproof to the point where you can just hear the water hitting you and that is all. The location is a little far out but for the price and quality, you’re getting a good bargain.

Literally loved staying at this hotel!! The staff were so friendly, the rooms were so nice, and overall had a great experience. Definitely check out the restaurant below, great value for money and super yum!! Highly recommend to anyone come to Munich.

Was there for lunch. They offer fairly inexpensive menus. Food was good. The staff is friendly. Parking possible in front of the house or on the side street. Nice atmosphere.

I have no idea whether there is a bus there at all, the location is not that good but the service is great and the rooms have air conditioning.

The Innspire Hotel is an 11 out of 10. The rooms are modern and very clean. The staff is super friendly and helpful. You feel comfortable and warmly welcomed from the first second. Great location, it's quiet and you're still just a few minutes' walk from Neuaubing train station and from there just a few minutes from Munich main train station. Easily the best hotel we've stayed in thus far. The rooms are fantastic, and the service is top notch.

The best accomodation we have ever had so far. Extremely clean, the staff is amazing, very friendly and caring. It might seem far but there are 2 S-Bahn connections to the city center and the location is in a high standard residential area, extremely peaceful and clean. There are also supermarkets 2 minutes away from the hotel.

I have often stayed at this hotel for work and feel very comfortable here. Beautiful rooms, good beds, excellent breakfast and above all: absolutely courteous and friendly staff, so every time it almost feels like coming home.

Fantastically beautiful - completely successful

Stayed here for 3 days as a couple with a child. The staff is absolutely customer-oriented and courteous. Our hotel room was large, modern and clean. The food in the restaurant is highly recommended - I haven't had lasagna like this in a long time! Many things can be reached within 15 minutes by public transport. It certainly won't be the last time.

The waiters in the restaurant tried very hard, but there is more to the ambience and prices. Food is very tasty

My room was like a sauna and no way to cool it down. I then needed a meeting room for 2 hours for a 2 person meeting and they weren’t very flexible or accommodating with the options.

Nice hotel in the suburbs of Munich. We dropped in late with baby, didn't have a reservation and they were extremely helpful and gracious. They arranged for baby bed, larger room to accommodate the baby bed and the room service for dinner was prompt. Hotel is good, the service is great! I definitely recommend.

Very nice atmosphere. It's nice that there is no "background music". That's why you can have a good conversation with each other. Service staff very friendly, attentive and accommodating. The food is always very good, freshly prepared. I personally enjoy visiting the restaurant with my family and friends and am happy to recommend it to others. Keep it up😉

The accommodation is nice and clean, but it's about 20 minutes away from downtown Munich. The tram is also far away, so I think people who rent a car will have to go there. The restaurant on the 0th floor was also good. Beokseokrijatto is Musjimasae.

Ich habe den Spa-Suite als kleine Überraschung mit den Romantischen Dekorationen gebucht. Das Zimmer wurde total süß angerichtet mit schöne tolle Rosen und Luftballons, eine Flasche Sekt und Merci überall. Check in war kurz und knackig, eine zweite Zimmerkarte wäre bei Pärchen zum Vorteil aber wir kamen auch mit eine gut klar. Zimmer war sauber, ich bin allerdings leider Gottes vom Fach und finde die Zimmer benötigt ein kleines bisschen liebe in manche Ecken, Kleinigkeiten allerdings. Im großen und ganzen ein tolles Wochenende, modernes Haus, guter Restaurant (Frühstück sowie Abendessen) und sehr netten Housekeeping Personal! Wir kommen sicherlich gerne wieder und freuen uns drauf!

Für eine Verschnaufpause von meiner Familie buchte ich mir für dieses Wochenende ein Hotel mit Saunabereich, den ich ausgiebig nutzen wollte. Als ich am Freitag anreiste, war der Saunabereich bereits ausgebucht, aber für Samstag konnte ich zwei Zeitslots buchen. Das war garnicht so leicht, da die zwei Herren am Empfang nur sehr wenig Deutsch verstanden. Der erste Slot im Wellnessbereich war dann etwas ernüchternd: Die Sauna war kalt (der Ofen war heiß, aber der Dampf vom Aufguss zog immer sofort wieder ab, sodass es nach einer Minute schon wieder kalt war) und die interessanten Duschen zur Hälfte beschädigt oder gar richtig kaputt. Außerdem war da ein Designer am Werk, der mehr Wert auf Optik als auf Funktion legte. Die normale Dusche ging immerhin und war das einzige, was mich hier aufwärmte. Es gibt auch einen kleinen Pool (zum schwimmen ist der zu klein, dafür ist er aber auch nicht gedacht), der sprudelte fröhlich vor sich hin und massierte mir schön die Füße. Auch der kam mir im ersten Moment zu kalt vor, aber war ich erstmal im Wasser, ließ es sich aushalten. Nach dem Slot ging ich zur Rezeption. Der nette Herr vom Vormittag, der noch wunderbar Deutsch verstanden hatte, war nun weg und einer der Herren vom Vorabend war wieder da. Ich versuchte, ihm zu erklären, dass die Sauna zu kalt ist, dass die Luft zu schnell abzieht. Das verstand er leider nicht, das war augenscheinlich klar. Ich bot ihm dann Englisch an, das verstand er aber auch nicht, wie es schien. Er meinte, bis zu meinem späteren Zeitslot, wäre das Problem behoben. War es aber nicht. Es war wieder für meinen Geschmack zu kalt. Für Sonntag hatte ich wieder zwei Zeitslots gebucht. Am Sonntagmorgen war wieder der nette Herr an der Rezeption, der meinte, es gäbe in der Sauna keine Abluft. Er guckte sich das ganze dann an und stellte die Sauna auf maximale Temperatur ein. Ich erzählte ihm auch von der einen, komplett kaputten Erlebnisdusche, und er meinte das wäre schade, dass da Leute randaliert hätten. Ich ging also erstmal in den Pool und wartete, dass die Sauna aufheizte. Nach einer Weile ging ich dann hinein. Aber auch heute war das gleiche Problem, die warme Luft war nach einer Minute schon wieder weg, sodass ich alle 2 Minuten wieder Wasser drauf kippte, denn nur so fror ich nicht. Nach zwei Gängen gab ich es auf, duschte mich wieder etwas warm, packte meine Sachen und stornierte dann (bei nun wieder dem Herren der beiden Vorabende) meinen letzten Zeitslot. Ich hatte keine Lust, nochmal zu frieren. Lieber verbringe ich den ganzen Tag im Zimmer und nutze die familienfreie Zeit anders, als mich über die kalte Sauna zu ärgern. Wie gesagt: der Ofen war heiß, das Wasser verdampfte sofort auf den Steinen, aber die Luft blieb einfach nicht im Raum sondern zog raus. Vielleicht ist der Schlitz der Tür einfach zu groß. Sehr schade! Ich hatte mich so auf ein familienfreies Wellnesswochenende gefreut! Hoffentlich hat immerhin das stornieren des 4. Slots geklappt, dass ich den nicht auch noch bezahlen muss, nur weil der Typ mich wieder nicht verstanden hat (diesmal habe ich es zur Sicherheit auf Deutsch und Englisch versucht, schien aber nicht zu helfen). Das Zimmer hingegen ist wirklich sehr nett! Für mich alleine gibt es genügend Stauraum, es gibt eine kleine Küchenecke mit Kapselmaschine (leider kein Wasserkocher) und kleinem Kühlschrank. Im Wellnessbereich waren ausreichend Handtücher, Bademäntel und Hausschuhe vorhanden. Am letzten Morgen wollte ich dann noch duschen, und stellte fest, dass der Duschknauf kaputt ist, sodass auch noch hier das Wasser nur mäßig lauwarm aus dem Duschkopf kam. Das war eine ungewollte Erfrischung am Morgen!

Einfach ein absolut tolles Hotel. Das Design ist wunderschön, die Zimmer sind gemütlich und das Spa atemberaubend. Ein Traum das man das Spa sogar privat buchen kann. Im hauseigenen Restaurant kann man unglaublich lecker Essen. Die Mitarbeiter sind freundlich, jung, motiviert und sehr hilfsbereit. Wir waren schon mehrfach dort und werden immer wieder kommen.

Gutes Hotel mit einigen Abzügen Personal freundlich aber definitiv unterbesetzt... Wir waren drei Parteien und eine Zimmerkarte war defekt nach unserer Ruckkehr aus einem Club, keine Moeglichkeiten irgendwer zu kontaktieren, ich musste das Paerchen in meinem Zimmer hospitieren bis in den frühen Morgenstunden.... Parking absolut ungeeignet fuer ein Mittelwagen da viel zu eng und steil
