I've been ordering food here for three years now and I'd say it's one of the best pizzas in the area—no, it's the best pizza in the Lauf, Rückersdorf, Schwaig, and Röthenbach area! Want to know why?
Pizza—hand-made on a stone, not sheet-metal or machine-made, which is very important. The toppings are always generous and very fresh.
Burgers—I have to say I'm very satisfied with the burgers. The salad is always fresh, and the meat is on whole buns, not just half-buns.
Salads—the best salads, fresh salads, and, importantly, they're made with a variety of lettuce leaves—a delicious treat, a proper mixed salad.
Pasta—the best pasta in the world, with large and generous portions, not just a tiny amount.
This pizzeria is definitely a great place to enjoy food and a truly innovative business. They do things differently than other places, which is fantastic because food doesn't have to taste the same everywhere. If you're happy with a particular flavor, then simply order from there; we offer something different here. If you understand that, welcome to the club; if not, just stay where you are.
The restaurant has a new name, and the food is now really good. Asian fusion cuisine, great service, and fair prices. They just obviously haven't changed their Google listing yet...
The food is really poor quality... Unfortunately, it tastes like cheap frozen food... Pizza, schnitzel, and chicken are not recommended :(. Sticky tables and chairs. Cocktails are mediocre.
Sorry, but it could definitely be better!
We were a group of 12 for lunch on Christmas Day. The menu was very extensive, with fish, various meat dishes, vegetarian and vegan options. All the food was excellent.
The value for money was absolutely right. We'll gladly come back. Thank you for the friendly service!
For those who are genuinely interested in good German food, cash payments, or German debit card payments from the Sparkasse (savings bank), this is certainly still a good recommendation in 2025! The wine is also still "interesting," at least... but the fact that they apparently don't classify their own wines for financial reasons was already a harbinger in hindsight. Anyone who isn't from Germany and wants to pay with a real credit card, as is common in other countries, should be wary. "We don't have to do anything," "If you don't have a German debit card, tough luck—too expensive" (direct quotes!)... absolutely appalling from the staff (plural) who say this to your face without shame when you try to explain that even historically German banks like HypoVereinsbank no longer issue girocards as standard. A truly appalling attitude towards guests in 2025, completely resistant to advice!
A modernly furnished restaurant. They mainly serve various rösti dishes. Everything was very tasty.
The service was friendly and fast, even though the place was packed.
Wonderful.
The food is delicious. The young lady who runs the avocado bar gives cheerful, competent and personal advice. Everything is prepared fresh. The atmosphere is cozy and private, even though there were as many people there as possible during Corona.
Go and try it out!
Went there for lunch yesterday. Ordered a Winter Bowl with peanut lime dressing, but it still tasted like curry?! Unfortunately, it wasn't very tasty. Except for the rice, everything was incredibly cold! My colleague ordered a noodle bowl. Everything there, even the noodles, was ice cold. Ordering was quick, and no one else was ordering. After 10 minutes, I started to freeze; it was freezing in the restaurant. Sadly, that was my first and last time there. Expensive and not tasty. The bowl size was good.
