I used to enjoy eating at Turkuaz, but this time I was really disappointed. There was a piece of sausage – probably left over from breakfast – in my doner box. That simply shouldn't happen. Unfortunately, that was the last time I ate there. I hope they'll be more careful about hygiene in the future.

I was invited for breakfast and unfortunately, I was disappointed again. Firstly, the service was strange and only seemed to see the person who invited me as a customer, when every single person is a potential customer. Anyway, the food wasn't good, hence the three stars. A few years ago, the doner kebab was so undercooked, and years later I went back and was disappointed again. So, everyone should make their own experience.

The ambiance at Turkuaz Restaurant is very appealing and conducive to a sense of well-being. The food is excellent – ​​I particularly like the fact that you always get a small delicacy to try at the beginning of your meal, something you rarely experience in other restaurants. The owner is extremely friendly, greets guests personally, and regularly checks in to see if everything is okay. The service staff is also very friendly, courteous, and attentive. We enjoy going there again and again – the restaurant is very inviting. It's also very easy to reach, which makes the visit particularly pleasant. We've never had any problems with takeaway orders – everything was always correct, plentiful, and generously filled, whether it was bread or sauces. All in all, a thoroughly enjoyable experience: delicious food, friendly service, pleasant ambiance, perfect location, and reliable takeaway service. Highly recommended!

We decided to eat at Turquoise today, but we weren't very happy with it. We had a mixed grill for two. Most of the meat was flavorless, the pomes were terrible, and the bulgur and rice were the same. We used to come here before, but it wasn't like this. I don't plan on going again.

In this cold weather, you are greeted with a warm atmosphere, warm breads, delicious food, we were very pleased, always always turquoise.

We ordered döner wraps and lahmacun. The döner had raw parts in places. There was very little meat inside. The lahmacun was good.

A fantastic restaurant with authentic Turkish specialties! The lamb dish (Kuzu Tava) is especially recommended – a must for anyone who appreciates good taste. To finish, be sure to try the kunefe with a glass of samovar tea – simply heavenly! And if Fuat is there, feel free to ask for a table upstairs; the view and atmosphere are wonderful there.

I tried all the soups and the döner kebab. They were fantastic. The chicken soup, in particular, tasted like it had been touched by a mother's hand. The staff were very polite and courteous. The middle-aged man serving was especially motivated.

The menu shows two Adana dishes but they brought the normal portion in half and apart from that the owner of the business was friendly and polite and took care of every table.

Super delicious! Eating downstairs is a bit too noisy, but the atmosphere upstairs is great. Parking nearby is a bit difficult; a parking garage is a 10-minute walk away.

Although we were regulars, the welcome and service no longer meet the standards a restaurant of this type should maintain. Specifically: Although the tables were set outside, our request for outdoor service was denied. This attitude not only diminishes the sense of hospitality but also demonstrates a lack of flexibility towards loyal guests. The quality of the food is still solid, but without professional and courteous service, the entire experience loses considerable value. Restaurant recommendation: A visit to a restaurant is not only about the taste of the dishes, but also about the atmosphere and the appreciation shown to guests – this is precisely where a clear decline is noticeable. We celebrated my mother's birthday at Turkuaz and spent about €60 – the service was disappointing. From the moment we entered: The first person who greeted us barely looked at us, very cold and distant. While I tried to make conversation, I was completely ignored; instead, the attention was focused solely on the person next to me (and I, as the person who had to pay the bill, was completely ignored). I felt completely out of the picture as a guest. The second person was a bit friendlier. The food arrived without plates, and the plates weren't brought until about 15 minutes later – by which time the food was long cold. After the meal, as we were paying and leaving the restaurant, the owner stood in the middle of the way, talking to his friends and barely noticing me as a customer. I had to push my way through; a quick "sorry" and a casual glance were enough interaction. It's clear: Those who are related to or friends of the owners or known guests are treated kindly. Those who aren't part of the group receive extremely cold, inattentive service. Especially if you don't look "traditional" to them—that is, if you don't fit their norm, or if you wear slightly conspicuous accessories like earrings or an unusual style of clothing—the likelihood of experiencing passive-aggressive treatment at dinner is very high. I haven't experienced anything like that in a restaurant in a long time. For the same price, I would have eaten at an Italian restaurant—the service would certainly have been much better there. We were regulars for years and celebrated birthdays there, but after this experience, we will definitely NEVER be back.

I once didn't have any cash on me because I now pay for everything with my smartphone. After ordering, I realized my phone had died and I couldn't pay. The clerk immediately said, "Take the food with you and pay later when you come back." Two days later, I was in the area and paid off my debt. I just ordered döner tripe and lahmacun at the counter. The tripe soup was good, but the meat döner was terrible. I've never seen worse meat in my life. Also, the counter is very dirty, they don't pay attention to hygiene rules.

We couldn't understand what people were raving about. Before our flight at midnight, we randomly decided to go for some soup and lahmacun. The lahmacun, with its unexpectedly delicious, crispy filling, arrived with delicious homemade ayran. On top of that, they were hospitable and always willing to serve tea. 5 stars from us💯

Steak and lamb sis were delicious but unfortunately I can't say the same for Iskender. The sauce wasn't good at all and the bread was mixed with the sauce without being toasted, making it too soft. It just remained like that.

I've had bad experiences here before, but because it's close to home, I've always given the place a chance. The grilled dishes and doner kebabs are always excellent, but unfortunately, the quality of the dough dishes varies greatly. The dough is often hard as wood and dry, and the meat inside has no taste. We had etli ekmek and lahmacun, but unfortunately, both were very bad. I definitely won't be coming back.

I ordered a single Lahmacun and ayran. Lahmacun is 6.90, comes with salad. It is a big wide dough, small red islands inside. There is nothing on 30% of the dough. The part that is there does not even taste like tomato paste or onion, let alone minced meat. In bad lahmacuns in Türkiye, you would at least taste the mixture of oil, onion, cat and donkey minced meat and offal. This one didn't have that either. Tea came as a compliment, the waiter was a very gentlemanly friend. But the tea tasted like dish soap. Ayran was homemade, that was the only good thing.

Just go. Every menu is perfect. Four people went and each ordered a different menu and shared, and there was not a single dish that wasn't delicious from the beginning to the end. The only downside is that there are a lot of customers. Now you know - this is their best food! We eat a lot and have a lot of great food, we think. They had a lot of food before we left. Today I bought chicken soup, and it's just water with chicken and noodles. It was much better a few months ago. I've bought food from there often, but definitely the soup last time.

Today we were 7 sisters because we were served very nicely. The food was very tasty and the waiters were very funny, especially Ramo. The music was also very nice but it was very warm there at the beginning.

I ordered a kebab without onions. I got one with extra onions and lots of red cabbage. The kebab roll was so purple on my 2 minute walk home that it fell apart. Thanks for nothing. Why do you need 3 people at the kebab? Someone could have pulled it off just as badly.

I love this place since, given the fact that it is almost always full. They manage to serve good quality of food. The staff is respectful, and you can eat nicely. They offer black tea at the end of your meal, and I find it really friendly. The services are awesome and they know what they are doing.

Doner kebab used to be great. Meat, rice, salad. But there must have been a change of chef or ownership. I've been there about three times in the last year and picked something up. Meat has become very poor quality. Rice too. Salad is ok. But prices have skyrocketed. It was definitely the last time there. Very unfortunate.
