Turkuaz Café & Lounge in Nürnberg

So I've been a regular for a long time and go there at least three times a week. Sometimes more often too. But I haven't been there in the last few weeks because the food was only lukewarm and the fries were cold. There was always a lot going on and I didn't want to say anything. But the last time I was brought the food that had previously been on the table of another guest who had ordered something different. The waiter took it back to the kitchen and they put lukewarm potato wedges on it and left the rice that was already on it even though you know that I never order rice, I always order fries. By the time the food was finally with me it was cold......You don't bring food from one guest to the next. That doesn't work at all. Not even when there's a lot going on. I have been working in the catering industry as a waiter for over 40 years and it would never occur to me to do something like that. I am very disappointed

The restaurant is located on a very busy street. You shouldn't have any expectations like you would with an upscale restaurant. It is a mix of a snack bar and an eatery. It was my first time there and I didn't feel strange as all the service staff were nice. All in all I can't say anything negative. I ate Mercimek soup and sea bream [fish] 🐟 because I didn't see any indication as to whether the meat on offer was HELAL. If I'm in Nuremberg again, I would like to go there again..

We recently visited this restaurant, but unfortunately the taste of the food did not meet our expectations at all. The presentation and variety left something to be desired, and the flavors were noticeably weaker compared to our previous experiences. The restaurant owner was very polite and respectful towards the guests, however his attitude towards the employees was disturbing. He constantly spoke to the waiters in a commanding tone and almost reprimanded them in front of the guests. The waiters provided very good service and we couldn't find anything wrong with them. We would have expected that employees would be treated with more respect.

I picked up a dürüm to take with me. It was cold, there was 70% salad with a bit of meat and that meat was disgusting. When you asked for more meat he became rude and said that more meat costs more money. We stopped by on our way from Turkey to the Netherlands. First of all, I would like to state that I was very pleased with Kahraman brother's interest and concern. One of the oldest Turkish restaurants in N. We were definitely there in the 90s, I think even in the 80s. Food is still very fine, cool operators and you can watch the goings-on at the sitting area.

I ordered 4 Gözleme there to take away. Paid 31€ so 8 euros for what came here. This is completely hard and anything but a traditional Gözleme. Maybe an Arab prepared it or something, but I'm totally disappointed. It doesn't taste good at all, it's hard and just untypical. Totally overpriced I hope the owner is ashamed of this product. We recently had breakfast there and paid almost €40 for a vegetarian breakfast. I'd rather go somewhere else
