A very nice wellness hotel where we felt completely at home. The rooms, wellness area, food, service—everything was top-notch!

A visit to Modo Mio is always a pleasure! From the moment you enter the restaurant, you are cared for by highly attentive and excellently trained staff who leave nothing to be desired. The service is truly exemplary and contributes significantly to the feel-good experience. When it comes to the cuisine, Modo Mio impresses across the board. The high-quality ingredients are noticeable in every dish and make the difference. Each dish is a testament to the care and passion with which the food is cooked here. The taste was simply exceptional – a true explosion of flavors that leaves you wanting more. If you are looking for exquisite Italian cuisine combined with outstanding service in Erlangen, Modo Mio is the place to be. Highly recommended!

Service for a hotel with the corresponding standards needs a lot of improvement. The service in the lobby is a disaster. They'd rather spend ages talking to "regulars" than attending to all guests. We sometimes sat at the bar for 10 minutes without even being greeted or given a menu. We then preferred to go to our room. It felt like there was no need. And no, the bar wasn't fully staffed. It's a real shame, because this didn't just happen once. You read about it again and again in the reviews. It's incomprehensible that management isn't doing anything to remedy this. The reception also only reacted with helplessness and a shrug. "They'll pass it on." 🫥 Furthermore, you feel like you're in a dog hotel, due to the large number of four-legged friends. Not for people with allergies!!! We've never experienced that in any hotel of this class. Incidentally, these guests were always given drinks without asking...

The butter chicken here is delicious and very reasonably priced compared to others. I highly recommend it. 😋

Very tasty gluten free restaurant. The fluffy pita bread in particular is melt-in-your-mouth!

I spontaneously stopped by with my boyfriend today and I have to say I was very impressed! I often go to Indian food, but there was something here that I haven't seen anywhere else! A mango and coconut curry soup! Absolutely delicious! Very refreshing and fruity! The food came very quickly, the server was really nice, and the atmosphere was pleasant. We sat outside, and despite it being busy, we were able to eat and chat in peace. My chicken korma was also really delicious; the sauce wasn't too runny, but rather creamy and full of flavor! The price was also reasonable! I can highly recommend this restaurant! I would come back!

As always, it was delicious. But someone seems to have fallen in love with the kitchen. My neck steak was seasoned beyond edibility. (For the first time, it's always delicious.)

We went to Tahdig for a team dinner, on recommendation of a friend who was also so super kind to offer for everyone. He explained that it's a Persian tradition or have the host choose the food for the entire table. We all were happy to trust him and it was a great choice! We were offered a large variety of sauces to have as starters together with rice. The rice in particular was fabulous and I had multiple helpings. We then tried multiple types of meat, all one better than the other. Finally an ice-cream-like dessert that had a particularly interesting texture and was very tasty. Possibly the best dinner I had in Munich in a week.

Unfortunately, that wasn't the case twice. The burger was only lukewarm, the bun was rubbery, and the patty was far too compact and dry. Almost €50 for two people, a waste of money.

We visited the restaurant and were delighted! We had a Dalmatian Teller for one person and a veal steak with a mushroom sauce – the portions were generous, perfectly prepared and extremely tasty. The meat was tender, the sauce was tasty and finely balanced. We would especially like to commend the staff, who were extremely kind, helpful and professional – from the first moment to the end of the visit we felt very comfortable and welcome. Highly recommended to everyone who loves good food and top-notch service. We will definitely be back!🤗
