SUPER RUDE STAFF (the Chinese lady). We didn’t make any reservations and we understand that we can either leave or just sit outside (even it was raining), she said no table inside FULL and we were asking her politely, how about outside table (although it was wet & another group of customer was about to leave), she COMPLETELY IGNORED and avoid any eye contact. This is so ridiculous.

My son got married at the Lindner Hotel and stayed there with his guests. It was perfect from beginning to end. Very friendly staff, super attentive service, great food, and all the guests were thrilled.

Italian atmosphere and great cuisine in Cham

Great atmosphere, great pizza, my dish, "Eliano," was good, very nicely presented, but unfortunately there was too little beef and sun-dried tomatoes, and the portion was too small. The taste was very good, though. Unfortunately, all the chocolate cakes in our order had no liquid center, and unfortunately, the presentation was very simple for the price. The service was very friendly and courteous. I used to work in the restaurant industry, and in our case, glasses were only cleared away after the guests had left, whereas in yours, while you were still sitting, you felt like you were supposed to leave. It's a shame, really.

The best kebab I've ever eaten. Must try. .... Now we've tried pizza. Numbers 33 and 44. Very tasty! Very well topped! Must try the pizzas. I had the number 33 in the "small" size, which really wasn't small. It's a perfectly normal size. :)

The service was great. The food was delicious 😋. A fantastic restaurant, I'd go back anytime.

Disappointing Visit to the Waldfrieden Country Inn in Bad Abbach Today, my daughter and I drove from Regensburg to Bad Abbach to eat and drink at the Waldfrieden Country Inn. A sign at the entrance asked patrons to wait to be seated. Shortly after, a server came and informed us that the restaurant/café was completely full and that we would have to wait at least 30 to 45 minutes for a table. Disappointed, we were about to leave, but my daughter needed to use the restroom. While I waited, a couple arrived behind us. I mentioned that we hadn't been given a table because it was fully booked. After my daughter returned, we left the restaurant. Outside, however, I noticed that the couple behind us hadn't come out. When we checked again, we discovered that the couple who had arrived about a minute after us had been seated. Upon inquiring, the server then showed us to a table as well – but with the caveat that it was only available for a limited time. We declined under these circumstances. Nothing was explained to us, and no apology was offered. Other visitors have also reported similar incidents. On TripAdvisor, for example, you can find more reports and corresponding reviews. Overall, I found the situation very unfortunate and lacking in transparency. Why we weren't initially given a table, while the couple after us were immediately seated, remained completely unclear. As a guest, you don't feel valued in such situations. Our visit was therefore disappointing.

Good and cheap, very good service. 👍 But the quality of the pizza toppings is questionable. 🤔 We ate there again in November 2025, and I'm surprised it's so busy. Is it really just because of the low prices? Cheap, yes, but otherwise just cheap! The food (pizza and pasta dish) was anything but good; the ingredients were bland and tasteless. The staff were either unfriendly or noticeably forced in their friendliness. Just as they skimp on the ingredients, they also skimp on the ventilation; after you've finished eating, you practically need to wash your clothes. Dusting the lamps is nonexistent, and the otherwise nice pizza oven could also use a good cleaning. All in all, very disappointing. Good, fast, and cheap have never gone together.

Relatively cheap food, but very little flavor. The salad, in particular, was simply nothing. You get full, but that's about it.

The food: whether it was Pola Pola (we haven't had better anywhere else) or goulash soup, or even Kaiserschmarren, we were always extremely satisfied. The owners: incredibly friendly and dedicated; they create a truly welcoming, family atmosphere. We love going there.
