Romantik Hotel DAS LINDNER in Bad Aibling

Sehr nettes und persönliches Hotel mit toller Ausstattung und perfekter Lage, dazu ein wunderbares Frühstück! Jederzeit wieder!

War insgesamt sehr schön, leider hat IP-TV nicht funktioniert. Und in der Feedback-Aufforderung (E-Mail) ist ein Fehler: Es steht unter "Möchten Sie Kontakt aufnehmen" ein Button mit der Beschriftung "no-content". Anscheinend testet das niemand 🥺 Außerdem wäre ein QR-Code für die Zugangsdaten zum WLAN super. Abtippen des Passworts ist Mittelalter 😉 Unser Zimmer 46 war ziemlich hellhörig und die Bedienung des Wasserhahns (Umschaltung Duschbrause/Wannen) echt "interessant" 😉

Wir waren auf der Durchreise in Bad Aibling. Der Ort enttäuschte uns sehr. Auf Grund guter Erfahrungen mit Romantik Hotels (buchen wir bevorzugt auf unseren Reisen), haben dieses Hotel und den Ort gewählt. Das Hotel ist nett, das Personal bemüht. Leider bekamen wir ein Zimmer im, ziemlich steril wirkenden Neubau, in der obersten Etage. Es war ein dunkler, mit einem Minifenster ( siehe Foto) , aber großzügiger Raum. Das Bad war neu und richtig gut, bis auf den Fußboden in der Dusche. Dieser war extrem rutschig, ich wäre fast gestürzt. Für ältere nicht mehr ganz so fitte Menschen nicht ungefährlich. Vielleicht könnte hier im nachher rein , Abhilfe geschaffen werden. Das Essen im hauseigenen Restaurant war sehr gut und das Personal hier sehr kompetent und hilfsbereit. Wir hatten einmal Kalbsschnitzel und einmal die Kalbsleber. Das Frühstück lies keine Wünsche offen. Wir wurden sogar von der netten Dame mit frischem Filterkaffee verwöhnt.

Wir haben 1 Nacht als Stopover auf dem Rückweg aus Italien übernachtet, spontan und ohne Buchung. Die Dame an der Rezeption war sehr freundlich und kompetent. Wir mussten das Zimmer wechseln, da das erste sehr nach Zigarettenrauch roch. Dem Wunsch wurde problemlos entsprochen. Zimmer im Nebengebäude sehr modern und groß mit Balkon. Wir haben super geschlafen. Das Frühstück ist sehr gut, alles da, was man sich wünscht, auch laktosefreie Milch. Parken konnte man auch kostenfrei wenige Gehminuten entfernt.

Es ist einfach (bereits das zweite Mal) alles picco bello: das Personal an der Rezeption (Patrick), das Frühstücksbüffet, die ruhige Lage, die Sauberkeit, die Höflichkeit und Entgegenkommen des Personals...also alles passt 100%. Vielen herzlichen Dank, wir kommen nochmals gerne zurück.

Es war wirklich ein wundervoller Aufenthalt und über das Upgrade in eine Suite haben wir uns unfassbar gefreut. Das Zimmer war suuuuper schön, geräumig, sauber und alles Notwendige war verfügbar. Das Frühstücksbuffet sieht wirklich sehr herzig aus und schmeckte auch wunderbar. Meiner Meinung nach könnte man noch etwas mehr Gemüse anbieten, aber ansonsten war wirklich alles top. Ebenso war das Abendessen im Restaurant wirklich lecker :)

Das Lindner ist einfach die beste Location in Bad Aibling!😊 Mitten am Marienplatz, tolles Ambiente mit Sterne Service und tollen Küche. Und die Zimmer, alles rundum einfach perfekt!😊 Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder!😊

Ich liebe unter dem Dach zu schlafen. Es war sicherlich Zufall, aber mein Zimmer ist unter einem Dach. Und das Zimmer ist sehr groß und schön eingerichtet. Für Menschen die gerne mit der öpnv fahren, ist das Hotel lediglich 7 Minuten Fußweg vom Bahnhof Bad Aibling. Die Rezeption schließt um 20-21 Uhr. Unbedingt eine spätere Ankunft melden, damit das (sehr freundliche) Personal sich einrichten kann.

Wir hatten einen wunderschönen Aufenthalt im Hotel Lindner. Das Hotel überzeugt mit Charme und vor allem mit dem sehr netten Personal. Das Frühstück war hervorragend! Und auch das Abendessen in der Schwemme war ein Highlight! Das Preis/Leistungsverhältnis stimmt! Wir kommen gerne wieder!

Hotel soweit gut. In dem ich untergebracht war knarrten die Treppen am Abend noch Geschirr und rum gefahren worden. Zimmer sehr klein klar zum schlafen reicht es. Fenster gingen nicht ganz auf. Duschen kotest auch nur wenn der Vorhang davor war. Nach Toiletten Gang im Abfluss gekluckert. Dusche leider keine Ablage um Dusch Utensilien abzustellen. Keine Klima. Aber sonst alles gut Frühstück top tolle Mitarbeiter

Das Personal war sehr hilfsbereit und freundlich ,wie man es bei einem 4-Sternehaus zwar erwarten kann, was aber nicht überall der Fall ist. Die Lage des Hauses ist unschlagbar, obwohl mitten in der Stadt ist es sehr ruhig. Alles- angefangen vom Mobiliar bis zu den Bädern und Böden- ist bestens gepflegt und geschmackvoll. Das Frühstücksbüffet lässt keine Wünsche offen.

Der Osterbrunch war einfach hervorragend – eine tolle Auswahl an Speisen, alles frisch und unglaublich lecker. Der Service war aufmerksam, freundlich und hat den Aufenthalt perfekt gemacht. Besonders schön: Wir durften länger sitzen bleiben – wir kommen gerne wieder!

Das Zimmer war sehr sauber und gepflegt, man hat sich sofort wohlgefühlt. Das Restaurant ist erstklassig – die Speisen schmecken ausgezeichnet und sind von hoher Qualität. Besonders hervorzuheben ist das Personal, das sehr zuvorkommend, freundlich und aufmerksam ist. Insgesamt ein rundum angenehmer Aufenthalt, den ich gerne weiterempfehle.

Wir haben im Restaurant "Stubn" zu Abend gegessen. Die neu gestaltete Stubn (Moderne trifft Tradition) hat uns sehr gefallen. Die gut durchdachte Speisekarte hat uns die Auswahl sehr erleichtert, Tafelspitz und Wiener Schnitzel waren hervorragend. Der Service unaufdringlich, schnell und sehr nett. Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder.

A truly perfect stay! The hotel impresses with its stylish ambiance, extremely friendly and attentive staff, and outstanding service. The rooms are clean, modern, and very comfortable. The breakfast/restaurant leaves nothing to be desired, offering a wide selection and top quality. The location is also ideal. We felt welcome from the very first moment and would love to return. Highly recommended!

My son got married at the Lindner Hotel and stayed there with his guests. It was perfect from beginning to end. Very friendly staff, super attentive service, great food, and all the guests were thrilled.

A very nice hotel in a central location in the heart of Bad Aibling. The service is excellent and stands out in a very special way. I have rarely seen such courteous staff, and this seems to be reflected in the management here as well. When there were problems with the booking, they were very helpful and ambitious to solve the guest's problem. Overall, the hotel/inn is very comfortably furnished, and the rooms are clean and well-sized. This means that it is still quiet in bed even when someone is already in the bathroom. However, the bed could not be split in two (two single mattresses) as a romantic hotel. Nevertheless, it is thoroughly recommended! The breakfast is also extensive, with very pleasant background music. You simply get a very relaxed and comfortable atmosphere here. We really appreciated that!

It was a very good stay. Worth a second visit. The receptionist was quick to respond and check-in was quick. She was also kind and courteous. The room was clean, modernly furnished, and all amenities were available, including amenities like coffee and tea, and toiletries (shampoo and lotion). In short, it was a lovely stay, worth a try.

Very good hotel with friendly staff – but no air conditioning Overall, the hotel is excellent: very clean, well located, and with extremely friendly staff. A major drawback, however, is the lack of air conditioning or even a fan – unfortunately, the room was almost unbearable in high temperatures. Apart from that, absolutely recommended!

Nice conference hotel in the heart of Bad Aibling. Friendly service and good food. The rooms in the old building, however, are outdated. No air conditioning, beds are far too hard, and the shower temperature cannot be adjusted. Recommendation: If you're planning on staying, book a room in the new building.

Overnight stay in a historic castle with creaking wooden stairs and creaky wooden floors. If you love atmosphere, you'll get your money's worth here. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful. Perfect breakfast: delicious, varied, and healthy. Something for every taste. Many attractions near and far. All in all, a very attractive hotel at attractive prices. I would be happy to return.

I stayed at Das Lindner hotel for 2 1/2 weeks while my husband had surgery at a nearby hospital. It’s probably the most refined and upscale hotel in Bad Aibling. The hotel is divided up into several buildings both older (the castle) and new and is quite lovely. My room was modern and comfortable with a good amount of closet space, nice bathroom and balcony with bistro set. The house cleaning staff was wonderful and kept the room spotless. There is a small beverage refrigerator in the room but it didn’t cool well. I left my beverages outside on the balcony which cooled them better. The breakfast buffet was an extra cost and honestly a bit expensive but it was good. Location is in the heart of Bad Aibling which was nice to take walks and enjoy the shops and restaurants. The church right next door was absolutely beautiful! My one big complaint was the front desk staff did not inform me of street closures all around the plaza one Saturday evening due to a Sunday market setting up which was right outside the hotel. This caused me difficulties returning to my hotel room as I had no instructions how to get back onto the property with my rental car. The front desk does close in the evenings until the next morning which surprised me as this is not a small hotel. This is why I gave their service 3 stars, but everything else was really nice.

Beds were broken, cockroaches and the like are everywhere and mold is also not recommended, every room is the same

We ate at Schwemme, and the very friendly and attentive service deserves special mention. The Wienerschnitzel for almost 30 euros, however, was rather disappointing. The portion was rather small, even for a woman with a moderate hunger, the potato salad was potatoes with radishes without any significant dressing and what I found really wrong was that when I asked for a little more cranberries I was told that they would cost 1.50 euros. Phew...

We enjoyed the Valentine's menu. Very nice and romantic atmosphere. The food was very tasty. Very friendly and attentive service staff. A very nice and successful evening.

We, that is the Kiwanis Club Bad Aibling - Via Julia, held our traditional New Year's dinner in the Lindner. Without exception, all members and our guests from KC Kufstein were thrilled by the spaciousness of the Johannisstube but above all by the excellent quality of the menu and the recommended wines. Perfect support from the very, very pleasant and professional service team made the evening perfect. For us the number 1 location in and around Bad Aibling. We had an excellent meal in the Stub'n. Quiet music, very little activity on the day after the holidays, we were lovingly looked after. All dishes were excellent and of a very high standard. The service was attentive but not intrusive. The price is also rather high. The only downside was that there was only one non-alcoholic cocktail, but it was very good. Given this overall level, I would like to see an alcohol-free accompaniment to food that goes beyond soft drinks and juice spritzers. But still all asterisks.

Subjectively, I don't like hotel complexes with lots of houses: Reception: House 1; Room: House 2; Conferences: House 3 ... I was also “unlucky” with my room in the old building: When I opened it, I found it accessible via two narrow stairs: Approx. 3.6 m² bed in approx. 9 m² room - the bathroom was stylish and spacious.

I was there for a lunch appointment and was very satisfied with both the service and the kitchen. 5 stars are definitely possible but I would only give them if I had used everything, but I am very satisfied and may have the opportunity to do so again use it and stay there.

Eating in a small group for a big birthday. Very friendly service, supposedly "simple" dishes, but they are prepared with great attention to detail and extremely tasty. It was - as always - a very nice evening for a wonderful occasion.

I don't know how this hotel deserves the 4 stars. There is no swimming pool or fitness, the rooms are small and ugly (at least in the old building) and the vegetarian food is very sparse (there is a carrot instead of meat).

Very nice cozy hotel in Bavaria. Great facilities in the rooms, nothing is really missing. Check-in was very easy, the parking garage was great... we ate very well in the flood and the breakfast buffet was very rich and beautifully arranged. The rooms in the house are incredibly beautiful. Restaurant, breakfast room, wine cellar… the only disadvantage is that the houses are a few meters apart. Not everything is compact. But that can also be an advantage because it is very quiet in the neighboring building. By the way, the staff were all very nice, courteous and attentive. All in all, a great house! Thanks for the hospitality. We'd love to come back.

My friend and myself asked this evening if we could come into Lindners for a quiet a beer. We were offered a table but decided to stand at the bar. After several minutes of quietly drinking our beers at the bar (which we were told we could do) a bar woman told us we had to leave the room and sit in the cold hallway. Very strange situation where we were obviously told to leave the comfort of the bar area because we were not dressed as smartly as their guests, even though we were paying guests and told we could come in for a beer. Discrimating against people due to what they are wearing is just not acceptable. The bar personnel certainly lacking experience.

Our wedding at Event Stad'l im Lindner was fantastic. We received warm and professional support right from the planning stage, so that we felt completely at home from the first moment. On the day of the wedding, everything went perfectly: the staff was incredibly attentive, the food was excellent, and we as the bride and groom were able to enjoy our special day to the fullest because everything was organized and carried out wonderfully. Our guests were also enthusiastic about the location, the menu and the drinks. We also had a very nice, spacious room for the night and a delicious breakfast the next day. All in all an unforgettable celebration - we couldn't have imagined it better. Thank you!

We spent our wedding night at the Hotel Lindner because we wanted special accommodation for that day. Even though it was known that this was our wedding night, the room left a lot to be desired. There was nothing to suggest that this trip was a special occasion. At the reception, my husband, for whom this was supposed to be a surprise (it was agreed upon with the hotel), was even shown the bill with the price for the night. In summary, we really missed the “romance” that is so much touted in the name. Unfortunately, in our opinion, this is not acceptable for this price. Note on the hotel's response: The review could subsequently be assigned to a booking. Unfortunately, the hotel stopped contacting us after initial contact and no redress was ever made. What a shame for a hotel like this!

See delicious food, good friendly service, very clean

There's nothing to complain about here. House perfectly run by Jost Deitmar. In addition, employees who are passionate about this house, represented by Maria Kieslinger and Lukas Pollach. The rooms are always in TOP condition. The breakfast was a delight. There is also a day and evening menu in the restaurant that should fulfill every wish.

Romantic hotel as the name suggests, in Austrian-imperial style. Very large rooms, free from climate, equipped with generous and excellent shower sets. Excellent restaurant

Very friendly, nice room, beautiful surroundings in the buildings, delicious breakfast! Communication was very good, we arrived late and everything was arranged. Good stopover with electric car. In short, 5 stars are more than deserved!

A week in Bad Aibling centered at Das Lindner

I accidentally made a booking via booking.com on March 6th, 2024 for an overnight stay in May 2024, which was/is not cancelable. My mistake, I should have read it better when making the reservation. However, what I consider to be a real impudence and a desert of service is that not even a little goodwill was shown when canceling. I made the mistake of reading my calendar wrong! Yes! But when I wanted to cancel the room on March 7th, 2024, when I noticed my mistake, the hotel called me and basically said: It's your own fault.. next time book directly with us.. now the complete. Installment due! 1 day later... 2 months before arrival! 1 night: ~ €140 .. thank you very much! I actually wanted to go on more frequent day trips to my old adopted hometown, but I'd rather go back to the Schmelmer-Hof! Thank you for 0 goodwill!

After my third stay at the Hotel Lindner, I can only recommend the hotel. The rooms are modern, spacious and, above all, always very clean. The staff is extremely friendly and accommodating. A workspace for business travelers would be very nice to have. That's the only thing I miss about this hotel on business trips.

Very friendly staff, attentive and helpful with questions. Ideal parking spaces directly at the hotel. Breakfast was a bit expensive for what was on offer, but at least for us everything was there. Television technology needs to be overhauled. Therefore one star less.

Hotel super! Wir haben ohne Anfrage Zimmer Upgrades bekommen und haben schöne, angenehme Zimmern. Haus ist in die Jahre gekommen und überall im Flür/Treppe knarrts massiv, aber liebevoll eingerichtet, sauber und chic. Restauraunt "die Schwemme" im selben Haus. Essen war fantastisch. Wenn man (derzeit) kein Fisch mag ist den Auswahl etwas eingegrenzt aber trotdem leckeren Trüffelpasta gefunden. Service top!! und freundlich.

Ich kann das Hotel nur empfehlen. Die Zimmer sind modern, geräumig und vor allem sauber. Das Personal ist ausgesprochen freundlich und zuvorkommend. Besonders hervorzuheben ist das Frühstück. Das Angebot ist sehr vielfältig und frisch. Einem gesunden und ausgewogenem Frühstück steht nichts im Weg. Freunde eines süßen oder deftigen Frühstücks, kommen genauso auf ihre Kosten.

Auf dem nach Südtirol haben wir hier übernachtet. Ein tolles Hotel mit schönen Zimmern und einem wunderbaren Restaurant nebenan.

Meine Kritik bezieht sich nicht auf das Zimmer, welches sehr ordentlich, sauber und ansprechend war! Ich hatte für 4 Nächte ein Zimmer im Hotel Lindner gebucht, da ich Patient in der gegenüberliegenden St. Georgs Klinik für Long Covid Behandlungen war und dort leider kein Zimmer für einen stationären Aufenthalt bekam. Am nächsten Tag wurde in der Klinik ein Bett für mich frei, was ein großer Glücksfall war. Enttäuschenderweise erhielt ich für die 3 nicht genutzten Nächte im Hotel Lindner keine Erstattung. Ein Storno war nicht möglich, mit der Begründung, dass es eine Internet-Buchung gewesen sei. Die Buchung erfolgte telefonisch, der Mitarbeiter des Hotels lotste mich durch die sehr verwirrende Online Buchung. Es lässt sich also darüber streiten, ob es nun eine Online- oder telefonische Buchung war. Den Sachverhalt versuchte ich vor Ort mit den Damen der Rezeption zu klären und bat, die Umstände der Situation zu verstehen. Ich wurde allerdings immer nur auf die rechtlichen Gegebenheiten hingewiesen und dass eine Erstattung bzw. Stornierung nicht möglich sei. Ich bat darum, mir doch wenigstens einen Gutschein auszustellen, was aber auch mit wiederum gleicher Argumentation erwidert wurde. Nicht, dass ich die rechtliche Argumentation nicht verstehen oder anzweifeln würde. Ist es denn aber wirklich nötig, sich immer nur auf das Recht zu beziehen? Oder wäre es auch sinnvoll, sich einmal empathisch, entgegenkommend oder einfach nur kulant und verständnisvoll zu zeigen?

Wir waren im Rahmen der "Langen Nacht der Musik" hier - festzustellen ist das (für unsere Begriffe vor allem im Rahmen einer solchen Aktivität) vollkommen überzogene Preisniveau der Getränke, selbst für Hotelverhältnisse. Zimmer und Service kann nicht beurteilt werden.

Geburtstagsessen war sehr gut, tolle Tischdeko, Wildspezialitäten und zuvorkommender Service. Frisches Artisan Brot mit Rote Beete Humus und Olivenöl, lecker!

Wir waren dort auf einer Hochzeitsfeier, die Location war einfach perfekt. Das Essen war absolut perfekt, der Service grandios. Für uns war es ein toller und entspannter Abend, es hat an nichts gefehlt. Unser Dank, an diesen unvergesslichen Abend, richtet sich nicht nur ans Brautpaar sondern auch an das Team vom Lindener Hotel.

Das Hotel ist exklusiv, sehr flexibel und vor allem schöne Ambiente. Frühstück war vielfältig und reichhaltig.😊

Good hotel but Romantic - for sure not, one star less for the expected romantic details…
