Outrageous! I ordered the mixed platter for one. They just threw the whole thing from the oven onto the plate. I could have done a better job myself, even though I'm not a very good cook. Just look at the picture and decide for yourself! It didn't taste good either!

I'm sorry, but that was awful. I ate here with friends on December 2nd, 2025. We hadn't been to the restaurant before but wanted to try it. I ordered the "Böckinger Feldgschrei," and it arrived completely tasteless. The texture was okay, but beyond that, it was utterly lacking in flavor. There wasn't even any salt or pepper. When I asked about it, the waitress took the dish back to the kitchen, returned shortly after, and said it was supposed to taste exactly like that. However, she offered me the option of choosing a different dish from the menu, which I gratefully accepted. Immediately afterward, another employee came to our table and stated that the staff had deemed the dish acceptable, so it was my problem if I didn't like it. She rather bluntly informed us that I would have to pay the full price for the dish, even though I had essentially returned the plate to the kitchen untouched. And to make this perfectly clear: I never asked for compensation; I simply wanted my food to taste like something. So, dear Obacht team: Of course, I'm annoyed that I paid €20 for water with bits of liquid when I barely ate any of it. But my wallet can handle it. What I find truly astonishing, however, is your approach of adding bad service and poor style to the bad food. If your food had only half the chutzpah of your staff, we all would have gone home happy.

I used to come here and have nice parties. Now it gets on my nerves “you two can go but your other friends can’t”. I answered : SO BOTH OF US BECAUSE WE ARE ASIANS ?!!!!!!!! We are maybe supposed to pay more ? I was really pissed of because of the non sense. We just brought friends from France visiting “welcoming” party in Munich. Yeah… maybe we have to get dressed undecently to be able to enter. I still don’t understand why I was able to enter just me and 5 other guys and not NOW just 3 girls and 4 guys. You can’t do anything but when you care about business, security, and party, please allow travelers and true party people and not refuse because of « BAUCHGEFÜHL » ??!!!!!!!!!!!!

Classic Chinese restaurant - you probably know the type. Walls painted red, white table cloths and a long menu. Fair prices and food is good. Can accommodate big groups as well. Knocking off one star because atmosphere could be better. Note that this isn't a "trendy, hip joint", but more of an old-school place, which isn't a bad thing in itself of course.

The food is okay, but there's not enough for the price. I feel sorry for the staff because of the way the boss talks to them. Overall, a rather unpleasant experience.

The Gasthof Knör am Platzl consistently impresses with its outstanding Bavarian cuisine, expertly prepared and reliably delivering a high level of flavor. The menu is classic yet varied, and every dish appears fresh and carefully cooked. The cozy atmosphere and friendly, attentive service make every visit a pleasure. A reliable regular restaurant that consistently delivers high quality and never disappoints.

Friendly staff, pizza below expectations and it's absurd to pay €7.50 for a bottle of water (we took 1 litre of still and sparkling water). For 5 Margherita pizzas, 2 mugs of beer, 2 waters, a normal coffee and a macchiato with milk; total €93.00.

Food is not authentic but has decent taste at a very reasonable price. The restaurant is cute and good service.

The food was unfortunately not very tasty. And on top of that, they don't offer card payments??? Luckily, we managed to scrape together the money somehow. But it's completely unacceptable not to mention that beforehand.

The food was very good, but unfortunately the service was curt when we asked questions.

Today, Saturday, November 8th, with a tour group, the waitress (the owner) was very, very unfriendly to the guests; the schnitzel was cold and the fries were reheated.

I'm there at least once a week. Fresh, fast, and unbeatable prices. The peanut sauce is especially delicious.
