Asia City Restaurant in Augsburg

There was no service when I asked for a table sign and the waiter told me "Take away"! Then he gave me a table, but there were still old plates, fiberglass, gauze, and so on...

A nice place to visit if you like Asian cuisine. The interior is simple, yet has captivating details. The menu is rich and everyone can find a dish to their liking. The staff is friendly, there is no rushing. The prices are good, considering the quality and size of the dishes. We ordered vegetable soups (Gemüse suppe - 3.5€), crispy duck with vegetables and rice (Knusprige Ente - 10.5€) and fried noodles with beef and vegetables (Gebratene Nudeln mit Rindfleisch und Gemuse - 7.9€). The portions of the last two dishes were huge! We loved the soups - the variety of vegetables was great, the broth had rich flavor and the whole dish was splendid. My sister loved the duck, it was crispy on the outside, tender and juicy on the inside (I don't eat duck, so I didn't try it). I loved the fried noodles (although I don't like fried eggs in the noodles), especially when I added some gravy from the other dish. The meat was tender and easy to chew, the vegetables were a nice addition. I would totally visit again when in Augsburg.

The journey to my miserable meal was already torture!!!! The waitress ignored us for at least 15 minutes and although she served other guests and even walked past us a few times, she also noticed us and still didn't show any signs of coming to us. After what felt like an eternity our food came, it was clear from the many vegetable components in my food that this was Tk!!! In addition, my shrimp were extremely tough and almost hard Inedible.However, mine and the spring rolls of my companion were very good, but that was the only tasty thing overall.The entire atmosphere of the restaurant also took some getting used to…

Good location, Convenience and easily accessible to elsewhere from central. In general the place is clean but the odour from kitchen flow in the air that means the ventilation system is wrongly installed. The price is fair and the service is somehow not efficient enough. Whilst I mentioned to the waiter I don’t eat anything with pungent vegetables but still he gave me the sauce with garlic! To look for vegetarian alternatives in fact is few over here. Even though the fried noodles can be the most common food in all Asia, it can’t be wrong when I ordered thereby, I thought. It was too salty and the fried dumplings were over fried, so dry! So what a disappointment!

The duck (302) wasn't crispy enough. But what was worse was that the vegetables were cooked to death and fried with a lot of oil and the limp vegetables were served on the plate with all the oil. Inedible! Only the rice was OK. Never again. Not a word from the waitress about my criticism.

We always enjoy coming back. The kids love spring rolls, gyoza and fried noodles, we adults try something different every time...tempura shrimp were great and baked chicken too!

Absolutely the best sushi in town. The other dishes are also absolutely heavenly delicious, the vegetables are crunchy and fresh, the sauces taste deliciously seasoned. The soups are a real delight and everything is always garnished and served so lovingly and best of all: the prices are absolutely affordable. Our absolute favorite restaurant for Asian cuisine!

The service is nice and the food comes quickly. An Asian soup and fried noodles with shrimp were a bit fatty, but otherwise tasted as expected. The price-performance ratio was reasonable. The ambience could be made more attractive.

First of all, the sushi was super tasty and really fresh, just as it should be. Very good. And very cheap. Unfortunately the table was so dirty and sticky and the service was very unfriendly. We weren't there at lunchtime but during the holidays, maybe again the problem with the few staff, I suspect, they couldn't keep up with the rush. Unfortunately, the toilet was also very disgusting (the floor was sticky when I walked over it.) Luckily I didn't see that before or I wouldn't have ordered anything...

Super tasty sushi, at incredibly good prices. Many people probably know that. We had a lot going on. As soon as a table became available, it was immediately filled. Unfortunately there are only a few tables as it is a rather small restaurant. Many have ordered take-out, so the atmosphere is more of eat-and-go. Service was extremely quick given the rush. The food also came really quickly. Despite everything...we'll be back.

Very good Asian restaurant, the food is good, there is better Asian food elsewhere in Augsburg but the price/performance ratio is unbeatable!! Best sushi for the price (and still very good!). The service is great, I rarely had to wait too long, even if it can sometimes be a little longer at peak times, due to the rather small size of the restaurant. But it was never the case that it was noticed negatively. Ambiance is nice, cozy. Unfortunately there are no good parking options nearby, but the restaurant can be easily reached by public transport or on foot. All in all a clean and delicious experience.

Great and mega tasty food! I eat often here. I have tried: -Udon noodles - mm mm nom nom nom. Little Koriander and Peanuts would be an amazing addition to the meal. -Gebratene Reis - 😋 extra. -Thai Rot Curry - Sauce is perfect every time. Little Thai Basilikum would make the meal even tastier. - Soups are also tasty. Meat always tastes good chicken or duck. Please keep the prices.

Best Asian food I've had in Germany. The sushi is great, the curry soup is very tasty, though prepare to be disappointed if ypu actually like spicy food, as with everything in Germany, they're terrified of anything hotter than black pepper. So the restaurant has had to tone down their heat. Though they have chili sauce available on the side and Wasabi is Wasabi, so it's fine. But just out the kitchen prepare to be underwhelmed by the heat. Else, great food!

For me the best Asian restaurant in Augsburg. The food is absolutely delicious every time, the portions are big enough to fill you up. Prices are not too high. However, you have to be lucky to get a seat here, especially at lunchtime.

We didn't have a reservation and were assigned a table straight away!! The waiter was very courteous and nice, the service was quick and without complications. The food is super tasty ;)) fresh ingredients and large portions so great value for money. Definitely recommended and we would love to come back!! :)

We came specifically for ramen and were very disappointed. It was a simple (chicken) noodle soup, none of it tasted like real ramen. Mochi for dessert was more like mango ice cream in mochi dough. Empty plates were not cleared away, so our table was soon too full to eat comfortably.
