We went for lunch today, March 21, 2025. Honestly, I've never eaten worse. The vitello tonnato was completely tasteless, and the ready-made pizza topped with cheap cheese and Parma ham was outrageous, as was the ready-made pizza topped with vegetables. A complete rip-off.

Far too expensive for what you get—tiny portions and long wait times. Absolutely not recommended.

The food is usually good, although not the freshest. However, yesterday the chicken wasn't grilled really well, and a few pieces in my dish were raw. That's a shame. I also think the prices are a bit high for the quantity, but the staff is friendly and attentive.

Fries themselves were epic, but the fact that the “small” packaging for small fries displayed at the front isn’t even half full borders on scam for me. According to the packaging law, packaging must be filled with 70% content.

Average pizzeria, certainly OK for an occasional visit without any claim to culinary delights. The staff is friendly but well trained. The Leone d'Oro is a traditional restaurant in Heidelberg, but at the moment it doesn't come close to its former glory.

The staff is doing their best to meet the high demand, but the place was quite crowded. The toilets are vandalized with graffiti, which takes away from the overall experience. As for the food, it’s the usual McDonald’s quality—nothing special but as expected.
