The store is disgustingly dirty. I've never gotten a milkshake there because something was always wrong or they were out of stock, even though other branches have never had a problem with that. I couldn't collect points on my order, and on my last order, in addition to unfriendly service, they didn't provide napkins or answer my questions.

We ordered four pizzas. The pizza delivery guy told my colleague that he was number two. Not only that the driver seemed a bit confused and didn't speak German. The FOOD was terrible, pizza is purely a matter of taste, but there was no sense of taste. The base was like a mixture of pancakes and flat cakes, and the topping was very unappetizing. Despite being very hungry, I lost my appetite with this FOOD. I have never seen such a R*TZE. Attached are pictures, the cheese on the 4 cheese pizza was like rubber/rubber, you could even hold the pizza vertically without the topping coming off, not to mention that the number of FOUR types of cheese is DOUBT.
It has to be said that I have actually eaten in a lot of R*nz stalls, but that has caused a breaking point.
Please do not order. The staff is already feeling sick, let's see what happens.
The name Pizza Blitz is out of place, snail would be more appropriate.
I think the vegetarian dishes are fine. But: in a health-oriented spa, there should definitely be more vegan and vegetarian dishes, and less meat. This is simply no longer up-to-date.

Geworben wird, dass es die besten Burger in town gibt aber wir waren alle nicht sonderlich begeistert. Mein Burger war viel zu trocken. Die Portionen sind groß und Preis-Leistung auch in Ordnung aber nochmal würden wir nicht kommen. Das besondere hat einfach gefehlt.

Every pizza tasted like bad cheese and smelled really like onions.
We didn't eat a single piece of it and wouldn't recommend it to anyone.

I'm always very satisfied, and I can't understand the criticism in other reviews. The food is tasty and plentiful, with lots of vegetables. You just sit in the basement with no windows...
February 20th, 2025 at around 12:50 the lady at the counter really needs to be praised. Friendly, attention to hygiene, everything was TOP quickly 👍💯 I hope the management sees that here
Very disappointing experience - zero customer friendliness
Yesterday at 7:55 p.m. I was in the Subway branch in Freiburg (Bismarckallee 7D) and wanted to redeem an official Subway coupon that was actively advertised. According to the Subway website and restaurant locator, this location is participating in the promotion. However, my coupon was rejected again - for the fifth time in this branch!
The employee on site refused to accept it on the grounds that the boss had instructed it that way. When I showed that this branch was participating according to the official Subway website, it continued to refer to an internal decision. This lack of transparency and false advertising are unacceptable!
I used to enjoy being a customer at Subway, but experiences like this make me feel like I'm not being taken seriously as a customer. It cannot be the case that offers are advertised that cannot then be redeemed on site. This is simply misleading and annoying.
Instead of my planned order, I only bought three cookies - but those were definitely my last ones at Subway. It's a shame how customer friendliness has developed here.
