Aggressive staff due to their unfriendliness towards animals. If you have a loyal four-legged friend by your side, you'd be better off at any other restaurant. I didn't experience any respect or friendliness there. People could communicate things politely and respectfully without aggression. It was also overpriced.

Meat from a container and cold bread like from Aldi had no taste at all and 8€ for it if at all 8 cents

The pizza tastes and looks like a frozen pizza from Aldi. The doner kebab is one of the worst I've had here in Freiburg. The meat is also abysmal in appearance and taste. The wait is long. To pay by card, you have to take the doner kebab to the checkout at the neighboring supermarket.

They charged me 4€ extra for faloumi instead of falafel, otherwise nice 😄
