It's a shame you don't want to sell anything. You're asked to take a seat and then you sit there for 40 minutes. But nothing happens. You don't want customers. That's fine. It's obvious.

Food ordered at 2 a.m. arrived at 3:30 a.m. Despite asking not to ring the doorbell, they rang anyway. The food wasn't warm and wasn't tasty. Not recommended. Really disappointing, but they're the only delivery service in Freiburg that delivers that late.

Do not order under any circumstances!!! Waited over an hour… for two pizzas. They said half an hour. The phone was constantly busy. Outrageous service!

I ordered at 00:53, the food arrived cold and inedible at 3:00, the pizza wasn't cut and had some crusts left on top 😬👎😡🤢

DO NOT ORDER! We ordered delivery on a Sunday evening and waited until the middle of the night instead of the stated 20 minutes. The food was cold and arrived over an hour late. We had to call three times, otherwise it might have taken even longer. Unfortunately, everything was cold and soggy, and the falafel yufka had barely any falafel on it, just cold, soft fries. It's a real imposition when you have to work the next day and then wait forever until late at night for your food.

Dude, I waited 3 hours and they say it's normal, even though the driver said it would only take 30 minutes. Worst pizza place. And on top of that, 2 pizzas weren't working, even though I paid for 3.

We ordered three pizzas and a doner kebab box, and after three hours, we only received a small pizza and a cold doner kebab box. The driver was aggressive and rude after we disagreed. We called over 20 times, and no one answered. Terrible service. Not recommended!

The cheeseburger was incredibly delicious. The sauce, the bread, the vegetables, the meat—everything was top-quality and tasted great. The fries were also delicious. They're just fries, and the burger sauce was amazing. The food was really good, and the staff were friendly. The pizza was also very, very tasty. 10/10 for the food!

An absolute disaster – never again! This was by far the worst order I've experienced in a long time. I waited over 1.5 hours, even though the delivery time was stated to be much shorter. When the driver finally answered his phone, things got even worse: rude behavior toward my girlfriend, he spoke to her inappropriately and acted disrespectfully – an absolute no-go! Absolutely unacceptable! This kind of behavior is not only unprofessional, but also disrespectful and inappropriate. Conclusion: Never again Pizzahaus79. If you value punctuality, decency, and customer service – better find another place.

Ridiculous! Over 2.5 hours of delivery time in the middle of the night – and no one answers the phone. The food was cold, soggy, and simply disgusting. Never again! This isn't a pizzeria, it's a bad joke.

Hunger takes its toll. But your own hunger and a very aggressive "boss" are not compatible. Since there seems to be a different boss in this house every day... and therefore the portions vary greatly, and the taste is different every day, so to speak... no one needs it!

Bad!!! Ordered pizza with little cheese and was full of cheese! Instead of mushrooms, ham and cheese were put on top, which I didn't want at all! Ordered 2 fries and threw both away. I've never seen or eaten anything so bad! NEVER AGAIN!!

The burger was dry and the fries and nuggets tasted below average. Also far too expensive for what is offered.

The delivery person was super fast and friendly. The food arrived hot and the kebab we ordered was really good. BUT the pizza just tasted like salt. Two ingredients were also ordered twice and paid for accordingly, but the pizza was rather sparsely topped. I can recommend the doner kebab for delivery, but I definitely won't order pizza there again.

Hi, I actually order there often but today was a bit disappointing for me and my girlfriend. I ordered my burger without tomatoes but it came with the chicken wings plate online that it comes with 6 wings with salad and fries. Unfortunately the box came with 5 pieces and no salad but Scheffe says it's either or you can't choose but unfortunately it's a shame. It can happen sometimes, but you should know what is being offered, where and how.

The kebab was an absolute disaster and inedible. That has nothing to do with a kebab. Worst bread and meat quality and only minimal vegetables so you can tell it was in it. Cheeky to sell something like that.

I ordered a kebab with extra sheep's cheese and received it in a very short time. The employees seemed very nice and even though it was busy, the atmosphere was very relaxed and friendly. The kebab tasted very good and there was a lot of meat in it (but not too much). I can highly recommend the shop for anyone who wants to eat Helal. I'd love to come back 😋

The burger was ok, but the pizza was the worst I've ever eaten, the cheese tasted like it was no longer good and the ham wasn't a real ham but sausage, which I didn't order! Not even at 1:00 in the morning

Delicious kebab. The vegetarian one with grilled vegetables also tastes very good. Baklava was also very tasty. We'd love to come back.

I ate here for the first time and tried the "Zähringer Burger". HAMMER! I can really recommend it. Fries were also included and tasted very, very good and fresh despite the journey home and consumption later (approx. 15-20 minutes)! Always my pleasure! :)

Über 30 min zu spät, essen ist kalt! 🥶 Geschmack ist fade und langweilig, selten so schlecht gegessen. 9,5€ sind eine Frechheit!!! Allein dass ich so großen Hunger hatte, hat dafür gesorgt, dass ich bis zu dem vergammelten Salat gegessen habe und dann ist mir der Appetit vergangen! Absolutes NoGo!

Habe mir hier den Bossburger mit Thunfisch Salat gegönnt, einfach perfekt zubereitet und freundlichster Service. Immer wieder gerne wieder und es war echt Ultra lecker 😊

Pizza mega lecker. Ich hatte verschlafen, der Lieferant hatte mich mehrmals angerufen. Er war schon weggefahren, aber kam dann extra nochmal zu mir, obwohl ich am anderen Ende der Stadt wohne.

Pizza sichtlich von hand und mit liebe gemacht, pommes knusprig wie saftig, schmecken wirklich nach kartoffeln. die mayonnaise dazu wahrscheinlich die beste die ich je gegessen habe. Lieferant kam in unter der hälfte der angegebenen zeit und war unfassbar freundlich. hatte hier davor noch nie bestellt aber bin begeistert.

Leider empfande ich das Essen als sehr fade. (Pommes und Falafel Yufka) Hinzu kam, dass der Ketchup gefehlt hat und der Yufka kalt war. Irritiert hat mich auch die Verpackung des Yufkas in Alufolie...

Superschnell. Fahrer sehr freundlich. Pizza total lecker, schöner knuspriger Teig. Bier is auch kalt! Absolut zu empfehlen
