Unfortunately the food wasn't good. The meat wasn't very good and the bulger was really old and bad…. I still have stomach pain a few hours after eating.

I was recently at Mr.Döner in Zähringen and I was absolutely thrilled! The food was incredibly delicious - the kebab was freshly prepared, juicy and perfectly seasoned. I was particularly impressed by the friendly service. Hasib, who works there, was extremely nice and attentive. He made sure everything was to my satisfaction and made the whole experience even more enjoyable. If you are in the area and want a really good kebab, you should definitely stop by here! Definitely a recommendation!

Mr. Döner is a small restaurant in Freiburg-Zähringen. I discovered it by chance while driving through. The restaurant offers indoor and outdoor seating and makes an overall clean impression. The various dishes are freshly prepared and taste quite good.

Absolute favorite among the kebab stalls in Freiburg. The staff is very nice and always happy to have fun. If you order with a large group of people, it goes quickly and you may even get something for free. The prices are reasonable and not overpriced.

Very tasty, nice places inside and outside and nice staff (even if I don't always understand their jokes). There is a large vegetarian selection. It's worth booking in advance in the early evening as it can be busy.

Food was ordered via Lieferando, the first stated delivery time did not match the actual delivery time. 10 minutes before arrival the message appears that your order has been canceled!!! Waited 2 hours for food only to find out that the delivery was canceled 10 minutes before arrival. Thanks for nothing!

Here the prices are simply different than those on the menu. If you ask, it's an extra euro for a small plastic packaging. On the menu it says kebab pizza with sauce. For the package, 1 euro is charged for the sauce. If I want to avoid plastic waste, I don't buy plastic packaging - there are plenty of alternatives.

I have never eaten such a bland and bland pide. No taste, dough soggy and not even a small sesame seed or anything on the edge. A bad pizza with the edge folded over, so to speak.

It couldn't be more disrespectful. I wanted to order over the phone and ask how long it would take, then I was very disrespectfully told off and told that it would take a long time and that I wasn't important. Then they simply hung up. It's a shame I thought maybe there was a new kebab shop near me that would be good, but it's definitely done!!

Despite my customer experience, Mr. Döner had my negative review deleted via a lawyer. This is an absolute disgrace. Especially since I was there and live nearby. It just wasn't good and the employee was unfriendly and rude. Threadbare justification: this would only be about damaging the reputation of competitors. This way you can also ensure top ratings, but that's ridiculous!

We placed a large order and it was completely completed in a very short time. The taste was very good. Gladly again. Very nice staff

Update: Mr. Döner is now trying to get me to delete the negative review with legal help by demanding proof that I am even a customer. Fortunately, receipts and other evidence are all available. Of course, the employee in question also knows what happened. A pity! I ordered a “Yufka Vufka” via Ubereats, according to the menu “from the vegan skewer”. The Yufka was delivered with meat, which I discovered after I had already bitten into it. I first called Mr. Döner himself and described the error and asked for a solution. I also said that it can happen sometimes, but I need a replacement now. I was told the receipt said "Yufka Yufka" which was a meat Yufka. If I had wanted a vegan Yufka, I should have added vegan. According to the Uber app, I have verifiably ordered a "Yufka Vufka", which can be clearly seen on the receipt and order confirmation. But I can't do more than click on the product I want in the app. If the menu and the names it contains are misleading even for the employees, you may want to change it. Especially since a meat Yufka is called “Yufka-Classic” in the app. The employee obviously saw my mistake. The employee offered (obviously as a gesture of goodwill, in his opinion) that I could come by today or tomorrow and get a new one, but there is a good reason why I ordered food home today. Unfortunately, no other solution was possible, especially no refund or a new delivery at Mr. Döner's expense, so I unfortunately had to complain to UberEats and got my money back.

The taste was okay but a bit cheeky for €10.50. Very small and very little cheese for an extra charge of €2.50

Vegan Yufka doesn't get much better than this 💯

We would have liked to test it based on the reviews, as we haven't gotten around to it yet... Unfortunately, the Lieferando order was canceled after an hour on a Thursday evening.

Friendly employees, a well-kept shop and a very well-prepared kebab round everything off.

I had a Yufka Cheese. Was delicious. However, it fell apart while eating. It was very juicy which was actually quite good. But I would have liked a paper wrapping/packaging around the Yufka to hold the whole thing together better. My hands were completely wet from holding the Yufka and that was the negative experience.

Ich war schon ein paar Mal da und bin immer wieder begeistert, wie groß vor allem die vegetarische Auswahl ist. Die Qualität hat mich bisher nie enttäuscht, die Mitarbeiter zaubern einem jedes Mal ein Lächeln ist Gesicht, die Zubereitung ist immer super schnell mit frischen Zutaten und die Preise sind das Essen mehr als wert. Außerdem bieten sie sogar süßen Nachtisch an. Einfach nur empfehlenswert.

Verstehe die guten Bewertungen nicht. Eventuell hab ich einen Tag mit einem schlechten Mitarbeiter erwischt. Portion war klein, teuer und geschmacklich nicht das Wahre. Auf meine Frage zu etwas mehr Fleisch, ging eine Diskussion über genau definierte Mengen los. Muss ich mir nicht geben, danke.

Super freundliches Personal, hab schon paar Mal veganes Dönerfleisch probiert in Freiburg und finde ihn hier am besten, unglaublich leckere Dinkelpizza, die Zutaten sehen frisch aus, schmecken frisch, tiptop. Das Fleisch hab ich nicht probiert, ich weiß nicht ob es halal ist. Ein kleines Manko: für Studenten sind die Preise minimal zu hoch, aber es gibt zum Teil Studentenrabatt

Karte ist für fremde chaotisch und unübersichtlich, man wird doch irgendwie bei der Auswahl gestresst. Super dass ihr veganen dönerspieß habt, dem fehlt allerdings leider doch etwas Würze und knusprigkeit im Döner. Auf Pizza pide und co schmeckt er allerdings sehr lecker.
